Yiting (5/5): 房間整潔度尚可。 - 門口打開就是廚房，有油耗味臭，靠近發現抽油煙機有非常厚的油垢，整體廚房清潔度不佳。
Fang Jung (5/5): - 便宜需要自行倒垃圾，但是沒有提供垃圾袋。還需要自己購買，沒有電梯。帶小孩推嬰兒車和大行李不方便

Communication très difficile. Numéro de téléphone sur l'affiche est corrigé à la main et illisible. J'ai essayé de téléphoner une dizaine de fois sans succès. Nous avons resté à la porte de l'hotel pendant 3 heures à notre arrivée. Finalement, j'ai reçu un email via Booking.com pour les instructions pour la clé. Aussi, au 3è jour, la boîte à clé ne s'ouvrait pas malgré le bon code! Nous n'avons pas pu barrer la porte quand nous sortions et ce, pendant 2 jours. Heureusement, pas eu de vol de nos objets mais une certaine insécurité tout de même. Je demanderais un dédommagement pour les inconvénients subis.

Amanda (8/5): I had a great stay it was clean and convenient. - The place was very clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, just a short distance from the train station. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable.
Erin (7/5): Good but lacks cleanliness - Location is not so far from two stations. Near a 7-eleven. Beds and sofa are comfy Place was not clean. There was period blood stain on the futon which was also mentioned in a previous review. Since that first complaint they haven’t tried to clean or exchange the futon. The utensils were dirty, the rug had sand and dirt, the bathroom clogged up cause the drain was dirty.

Xu (5/5): checkin/key collecting process is stressful. Room is not very clean. - Bed was ok compared to other aspects of this property. Stressful process when firstly arrived to collect the key. No one informed us the room number until I asked. The room has a very dirty carpet that needs to be removed or properly cleaned. The toilet was suspiciously unclean either. Room was dark and damp — the window cannot be open ( it’s on the first floor by the street so for safety reason I guess, the windows are locked).
