(1/5): URGENT WARNING: Unsanitary Conditions & Zero Accountability - The central location in Brickell is the only possible positive aspect, but it absolutely does not make up for the horrific conditions of the apartment itself. 😒 What you disliked Absolutely everything else. This was hands down the worst booking experience of my life. Deceptive Photos & Listing: The pictures on Booking.com are highly misleading. It appears they were taken at specific times (like the pool area photographed at night) to make the property look appealing, but the reality is completely different. It feels like a scam designed to lure you into booking. Room Issues: The unit is on the 40th floor, which you would think implies a good view. It does not. The view was disappointing and not worth the elevator ride. Appalling Hygiene & Damages: The room was disgustingly dirty upon arrival. We found mold and deep grime in the door tracks, a filthy toilet, heavy buildup in the bathtub, and thick layers of dust on surfaces, including the refrigerator. The furniture is also dilapidated, with ripped upholstery. It is unsanitary and uninhabitable. Zero Service & Host Accountability: Despite immediate documentation of these issues, the host showed no remorse and offered zero solution. No cleaning was sent, and they flatly refused any form of refund or credit. They take your money through the platform and then completely abandon you. Forced Departure: The conditions were so extreme that we could not spend even one night there. We had to immediately find and pay for alternative accommodation at another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not let the photos fool you; you will lose your money and have a stressful experience.

O piso tem partes soltando, risco de tropeçar e cair. Pouquíssimas tomadas para carregar celular. Tinha que colocar sobre a pia pois a outra estava com o computador.

The Murphy style beds for senior ladies were too high & too short we had to sleep sideways

• Enrico (7/5): 2 giorni in centro a Miami - Posizione eccellente, parcheggio in centro compreso nel costo. Materassi comodi anche se la posizione dei 2 letti queen a “trenino” è abbastanza inusuale. Locale “datato” sicuramente da sistemare. Cucina ed accessori completa. Porta bagno rotta. Doccia che ho dovuto sistemare, phone stile Barbie cioè non adeguato, mobilio strappato e aspetto generale non ottimo, ripeto datato, una mano di pittura e piccole sistemazioni sarebbero molto apprezzate ad un cliente europeo.

Estaba en el nivel 11A, lo que son 23 rampas a subir, ya que hay dos por nivel. El llegar hasta el lugar del parking y salir del mismo, era todo un trabajo, de vueltas y vueltas. Tampoco me gustó la limpieza del apartamento y el estado de conservación del mismo. Desde la puerta corrediza del baño, los accesorios de portarrollos arrancados y otros detalles más. Por último hay una mala relación e cantidad de elevadores y la gente que hay. El día del check out, tuvimos que esperar media hora por un ascensor. Una locura total.

Brickell è un nuovo quartiere di Miami molto alla moda e comodo per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse Non Consiglio assolutamente l'appartamento 2216, molto sporto e vecchio con moquette differente dalle foto pubblicate su booking.. Avevamo prenotato lo studio per 4 e quando siamo arrivati alle 19 di sera non abbiamo trovato il divano letto fatto, senza lenzuola e cuscini. Ho chiamato subito la responsabile che è arrivata dopo poco più di mezz'ora. È stata carina, ha cercato di pulire superficialmente ma sinceramente la pulizia doveva essere fatta prima del ns. arrivo e non è cambiato nulla. Il Building è uno dei più vecchi. Ha però servizi comuni come piscine ( che non abbiamo usufruito), palestra e sala con calcio balilla e ping pong. Gli ascensori sono molto lenti, spesso alcuni non funzionanti che causano spesso attesa di 20 minuti per scendere specialmente verso le 9.30/10.30 del mattino. Comodo avere il parcheggio interno.

Me tocó en el piso 19 pero se que hay tbn en el 30 y más arriba. En la misma manzana hay un 7eleven y se puede comprar insumos . La zona es inmejorable El parking está en un piso 12 y son 24 rampas para llegar. Si bien se agradece el parking incluido en el precio , es bastante incómodo . Pero no hay mucha opción salvo gastar más plata y alquilar otro parking

• ANDREA LISSETTE (10/5): Mi comentario - La ubicación es perfecta, el lugar , la comodidad, las instalaciones y todo estaba limpio tal cual como las imágenes de referencia. Lo que no me gustó es el parqueo toma su tiempo de subida y bajada porque nos tocó estacionarnos en el piso 12 y uno pasa dando vueltas que puede llegar a marearse y el espacio es muy reducido al girar.

• Karina (8/5): - Studio muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes e mercados. O apartamento que fiquei tinha vaga de garagem no 12 andar e as tampas da garagem são bastante estreitas. Carros grandes tem bastante dificuldade. Foram 20 rampas para subir e descer cada vez que você chega ou sai do apartamento.

Era una habitación con balcón en el corazón de Brickell, habitación pequeña para 6 personas, pero que tenia todo lo necesario. Las camas estaban bien y el baño okei. La habitación era pequeña, y el baño podria estar un poco mejor (estaba bien). Los ascensores en horas puntas tardaban un poco en bajar.
• George (10/5): Excelente vista y ubicación - La ubicación y la vista es espectacular. El cuarto es acogedor, ya tiene un par de detalles de desgaste pero no perjudican tu comodidad. Es en el nível 30 con balcón si quieres gozar de la vista. La piscina está en el nível 14, tienen mesas, 2 piscinas, gimnasio. El parqueo esta en el nível 12 entonces es un poco tedioso estar subiendo cada nivel, pero no es que sea malo, solo quita tiempo para salir del edificio. No olvides andar tu llave por todas partes porque sino no funciona el elevador.
• Adriana (7/5): no volveríamos! - la ubicación y el garaje gratis muy chico, muy sucio en general, incluido wc baño, tenia un recipiente para hacer hielo de 6 cubitos mini, un pote con crem de leche, duro y viejo el motor del aire acondicionado insoportable, parecía una fábrica que nunca paraba, si le subía la temperatura, paraba, pero no se podía estar del calor no hay servicio de limpieza, ni de recambio de toallas. si estás varios días ojo!!! no volvería!!!

No pool towel only 1 towel per person for entire stay. No washer or dryer. My kids found a cigarette on the floor.

• Sneed (1/5): Bad - Rude staff doris supposed to be able to check in early at 12 called owner 1 wk a head of time and she said at 12 we could come to find out she didn't understand English at all no washrags and not enough towels front desk said the didn't have enough to give out had to wash with paper towels was told if I wanted towel/rags to call owner and I said she don't understand English had to pay for my luggage to be put up but they let others put in their rooms before checking in got on to us for my daughter sleeping with medical issues
• Yvon (8/5): Nice little stay in downtown Brickell area - Nice stay in the downtown area. Parking was free but was 10 minutes to get in and out of the parking garage which was a little bit of an inconvenience. Make sure you do not have an oversized truck or SUV as we seen Multiple drivers hitting curbs on the right turns and scrapping their rims. Overall stay went very well. Gym and pool were wonderful and although the pictures of the apartment we looked at in advance certainly was not what we were expecting in terms of size and space it turned out great. Thumbs up to the City of Miami having free transportation rail all around down town. It was easy to use and saved us from having to take our vehicle out daily.

The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. Awesome features with free parking, pools, jacuzzi, games rooms and fitness in the building. The sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable.
