• Lucia (3/5): Not stunning - The location in the center of town. There are two enormous problems with the apartment. First and foremost, it sits across the narrow street and directly above a nightclub. From 11 pm until around 6 am, there is so much noise it’s unbearable, unless you plan to party all night. Secondly, it is not well kept up. Were the owner to invest in soundproof windows and an updated water heater it could improve the situation. Ermanno was indeed kind and accommodating, until there was a huge problem with absolutely no hot water for showers on our final day. He then wouldn’t answer the phone and sent his maid to collect the keys. We were dirty, exhausted, and highly disappointed.

• Stephanie (4/5): Nice location with some limitations - The location was exceptional. It was on the 6th floor with no elevator. Not good for seniors with mobility issues. Also, location is above a night club which kept everyone awake all night.

• Ekaterina (8/5): Прекрасное жильё которое требует обновления (мебель, сантехника) и снижение цены на как минимум на выходные дни из-за ш - Местоположение фантастическое , квартира интересная в своем стиле, хозяин объекта очень хороший человек - доброжелательный , дает дельные советы и всегда на связи. Очень хочется оставить эту рубрику пустой , но не могу не написать о том, к чему была не готова : 1. Старая мебель давно требует замены . Сантехника тоже ( кран в туалете , верхний душ ) 2. Мы проживали двумя парами и не знали, что вторая комната проходная и единственный душ находится в спальне -в итоге обе комнаты были проходные и не было комфортного уединения . Это не проблема , если вы семья с детьми, но не в случае двух пар. 3. По выходным из-за клуба внизу спать возможно ТОЛЬКО с берушами , лично нам это было некомфортно . Среди недели должно быть тихо .

• Joanne (1/5): We didn’t stay as dreadful accommodation - We didn’t stay at the property because it was so horrible. We went to a hotel straight away and have complained to booking.com and waiting for a response Everything was tatty and dirty particularly the sofa and chairs and a horrid smell.

Удобно за семейство с 2 или 3 деца, има отделна спалня и стая за децата, две отделни тоалетни, отделна кухня и хол. Домакинът е много любезен и предостави съвети за добри ресторанти с местна кухня, както и напитки и сладки при настаняването. Чудесни кафенета и места за хранене наблизо. Единственият проблем е шумът през нощта от близкия нощен бар - от хора, които говорят на улицата. През деня мястото е спокойно.

• Liane (9/5): - Die Lage am Pantheon und im pulsierenden Zentrum war grandios. Man muss wissen, dass die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk liegt und es anstrengend war das ganze Gepäck nach oben zu transportieren. Aber das macht die Lage wieder wett.
• Nancy (10/5): The accommodation was wonderful – we had a fantastic stay! Ermanno was incredibly helpful, assisting us with our luggage - The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linen was spotless. Having two toilets in the property was a real bonus, especially for a group.

• William (8/5): Great location and excellent host. I would stay again. - Ermanno met us when we checked in early and allowed us to leave bags. There was mildew in the shower and on the walls. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke.

The apartment is in a perfect location, walked everywhere and the Pantheon is 2 minutes away! Clean and tidy, the heating made the apartment toasty. Plenty of room for a family of 5 (with three teenagers). We had the most amazing time in this stunning city with a perfect base to chill out after a busy day! Nothing, no complaints.

The apartment was in a great location for all of the attractions and still gave access to excellent small restaurants The stairs to the top floor apartment and the AC could have been better

Great for families who need space in one place. - It was spacious and close to all of the major attractions; very central The many floors of stairs were unexpected but the host was very very helpful with our luggage. A lot of noise until late in the street at night.

Washing machine facilities were a god send as we are a family of 5. Take your own hangars to dry out your clothes as no clothes dryer or rack provided. Flights of stairs to apartment. Especially after a long day walking in Rome.

• Frank (8/5): Great location in heart of city - The apartment is in an excellent central location near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. This is the heart of the historic city center. From here the city is very walkable. It is like 15 minutes to Forum and like 25 minutes to Colosseum. St Peters is also like 20 minutes away and Spanish steps were also 20-minute walk and easy walk to Trastevere. There is a ton of restaurants, café and gelato places with in like a 5 minutes’ walk. There is nice little supermarket around corner where we picked up some snack, fruit, eggs, bread etc. The apartment is charming in a 17th century building and attractive, but apartment is top floor and no elevator. The host Ermanno was very kind and provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat and what to see. I texted him when we arrived at train station, and he met us at apartment to provide keys and show us the place. He had stocked it with some snacks and Nespresso coffee pods. Kitchen was well stocked. It does have a washer but no dryer which is typical in Italy but you can go to rook and dry clothes as it has clothes line set up with pins to hang them up. He was very helpful and also help arrange transportation to airport which is about 35 minutes away. Comparing prices of apartments in the center this is an excellent find for an apartment in the heart of everything and safe location. Just a a note there is no elevator so you do need to walk up to top floor and with high ceiling it is a lot of steps. There is a night club across the way and it can get loud with windows open. It is a city and there is night life. He does provide conformal ear plugs which worked well for family. Me I can sleep through it.

