• Randheer (7/5): Passable for short stay, Great location - Best location, front room is good with window to street, few steps away from Istikal street and all shopping and close to train station. Closing window reduced street noise. If its first time to istanbul and short stay it is passable but for relaxiation and long stay definitely not. Everyday cleaning was good. The bedroom unusable, the bed frame joints attached like lego, its squeeky noise make hard to sleep, we slept in sofa bed. Too many chairs in living room which is best of this property removing extra 2 chairs gives good space. Very minimal and old kitchen items.

Мястото е много добро - една минута до пешеходната улица Истиклял, която е много оживена, а в апарт-хотела е тихо е се спи много добре. Леглото е много удобно. Беше чисто. Има кухня - голямо удобство . Хостът беше добронамерен и достъпен, чувствах се спокойно и комфортно. Благодарна съм му, чувствах се като у дома. Дребно нещо, но неудобно - Няма закачалки за връхни дрехи. Особено ако си се наквасил в дъжда - не можеш да пробереш дрехите в гардероба. Иначе в общия коридора има чадъри , което е супер

• František (7/5): Dobrá lokalita, vybavenie, ústretový majiteľ.Trochu opotrebované, asi skôr pre menej náročných hostí - Dobrá lokalita blízko Taksimu, blízko metro aj autobus na letisko. Ústretový majiteľ splnil všetky naše popžiadavky. Dobré vybavenie a veľkosť dvojposchodového apartmánu, bolo tam všetko, čo sme potrebovali aj rýchle wifi. Niektoré časti zariadenia sú trochu opotrebované. Lepšie upratovanie by vylepšilo dojem. Mali sme dve poschodia, jednu časť na prízemí a druhú o poschodie nižšie, takže aj cez deň tam bola tma a bolo treba svietiť. Nebol to problém, len nás to trochu zaskočilo, lebo sme to nečakali. Jeden večer vypadla elektrina, pravdepodobne problém s poistkami, po nahlásení to majiteľ rýchlo opravil.

Уютно, все необходимое есть, удобная кровать. Персонал просто супер, приятно было общаться. Жил 5 дней, несколько раз предлагали уборку и смену полотенец. Спасибо, буду рад вернуться.

Arī āra trokšņi ļoti dzirdami. Gultas nolietotas, neērtas, čīkst, jāpiedomā arī pie tīrības. Telpas nepieciešams atjaunot.

• Chiara (7/5): - Appartamento su due livelli con 5/6 posti letto comodi in pieno centro Taksim, quindi estremamente comodo sia come mezzi di trasporto che come vita serale/notturna e sono presenti tutti i servizi. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha portato anche dei cambi di salviette dal momento che siamo rimasti quasi una settimana intera. Da notare che la casa è piano terra e seminterrato, per cui l'areazione ne risente, soprattutto perché i 3 bagni presenti sono ciechi. Accanto c'è un locale che serve il miglior Ayran di Istanbul!

• Amedeo (8/5): - Ecco una versione più favorevole all’host, ma comunque credibile: Recensione: Ho letto alcune recensioni negative e alcune delle osservazioni fatte da altri ospiti possono anche essere vere, ma bisogna essere onesti: a Istanbul i prezzi degli appartamenti sono aumentati molto e spesso anche più degli hotel. Per quello che si paga, secondo me questo appartamento offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Io l’ho scelto soprattutto perché è uno dei pochi appartamenti che ha il divano letto in una zona separata dalla camera da letto. Molti altri alloggi nella stessa fascia di prezzo sono semplicemente monolocali, quindi per me è stata una soluzione molto più comoda. Credo che a volte alcune persone si aspettino standard di lusso pagando poco. In realtà, per chi cerca un posto semplice ma funzionale dove soggiornare in città, questo appartamento va più che bene. La posizione è davvero eccellente: super centrale, a pochissimi passi da piazza Taksim, quindi perfetta per muoversi facilmente in tutta la città. L’host è stato davvero molto gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Questo ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Personalmente tornerei volentieri qui.

• Юлия (10/5): Всё было очень достойно. - Проживали 4 ночи в апартаментах " Мимоза". Компанией из 4 человек. Хозяин был очень любезен, предложив нам дополнительный этаж для большего комфорта. Апартаменты чистые, за 4 дня один раз приходила уборщица. Очень удобное расположение, наверное, лучшее из всех раз, что мы были в Стамбуле С площади Таксим пешком 5-7 минут. Апартаменты располагаются рядом с пешеходной улицей Истикляль, но немного вглубь, поэтому нет шума. В пешей доступности все основные достопримечательности. Рядом магазины низких цен " BIM" и " SOK", где можно купить всё необходимое для еды и быта. Хозяин Айкут был постоянно на связи и моментально отвечал на вопросы. В, общем, рекомендуем к проживанию эти аппариаменты. Так как мы завтра кали дома, нам не хватило посуды для приготовления каши( кастрюля).

• Armend (10/5): Hotellet ligger i en fint sted. - Jeg havde et fantastisk ophold på Mimoza hotel Personalet var utroligt venligt og imødekommende fra det øjeblik, jeg ankom. Værelset var rent, rummeligt og meget komfortabelt – præcis som på billedet. Beliggenheden kunne ikke være bedre – tæt på [centrum/offentlig transport], men stadig roligt om natten. Jeg sætter især pris på de små detaljer, hurtig Wi-Fi. Alt i alt et hotel jeg varmt kan anbefale, både til forretningsrejser og ferie. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang jeg besøger [byen]!

