- Debra (9/5): Old Town Hanoi for beginners. - The balcony room that I stayed in was attractive and the bed was comfortable. Good hot shower and toiletries. Daily water was provided. The balcony was the bonus, I could watch the street below in the Old Town, fascinated. The location is ideal. Jay on reception was very chill and full of information when asked. I was happy with my stay.

- Alexander (10/5): A rare find in this price and star category. - Beautiful full balcony, comfy bed and great sheets/pillows. Nicely decorated. It can be a little noisy on the street below, but that’s part of the charm, and quiets down after 10 pm.

- Catarina (9/5): Central and charming! - This is truly a charming hotel, the rooms are super confortable clean and we had a super cute balcony overlooking the area and we could see the lake. Even in a super crowded area the rooms were quiet at night. It was super central in the old district, walking distance to the lake, bars street, etc.

- Emma (8/5): Stay was short but special! - Jay who works at the hotel is a true diamond. Very knowledgeable and helpful. A true asset to the hotel. Noisy, mainly due to area. Woken early as windows not soundproofed. Not much space in the family room.
- MajdJH (6/5): Okay for one night - The staff at the reception are nice. The balcony is nice and could sit on it. The location is central but in the middle of the old quarter and near the beer street so this can also be a negative thing as it is too loud. The bed was good. The room was so humid and uncomfortable to breathe sometimes. The bathroom is a built in with no ventilation. The pillowes were not comfortable and the area is very loud. It maybe a good option for 1 night but not for a long stay.

Friendly and helpful staff will make sure you have a good trip with n - Simple accomodation right on Old Center, near Beer Street and hundreds of outstanding eateries. Jay was a very friendly host that made the place feel welcoming and alive. Easy to get some help around town, booking excursions, rides, scooter. Excellent service. For the price, there’s nothing to really dislike. Biggest inconvenience was poor drainage in the shower that made the entire bathroom floor soaked for a while after use, otherwise- no notes.

It’s situated right on the corner of beer street. Looking out onto the balcony you can see all 4 craft beer places on the intersection. The lovely man working saw my boyfriend’s birthday was that day in his passport and went out and bought him a cake and brought it to our room! Was the nicest thing to do ever. Would recommend staying here. Great value for money and even better location.

- Molly (8/5): Perfect location - Fantastic location, friendly staff & spacious rooms. The hotel offer a laundry service which was quick and it was the best my laundry had been done in Vietnam. You can also exchange money there which was super helpful. Would definitely stay again. Bathroom was slightly mouldy but other than that it was fine.

The balcony to view the city is so cool Room is spacious, well equipped and very clean Extremely helpful staff who well arranged for tour and advice Wi-Fi connection could be a little bit stronger in some areas, but it didn't affect my experience too much

Room very clean and comfortable, good facilities As in the centre if the old town, it can be very noisy through the night. however this is to be expected given the location. Street outside hotel smelly due to bin collection at night. this did not affect our stay as u can not smell this from the room & only when walking past.

- Melanie (9/5): Fantastic accommodation. Stayed with a family group of 11 (4 adults, 5 kids and 2 grandparents) and it was perfect. Clos - The location was excellent, right in the middle of the old quarter near all the markets and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the lake. Jay, the receptionist was fantastic, offered great advice and sent excellent instructions via What’s app for meeting up with our transfer driver. His suggestion of Ban Cong Coffee and Restaurant was awesome, we loved it. Thanks Jay!

Lovely hotel with excellent staff who are always on hand to help. Stayed here twice whilst flying in and out of Hanoi. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is on a busy road and there is some noise, it may disturb you if you are a light sleeper but it was not an issue for us. We stayed in room 201 and it was ideal for our needs. Nice balcony overlooking the road. Cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Will stay here again whenever I stay in Hanoi.

Clean and ok standard otherwise. - Extremely noisy, no isolation so every beep and traffic noise from the popular street outside sounds like you have the door open to them. The door doesn’t lock automatically, which we didn’t realize! We were out all day and anyone could have gone into our room.

Laundry services and airport transfer are available and they can also store your luggage. I found the bed comfortable, and I enjoyed the views from my balcony. I highly recommend choosing a room with a balcony as it adds great value to the experience—I stayed in both the deluxe and king rooms, and the balcony definitely enhanced my stay. -

It's perfectly located in the heart of the Old Quarter, there are many many shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just a quick walk to the lake. Jay at the reception was exceptionally helpful; he speaks excellent English and offered great recommendations without any pressure to buy. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, making for a really pleasant experience overall. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting! --