• Nastaran (9/5): Superb - The central location of the apartment is truly fantastic with all sights being within walking distance and plenty of restaurants nearby. We really liked having a well stocked mini carrefour nearby for times we didn't want to eat out. The apartment is charming in a 17th century building and attractive. It is fine for fit people who are able navigate the stairs ( it's on the top floor). Ermanno was very kind and helpful and allowed us to keep our bags in a safe place for a late checkout as well as organising an airport taxi. He also had plenty of recommendations for places to eat and areas/ sights to visit. Comparing prices of apartments in the centre this is an excellent find for an apartment if you are arduously sight seeing like we were. This is not the fault of Ermanno, but the nightclub opposite should ensure their bouncers ask their guests to keep it quiet in the alley way late when people are sleeping. I had 1 disturbed night out of 5. Ermanno provided ear plugs and they worked well.

• Fu (8/5): Strategy location and good facilities. Not suitable for those with big luggage. - Distance to Pantheon, just 5mins walk. Spacious bathroom, bedrooms and very helpful host. Nearby a carrefour express. Pick up and airport transfer offered at reasonable price. The small kitchen and it located at top floor without elevator, it is not easy for elders with big luggage and the stairway is narrow. The apartment tripped several times throughout my stay. The heater is not really working and elders were getting cold at night.
• Jelena (9/5): Great starting point for sightseeing - An amazing two bedroom apartment in the best location for sightseeing. Everything is on foot in a distance of max 2 km The host Ermanno has been very helpful with everything.
• Ming (7/5): Authentic local apartment - Great location very close to Pantheon and local supplies. The owner is very friendly, sent us lots of local restaurant’s recommendation and meet us in person. Very handy to have a washing machine and the shower box is new. There’s a bar right across the street and it’s super noisy at late night especially after midnight. We stayed a few nights and you can hear clearly people chatting and laughing every night on the street. The facilities in the apartment in general is old and we would prefer more lights.

• Gretchen (10/5): Very comfortable apartment, very well run/supervised by an excelent host! - The host was wonderful and we had an incredible stay here! He helped us arrange a car from the airport to the apartment, met us there and gave us an orientation to the apartment and the area. The apartment was stocked with the essentials so it was nice to have an espresso in the mornings! Our family of 4 (2 kids) were very comfortable here and would definitely come back. We appreciated being able to wash clothes and my kids enjoyed hanging them on the line to dry on the roof deck! The apartment was perfect for our family, but unfortunately it is located across the alley from a nightclub so it was loud at night.
• Andreas (7/5): The location is great, the apartment is a bit old and doesn't meet the price/quality you expect - The location is perfect. One block away from Pantheon and San Eustachio square. The apartment is not like the photos, many things are different and it is expensive for the quality of the amenities. You don't feel cozy and relaxed in the place. It is just a decent place next to Pantheon. It needs some renovation, better bathroom showers, parts of the beds falling apart, and some parts of the house look dirty.

Ermanno was helpful with suggestions on what to do and arranged our transportation to the airport (paid driver separately) A nightclub located aprox 12 feet off the entry door, very loud Friday and Saturday nights well past 3AM (was offered ear plugs) Washing machine had a strong odor. Difficult to shower if you’re tall since the shower head is under a low ceiling.

• Jack (6/5): If comfort is not your top priority, location compensates for a lot of flaws. - Location, cleanness, historic building. A lot of historic attractions walkable from the apartment, Pantheon 2 mins away (although don't expect a view). This is "historic" apartment and that has implications. Rooms are awkward. Everything is "well used". Not all furniture was as pictured, different sofa and different master bed. Headboard was not attached to the bed or wall and kept hitting the wall at night. Shower is short (if you are 6'/183cm your head will touch the ceiling) and sprinkles everywhere, no curtain installed. Host provided access instructions couple hours before arrival, even though official allowed checkin time was some hours earlier, having to request so close to arrival was awkward. Make sure you see the entry door before letting your driver go, our driver arranged by the host initially had the wrong address.

The host Ermanno was wonderful. He graciously helped us with our luggage, provided us with a wealth of information on local eateries and activities, and stocked the apartment with some water, coffee, and snacks. The two bedrooms were connected so one had to walk through one bedroom to get to the family room.

Although it has great character, maintainable and supply of some kitchen utensils and marks on walls etc could really lift. Needs a littke TLC.

He gave us the keys and explained how to use everything in the apartment, and sent over an extensive list of Rome restaurant/bakery/and attraction recommendations. The apartment was spacious and located just steps from the Pantheon, and featured beautiful original 16th century ceilings. It satisfied all of our needs and then some. The apartment was very clean and stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and kitchen supplies. I would highly recommend staying at this property! The apartment is on the top floor with 51 steps up, this was fine for my party but something to keep in mind when booking! Also across the street from a nightclub which had some noise at night.
