Wendy (10/5): Perfect stay HCMC, excellent value - Amazing stay could not fault. Perfect location in district 1. Really great local food places aswell as bars and restaurants, trendy shops and bakery/ coffee. Staff very responsive and helpful. Free laundry (for longer stays) was such a pleasant addition. 24hr security made me feel safe as a female travelling alone. If I’m back in HCMC I will 100% be staying here again. Thank you so much for having me.
Tim (1/5): unreliable management that left me stranded - nothing............................................... I booked one of their properties then about an hour before I was to leave my current hotel I received an email that they had made a mistake and the room I booked was still be occupied by the current guest. I was shocked and also out of time. I was new in the country and already packed and about to leave. They offered to cancel but with an hour left, I was helpless. They offered a smaller room at a diffrent property so I agreed. When I arrived and was shown the room it was a very small place with no view and obviously facing a wall. It had glass but not glass bricks so nothing you could see through, meaning it would have been hard to sleep for me. I refused it and sat on a hard small metal chair in an area near their reception area for 1 1/2 hours frantically lookign for a hotel, but it was already past noon Saturday and since HCMC is full of tourists many good alternatives were already fully booked. I finally found a place and left. They did arrange for me to ge a refund BUT what a nightmare! How can you trust a company like this? DO NOT even try.

Vladislav (7/5): Бюджетный отель, хорошая кровать - Маленький невзрачный отель. Прикольная локация на крыше. Расположен в хорошем месте. Комната маленькая, думаю за эту цену можно найти что-то получше, в целом неплохо, хороший персонал(мужчина на входе). Не было ершика в туалете, это привело к непредвиденной ситуации
