Pegamos período de chuva e até guarda chuva tem a disposição do hóspede! Quando precisamos de informações, foram logo respondidas. Super recomendo!! Muito obrigada por toda a atenção! Acredito que o colchão do quarto de casal e o sofá cama precisam de uma melhoria para mais conforto.

• Domenico (9/5): Eccellente soluzione - Appartamento spazioso, accogliente e ben attrezzato, in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto. Host disponibile e cordiale, che mette a disposizione un buon livello di servizio. Frigorifero ben fornito di aranciata, succhi frutta, latte acqua e soprattutto...spritz. Vasto assortimento di prodotti per fare colazione.

• Daniel (9/5): Danke an Gabriele für den angenehmen Kontakt. - Die Wohnung ist schön groß, gut eingeteilt und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und auch relativ nah an den Metro-Stationen. Die Wohnung könnte etwas zentraler liegen, die Verbindungen zum Stadtzentrum sind allerdings sehr gut.👍

• Egle (9/5): Nice stay - Very friendly and helpful host. Good location, close to metro station, good amenities, snacks and drinks in the property. Well thought through with additional small touches that make a difference: slippers, coffee machine and milk, metro maps, shampoo. Stay feels comfortable. Poor sound proof, but everything else was great.

Super consigliato. La posizione strategica per tutti i servizi di collegamento, sia verso il centro città, sia verso la FS centrale. Ottimo per chi deve andare allo stadio San Siro x assistere ad una partita. Zona tranquilla.

• Sjoerd Hofman (10/5): Uitstekend appartement om milaan te ontdekken en San siro te bezoeken. - De ligging van het appartement is perfect. Het metro station is 5 minuten lopen. Vanaf daar ben je in 15 minuten in de winkelstraten. En er zijn jeetje leuke restaurants in de buurt. Ons hoofddoel was een ac milaan wedstrijd, San siro ligt op slechts 25 lopen. De eigenaar Gabriel is zeer behulpzaam vriendelijk en spreekt uitstekend Engels. Het was ook zeer fijn dat hij direct reageerde op vragen via WhatsApp. Nvt

Nous avons appréciés les cadeaux de bienvenue.( Gâteaux, boissons, café,...)et les chaussons. Nous sommes arrivés un jeudi jour de marché , il a fallu trouver un parking payant pour la voiture.C'etait pas de chance!!

• Manish (9/5): Cozy apartment at 15 min ride from Duomo and a great host! - 15 min metro ride from Gambra to Duomo, very well maintained 1 bedroom suite with walking wardrobe, ample parking space available right in front of the property but also there was secured and surveillance enabled parking space at 10 min walking distance. The location is in upmarket location. Good refreshments and immaculately clean apartment, prosecco was also provided along with milk, coffee, tea bags etc. Gabriele is very helpful, courteous and polite host. We will definitely book it again if plan to come back to Milano. It’s definitely home away from home. It’s not sound proof and because the road is busy at night, you can’t avoid the road traffic noise during night as well. AC’s were not working properly and as it was hot it was difficult to sleep at night. If they can fix these two issues then it’s a perfect property and good value for money. Thanks

• Geoffrey (9/5): Superb - Location and distance from public transport were really convenient. A pleasant walk away from San Siro Stadium. The mess left behind the market on Saturday although this was cleaned in no time by the respective workers.
• Lesia (9/5): Great and spacious place, Gabriele was always helpful and stayed in touch. - This apartment has a big space! We had everything we needed on the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. There is even a dressing room! Close to the apartment you can find a tram and bus station, so you could get to the city centre or railway station easily. Also there is a metro station a little bit farther. And if you need a supermarket there is a Carrefour. We are very thankful and touched with the free snacks and champagne. We reached the place after 21:00 because of our delayed flight, and we were so tired, so you can only imagine how happy we were to see such a hospitality 😍 There is only one thing which I didn’t like - it was noisy from the street and neighbours because of the thin walls. So you’d better take the earplugs as I did. It helped.

It was very nice to feel cared for in a foreign country. Despite the fact that we have different customs, they were very patient with us. We are very grateful for the care. Everything was wonderful. The apartment is clean and cozy. My children and I did not feel any discomfort. Tea, coffee, sweets for children, champagne, everything surprised and delighted us. The bathroom is very clean.

No clothes wash machine ; aircon is not functional in the living room; shower sometimes suddenly turned off by no reasons, and then we find out need to restart it again.

The host was incredibly responsive and always available. Each morning, we were delighted with fresh, warm pastries - a perfect start to the day. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals if desired. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood; we particularly enjoyed Billy's Place. We would definitely return

• Milko (10/5): Metallica family holiday - A wonderful and responsive host helps you in everything! Great layout and location. I definitely know where to stay on our next visit to Milan. I highly recommend to everyone. I only recommend to think a little about the noise reduction because the street is busy at night!