Вузький коридор та туалет, але можна пристосуватися, потрібно бути обережним коли готуєте їсти на газовій поверхні, бо вона на підставці і сковорідка на ній нестійка може посунутися.

• Debora (5/5): Good position but very bad accommodation - The apt is in a strategic position and the host is very kind and supportive. The house is warm and the washing machine is a plus for a long stay. The apt is really small. Not suitable for a couple of friends neither for more than 3 persons. The floor is really bad and in the bedroom holes in the floor are covered by a small carpet. The bathroom is a toilet. The shower head is full of limescale and won't stay up, making showering difficult. The sink is the size of a drinking fountain. The hair dryer is unusable because it doesn't work and seems dangerous. The towels appear dirty because some are grayish. The duvet on the sofa bed had a yellow stain. The TV did not work and one of the two remote controls was without batteries when both are needed to switch on the TV. Too many furniture in the “living” for a such dimension. The apt is basically two micro rooms divided by a corridor in which a piece of furniture has been placed to act as a kitchen. The house is very hot but keeping the windows opened is impossible because just below the windows of the bedroom two air conditioning engines work very noisy. The bedroom is so small that to go to bed you have to walk in profile. We never opened the blind curtains because in the bedroom the overview is a dirty wall -that you can likely touch- of the neighbors house and in the living due to the absence of any other curtains, the guest of the Thai restaurant actually can share your daily life! The result is a very dark apt. I have many pictures of the bad conditions of the apt but booking allows to upload only 4. I upload the main significant about the condition. So, actually but for the host kindness and the position an apt that I hope I will never be experienced with.

• Vincenzo (2/5): SCONSIGLIATISSIMO PESSIMA ESPERIENZA - La posizione Innanzitutto l’alloggio è un piano terra con camere seminterrate, dotate solo di piccole finestre che affacciano direttamente sulle ruote delle auto parcheggiate in strada. Siamo arrivati in appartamento e siamo stati immediatamente investiti da un fortissimo odore di muffa che permeava ogni stanza. L’aria era davvero irrespirabile, tanto da costringerci a lasciare l’alloggio subito dopo l’arrivo: non era possibile rimanere lì nemmeno per pochi minuti. Abbiamo chiesto al titolare un’altra sistemazione (offrendoci di pagare la differenza), ma purtroppo era tutto al completo. Il proprietario, inoltre, ha rifiutato di rimborsarci le notti successive non utilizzate. A nostro avviso è assurdo: ha sostenuto che l’odore provenisse da lavori del comune, ma qualunque sia la causa, non avrebbe dovuto affittare un appartamento in quelle condizioni. Mettere a rischio la salute dei clienti è inaccettabile. ovviamente abbiamo soggiornato in un altra struttura per tutto il periodo. Il giorno successivo siamo tornati per fare delle foto, come richiesto da Booking, ma abbiamo trovato l’appartamento occupato e pieno di oggetti il quale il proprietario è entrato nell'appartamento senza avvisarci utilizzando la casa r fumando anche dentro.Una situazione surreale e molto poco professionale, che ci ha davvero lasciati senza parole. In base alla nostra esperienza, non possiamo assolutamente consigliare questo appartamento.

Качество всего внутри - много чего сломано и сильно пошарпано 2. Крутая узкая лестница по 17 ступеней на этаж (всего 4) (лифта нет) 3. Ресепшена нет 4. Уборка и смена полотенец - редко 5. Вид из окон - лучше не смотреть 6. Нет москитных сеток (а надо бы) 7. Комната с душем и туалетом - 2 кв.метра - полным людям не поместиться (да и по лестнице не подняться, особенно с чемоданом)

Отличное расположение, рядом всё необходимое. Соотношение цены и качества просто отличное. Обязательно вернёмся снова! Достаточно компактный номер.

• Jonathan (4/5): enttäuschend - DIe Lage ist super und unser Host aufgeschlossen und nett, wenn auch ein bisschen unzuverlässig. Ansonsten kann ich leider nicht viel positives sagen. Die Ausstättung war sehr mangelhaft (keine Töpfe etc.), das WLAN war sehr unzuverlässig und ist immer wieder ausgegangen, die Einrichtung war der ungemütlich und nicht wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Allgemein haben wir eine Wohnung bekommen die keinen Balkon hatte obwohl dieser auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Und als wir angekommen sind mussten wir lange warten.

• Shahzad (10/5): A Temporary Cozy Home - Very very close to the Istikal Avenue and Taqsim square. The owner was a legend for being helpful and responsive. Made us feel like home and safe. Will highly recommend it. Nothing at all

We were there over the April earthquake and the owner checked in on us which was appreciated! Wasn’t super clear we didn’t have a balcony and this was the main reason for booking. One room has balcony.

• Laura (9/5): Perfect location Turkish feeling - A perfect duplex (2 bedrooms, 2 mini kitchen, 2 bathroom, a livingroom), generous space (perfect for more than 4 persons), authentic Turkish vintage style, and the location it's just wonderful, really 2 minutes walk by Taksim and Istiklal. The owner it's extremely helpful, he did everything for our confort, If you want to feel the turquish atmosphere, this is the perfect place. A little bit to dark, not so much light, the duplex being at first stage and demisol.

Bed was comfortable, apartment itself clean. Bathroom was small but functioning fine. The building has no elevator, so not suitable for everybody.
