• Julijana (9/5): The apartment had everything we needed for our week stay. Excellent accommodation. - The property was conveniently located near Piazza del Popolo. It was clean and bright. Lola met us outside as we arrived and explained everything we needed to.know. There were several markets near by, so we ate breakfast in the apartment every day. No issues with the stovetop. There are several restaurants nearby, including one across the street and we enjoyed the food. We were also allowed to leave our luggage on the last day as we had several hours between check out and the arrival time at the airport.
• NYC Fami (10/5): A cozy, well-located apartment we loved enough to stay in twice this year. - We love staying here! The location is perfect for visiting historic sites and getting around by public transportation. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and comfortable, and the in-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher make it feel just like home. We were so pleased with our previous visit that we returned for a second stay this year. No baggage storage, and early 10:00 AM check-out. However, there is a baggage storage directly across the street. An electronic lock on the door would be more convenient.

• Petra (10/5): Great apartment to explore Rome on foot! - The apartment was perfectly located and was equipped with all that is needed for a stay in Rome. We prepared our own meals every day and loved the well equipped kitchen. Despite being in the city center the apartment was really quiet! The host was very welcoming and our arrival was pleasant. Lots of restaurants and bars were close by. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect.

• Florian (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, nicht weit zur Metro und direkt am Zentrum, man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erlaufen. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants, gute Eisdielen usw. ... Die Wohnung ist groß und inkl. Küche voll ausgestattet, hat gutes Wifi und 2 Klimaanlagen. Waschmaschine und Trockner funktionieren. Außenjalousien an jedem Fenster. Es gab ein Missverständnis: Die Unterkunft erhebt eine Gebühr für einen späten Check In und beschreibt das auch. In der Booking-App hatte ich jedoch die Info, dass der späte Check In im Preis enthalten ist. Unangenehm war die Diskussion am Abend, als der Mitarbeiter zunächst auf die sofortige Zahlung bestand - anstatt die Klärung durch Booking abzuwarten (der Fehler lag übrigens bei Booking) Das Bad hat etwas Schimmel in den Silikonfugen und es müffelt manchmal aus dem Abfluss - das könnte man sich mal anschauen.

We would stay again. - Great area which felt safe. 3 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, 10 minutes from the Piazza Di Spagna and 20 minutes from the Trevi fountain. Great restaurants nearby. Fabulous sunset at the top of the steps above the Piazza del Popolo. Comfortable bed, good facilities; it was clean and decorated well. The women who welcomed us were lovely and we appreciated their patience. We would have liked bigger cups for our tea. There were some lovely mugs but they were only for display. This was a minor point! The main doors were easy to open but the door to the apartment was tricky to get used to on the first day.

• Monika (10/5): Wonderfull stay in hot Rome - - Location is hard to beat - Matteo is a wonderul and helpful host - Appartment has all you need for a short stay - only recommendation I have is to change the sofa to a more bit bigger and comfortable one when you get rid off the small table next to sofa, which isnt necessary

The location features all the comforts of home and has an excellent shower and air conditioning. We loved the balcony and the decor of the apartment. We wish the owner had more properties to accommodate us for additional nights. The 10:00 am check-out was difficult for us, but worth the inconvenience.

• Anelise (9/5): Great location - We enjoyed a lot the apartment. The location is great, near city center and subway. It had all the appliences we needed, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer machine, hair dryer, 2 TVs, etc. And they are all new. The flat is very confortable and cosy.

• Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment with a balcony overlooking the local street. Facilities excellent. Lift to the apartment was good. The local area has plenty of good restaurants and cafes and the Piazza del Popolo is round the corner and pleasant for an evening stroll. The overhead shower was lacking in power but the hand held shower is fine and this is avery minor point.

• Adrian (10/5): a hidden gem in the heart of Rome - I often traveled to Rome and used various accommodations, generally 4-star hotels or apartments in the central area, but, by far, this was the accommodation I liked the most. Beyond the central position and the fact that it is stylishly renovated, the apartment is equipped with high quality appliances and had everything you may need for a perfect holiday, such as: quality towels and bed linens, bathroom accessories, nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The communication with the owner of the apartment was excellent and the check-in process goes exactly as we had planned. Last but not least, I must mention the exemplary cleanliness and attention to details, things that really make the difference. I will definitely come back.

• Ashish (10/5): Nice cute apartment, right by Piazza Del Popolo - The location was great. About 20-30 mins walk to most tourist attractions of Rome. It was spacious for a family of 3, with all the amenities one would need on a holiday. The balcony was nice to get the morning coffee at. It could have been priced cheaper

• *review* (10/5): Highly recommended - Excellent location, large and spacious apartment, good coffee machine, kitchen equipped with everything you need, clean, the shower is large and everything is there, including a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer. The design of the apartment is clean and white with a wooden floor and there are two air conditioners. There are two elevators for those who need them and a guard at the entrance. Pleasant contacts, highly recommend.
• Martin (9/5): Amazing stay! Everything as expected! - The Apartment has a very convenient location and near to all the action in Rome without being in the very noisy center. The street may be considered as quiet however you can hear the garbage trucks and passing cars. For that you can use the automatic sunshades on the windows or close the windows entirely as there is AC in every room. The apartment is located in a very nice classic building with quality materials. The apartment itself is newly renovated and equipped for everything you need for short and long stay. Bathroom is relevantly big and equipped and designed very well. We really appreciated the terrace as it is wide and you can enjoy the sunset/evenings on the balcony with a drink. You have some tips for taxis and food places nearby left by the host. There are 3 very nice restaurants on the street just across the entrance of the building where you can enjoy Italian food bar Locarno (in the 5* hotel nearby) where you can have amazing breakfast. Opposite to apartment there is bagsafe storage place where you can leave your luggage for 13 eur per day. I would have appreciated English speaking host or automatic check in (with a code) instead of making arrangements to meet as we arrived late. Note that this booking currently works with Host (which seems to be the owner of the apartment) using translator in place to meet you in the apartment and you have to pay late check in fee of 30 eur if you arrive after 20:00 and 50 eur if after 12:00. No compliementary drinks. On Check out you have to meet the Host again but it was without the translator which made it a little bit weird if you need an advice.
• Natalia (9/5): Great stay - This is a really nice apartment, pictures fully reflect how it looks in reality. Nice surprise to have drinkable tap water, Netflix and many sockets spreader around the place. Location is great, just few steps, literally, from Piazza del Popolo. Building itself is nice and clean as well. Few restaurants just down the street, not to mention many more around, but there is no guests noise as they are not open very long. Kitchen have almost everything you would need to prepare breakfast to eat on a balkony, with the left side view on Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Miracoli, right side towards Tyber. Hard to find sth like this. Maybe just the mattress that resonates, when one person moves, the other one feels it pretty significantly. But if you both sleep tight, that may not be a problem :)

It was the first time that I chose an apartment at a private host and I did not make a mistake. I recommend without any doubt. During the night it is sometimes noisy, but if you close the window there are no problems.