Flat i situated in a old block.l, mold is visible in bathroom, old towels and gnaws.Uncomfortable and shabby bed in leaving Excessive price for the conditions offered. Such a price is plus/minus in Hilton, about 200 EUR/night. Very disappointed.

Gabriele was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The market on Thursday and Saturday (I think) were a bit noisy too early in the morning.

• Brigitta (10/5): Nice place with a friendly host - The place is clean, nice and comfortable. There is a nice bedroom and another bed in the living room. The kitchen has coffee maker and the host left us coffee, biscuits, sweets and also a welcome drink. The place is not far from the center, the Gambara station is really close, by metro you can get to the center in 15 minutes. The host is really friendly, he is always available on the phone to help you with anything. There are some coffee shops and bakeries on the corner too and a nice restaurant called Billy's. I would recommend this place, it's also close to the San Siro Stadium if you are going to a football match. :) -
• Ciprian (10/5): Exceptional - Very good deal for an accomodation if you come visit Milano with friends. The appartment is fully equipped with all you need in order to have a pleasant stay. The living is very spacious and it's open space with the kitchen. We were given a lot of extra things for the breakfast, even prosecco, fresh fruits, which was more than enough for 4 persons. The appartment is clean and it's located on the 1st floor. Maybe a bit noisy from the main road outside but personally I didn't bother that much.

It has a good atmosphere and a great space to relax. There is a huge market just underneath on Thursdays and Saturdays. The host was generous. kind, responsive, and helpful.

Breakfast could be better, when you do the search engine at booking and would like to have breakfast, obviously you would think of the usual breakfast with range of options at the hotels.

Clean rooms. -That was not a typical breakfast as you would expect in UK hotels ( it was all packed biscuits/dried-pack bread with some jams)- I would not qualify this as accommodation with breakfast. - There were complimentary drinks ( wine and beer), but it would be great if the host would consider a bowl of fruits for non-drinking persons like me. - A Microwave and Iron box would have helped.
• Michael (10/5): if it's available and suits your area then just Book it - The apartment was spotless modern and spacious and beautifully decorated everything needed for your stay was provided Great wifi at a decent speed ,TV which provided free netflix Beautiful bathroom with a good shower plenty of towels A selection of various food items and drinks was left by the host for visitors this included a bottle of wine orange juice milk and water then a large selection of various teas and coffees and also pods to be used in a tassimo machine also option for food included plenty of different items from biscuits,jams,crisps, fruit and even sweets for the kids Fresh croissants could also be delivered to your door each morning by the host however we did not take this offer up There was probably even more on offer but due to the amount provided can not remember everything please see photos to see any items missed The apartment may not be in central Milan however there seems to be plenty of places to eat and drink in the local area just needing a very short walk we actually found this suited us better than Central Milan yes being central may gi Excellent communications with the host providing all sorts of communications via whatsapp this was everything needed from directions to the apartment advice on collecting keys and even help in getting a taxi on leaving what's not to like like nothing Its hard to see how anyone can fail not to to like this place If any one fails to give this place any less than 10/10 then they are being really picky Everything is catered for and I'm sure that if anything is needed within reason then after contact with the host it will be catered for

• May (9/5): Absolutely wonderful apartment with a great host. - This apartment was an excellent find. Out of the immediate city centre but very accessible via metro with a stop an easy few minutes walk away. Host was lovely to deal with, and very helpful. Apartment was clean, comfortable with breakfast items/snacks left for you which was a great added feature. Would happily stay here again. It wasn't much of an issue for us as we were getting up early and are sound sleepers, but you can hear quite a bit of external noise, particularly traffic throughout the night and the apartment above early morning (from the living room only). I'm sure this would be the same in many city apartments but just felt its worth noting. As I say, it didn't bother us that much but was the only slightly negative thing from our wonderful stay.
• Šarūnasb (10/5): Short stay in Milano - Self check-in/check-out. It’s good that you can arrive whenever you want. It exceeded our expectations because of that the host left us a bottle of Prosecco. Was a good refreshment after long day and cancelled flight for the next day. Nice gesture 😊 All good. Nothing to complain about the place. Has all it needs.

The apartment has an excellent location, 5 minutes from the M1 metro, 3 minutes from the tram, 25 minutes from the San Siro stadium. ⚽ The apartment is well equipped. But what we've liked the most is Gabriele's hospitality. He pleasently surprised us, with tips about transportation and also when it started to rain in one of the mornings, he sent umbrellas to us. Thanks again for the 🥐, btw.😊
