• Miryam Baglivo (6/5): - La posizione è perfetta. Vicinissa a San Pietro e in una zona tranquillissima Purtroppo la pulizia non è delle migliori. La casa ha delle grandi potenzialità ma andrebbe sistemata. Le camere sono ampie ma i materassi sono duri, le coperte rovinate e i cuscini veramente troppo piatti, in generale, andrebbe sistemato un po' tutto. Abbiamo avuto problemi anche con l'acqua al piano superiore. Il sistema delle chiavi e abbastanza complesso è completamente elettrico...non sempre è qualcosa di positivo. Ogni camera ha un televisore ma funziona solo quello in salotto, non abbiamo trovato i telecomandi delle altre TV.

Flessibilità nell'orario di check-in in quanto l'host gestisce tutto da remoto e fornisce in anticipo i codici di accesso. Nota: una chiave fisica sarebbe comoda, l'apertura della porta di ingresso con app o codice non è sempre agevole. La pulizia della stanza decisamente da migliorare (al nostro arrivo il wc era sporco, così come le coperte e le testate dei letti). La temperatura dell'acqua della doccia sarebbe bene regolarla a qualche grado in più: non era calda. Anche il riscaldamento si potrebbe potenziare, alcuni di noi hanno avuto freddo. Sul termostato era impostata una temperatura di spegnimento a 15 gradi...
• Paul (4/5): Great location but needs maintenance and deep cleaning. - The location was fantastic, the building seemed safe, paid parking nearby, our whole family could stay together. Sheets and towels were clean. There was black mold covering the upstairs bathtub. Black mold on downstairs shower as well as a broken toilet seat. Upstairs toilet was badly stained. Water never got hot, just like warm. Hole in wall, poorly maintained.

• CHRISTIAN (4/5): appartement bien placé mais pas entretenu et sans aucun charme - l'emplacement est excellent . proche du Vatican et en traversant le Tibre proche de la piazza Navona et du campo dei fiori le logement est sale. Manifestement les propriétaires ne s'en occupent pas. Deux lits 2 places et un canapé 2 places = 6 personnes. nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants : 5 grandes assiettes, 5 assiettes à soupe. 3 ouvre-bouteilles ! Lave vaisselle dégoutant, filtre plein de calcaire. Pas de casserole. 2 faitouts dont 1 avec poignée non vissée. joints baignoire et bac de douche noirs. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Siège des toilettes non fixé. Sacs de linge sale entreposés dans l'appartement. Pas de placard pour ranger les provisions et vêtements. C'est dommage !

• Tadija (3/5): - Big space. Great location! 1. The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was broken. 2. In the upstairs bathroom there is no hot water if someone is showering downstairs, leaving you without water mid-shower. 3. Some blankets had a bad smell. 4. We found hairs in the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom when we arrived. 5. The trash bag was already half full when we arrived. 6. The apartment had a bad smell, and the dishwasher emitted an unbearable odour, so we ran it empty just to clean it. 7. Some windows could not be opened at all to air out the apartment. 8. The lock on the downstairs bathroom jams; I got stuck inside once and never used it again. 9. The upstairs bathroom has no lockkey on the door. 10. The bed in the living room squeaks with the slightest movement, making it impossible for two people to sleep without disturbing each other. 11. The kitchen has a scandinavian drain for the dishes, which was the dirtiest part of the entire apartment.

• Janette (7/5): Absolut ok. - Die Lage ist super, der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Betten bequem. Einige Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Kleiderschrank im Obergeschoss ist nicht wirklich nutzbar, da zugestellt.

• Librada (9/5): Buena ubicación y zona tranquila. - Estaba bien equipada, cocina (microondas, sandwichera, horno, lavaplatos, hervidor agua) plancha para la ropa y tabla. Secador pelo. Bueno ubicación , zona tranquila. Terraza tranquila. Un poco de mantenimiento al baño de arriba, el agua tardaba en bajar .

El anfitrión muy atento, y con rápida respuesta a nuestras comunicaciones. Tuvimos un problema con las llaves, y nos ayudó con mucha rapidez. Le faltaban algunos detalles de limpieza. Pero muy aceptable el apartemento.

• Carlos (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect. The apartment has everything a family needs – spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We had the pleasure of speaking with the two Brazilian staff members who cleaned the apartment. They were incredibly polite and kind. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, and the historic downtown with its restaurants and bars. It was truly a wonderful stay.

• Roberto (7/5): Great Location to discover Rome - The appartment is nice, with plenty of space and facilities. The location is great, close to Vatican City and to Trestevere. As a big group (8 persons), we really enjoyed our stay there. The room was not ready when we arrived. It was not ready until 17:00 more or less. That was not great as we were really tired from our flight.
• Elizabeth (6/5): Apartment needs much love and attention to return to former gleam - It was fairly close to several attractions that we wanted to visit. The cafe across the road was great value and served very nice pastries and coffee. There were restaurants in easy walking distance. The host was easy to deal with. A nice little verandah on the second floor provided a nice airflow when open. The elevator took us up to the fourth floor and the apartment felt secure. So many things needed attention but in particular a ceiling fan which was dangerous to use in the down stairs bedroom. I can see now from previous review last August 2023 that it needed fixing then. It had a very precarious wobble and looked as though it may fly off! When we turned on the overhead fan upstairs, the downstairs one turned on at the same time which was very unsafe. The air conditioning units downstairs don’t work. The washing machine was tightly crammed into a cupboard and the tangle of a vacuum cleaner on top of it prevented access. Upstairs cupboards were very junky with owners belongings ( I’m guessing) The pictures of the inside of this apartment must have been taken a while ago as it’s not nearly as gleaming as it once may have been.

Very noisy with ambulance sirens due to proximity to hospital This property is sadly lacking. Fan blade in bedroom hanging off, therefore dangerous!Washing machine not connected or accessible,no cover on ironing board, dishwasher not working, no tea towel to hand wash dishes, no wine glasses, upstairs area hadn’t been cleaned adequately, air con not working, TV not working. Our host was very responsive and tried to be helpful but the owners of this property really need to assess this property!

The apartment is very spacious, in an excellent location close to the Vatican City. The host was kind and allowed us to check in earlier. There are wardrobes where you can hang your clothes conveniently. We also liked the terrace. The electrical outlets are in need of fixing. Many outlets on the 2nd floor have come out, wires sticking out, which doesn't look very safe.

• Sheila (9/5): Superb - The apartment was 10 mins walk to the Vatican City and St Peter's Basilica. The local buses were also very close and easy to use. Plenty of crockery and cutlery for self catering. All the bedding was clean and enough toiletries to last a few days. We had a very enjoyable stay . Matteo was easy to contact. The apartment is on a busy junction and the downstairs bedroom was very noisy. Some of the electrical sockets were loose although they were working, I did report these to Matteo so that they could be fixed.

Spacious and clean apartment with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath, the other with a shower). Keyless entry system. Responsive owner, all questions and wishes were instantly resolved via WhatsApp. -
• Elizabeth (2/5): Cold, uncomfortable, dirty apartment at arrival - about the only thing we liked was the location being within walking distance of St. Peters's, Vatican City and some of the major attractions across the river (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Upon arrival at 7pm, we found the apartment had not been cleaned. Beds were not made, dirty towels strewn all over, trash on the flower in the kitchen, dirty glasses on the sink. Emergency cleaning crew arrived at 8:30pm, left at 10pm. To top it off, there was no heat in the apartment. We were there Nov 28-Dec 1. When I asked Davide about it, he said it wouldn't be turned on in the building until Dec 1. However, I met people living in the building who said they had heat. Matteo said he would look into the heat issue, but it was never turned on. So a very uncomfortable, cold stay. In addition, there were no instructions on what to do with the garbage, how to operate the TV or shut off the ceiling fans which seemed to be remotely connected (we managed to turned them off somehow). The shower head in the downstair bathroom, doesn't stay up when the water is running. Had to wrap the cord around the handle to keep the head from flopping down. Windows are leaky. Overall, an uncomfortable stay, especially when traveling with family that included a 3.5 year old child. The owners refunded me 100 Euros in cash for the dirty apartment, though I would have prefered the partial refund be credited back to my credit card. I appreciate the effort, but we suffered without heat and the refund should have been more. I would not recommend this location.

• Olivier (7/5): good quality to price ratio in Rome, but could be a lot better with few arrangements - Arrival possible at any time since it is automatic via an app. Location near the Vatican and the via Giulia Plenty of towels One of the 2 bedrooms is very very noisy with the trafic from the road tunnel just underneath. The window is just not tight and poorly built. Some parts were just hardly clean: the old AC’s are disgusting and seem to be destroyed, the dust under the sofa… A few plugs are quite lose or just broken, which is worrying if you have children around. Few commodities left at our arrival: no soap for the dishes, no coffee even the slightest bit, not a drop of oil to cook, you have to buy everything even for a few days

• Georgios (6/5): Pleasant - It was easy to find and access the building. The host helped us when needed. The location was very good. we were 8 persons but on the sofa was difficult to sleep as the mattress was in really bad condition. so 2 persons couldn't sleep comfortable at all. The house could have some renovations without any high cost that could increase a lot the value and give better impression to the visitor. The house didn't have TV but only Chromecast solution from mobile phone that is not easy for everybody to use and control. The aircondition system was blocked with a lot of dust and dirt inside. Very easy to clean in 10 minutes. The fan on the upper floor (bedroom) was starting and stopping during the night and the light the same!! Some sockets were destroyed and dangerous. The bathtab had a blocked cap for the water to come out. The windowframe downstairs was destroyed and difficult to close.

• Rosangela (9/5): Comfortable, plenty of room, clean, TV wasn't working (not important), playpen available for baby! - No breakfast included, but the bar across the street was awesome! The online check-in was great, and the step by step instructions to get into the building were clear BUT, there was no magnetic key card in the box!!! (eventually we ended up finding it in the room - inserted into the power slot - maybe the cleaning people forgot to put it back into the security box??). The alternative method of getting into the room, using a secret code directly on the door wasn't working either!! The emails had a contact number, but there was no reply so we were stuck out there for a bit. Luckily at some point during my initial booking, I must have given my husband's phone number because he was sent a welcome whatsapp message. My husband was able to communicate with someone through that whatsapp contact, who luckily gave us an emergency code to punch in and unlock the door. We were stuck out in the hallway for quite awhile with two small children (aged 1 & 3), and tons of luggage. A bit nerve-wracking, but a huge relief once we got in.

The air condition was not working the entire time of our stay which was a bit uncomfortable especially on a hot summer day and no one came to troubleshoot the problem. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom broke-one of the blades flew off its socket while it was spinning and almost hit my sister.

• Jason (9/5): Perfect - Great location, next to the Vatican, next to a bus stop, walking distance from most of Rome’s monuments and museums. The apartment is very tidy and modern and comfortable. There’s everything you need: washing machine+products, iron, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, towels, bed linen, shower gel and shampoo, tv in every bedroom + in living room. The building is modern, great neighbourhood next to supermarkets and restaurants. The host is very communicative and helpful, he even helped us get to the airport at 1’o clock in the morning. I 100% recommend! /

Plenty of room for 5 of us. Felt very safe in the apartment. Would book again without hesitation. City Tax extra. Bathroom shower too low for a taller person (6ft)
