• Gaetano (10/5): Magnifique endroit, très calme, mais très éloignée de centre-ville - J’aimais beaucoup de choses déjà la propreté, l’audio était très calme, dans un quartier résidentiel, tout à fait japonais, très calme, l’appartement était petit, mais il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. J’ai passé très agréable un moment pour mon prochain voyage, je compte bien y retourner. Je aimer aussi le petit balcon et l’attention des propriétaires toujours prêt à répondre à mes questions par message. Le fait qu’il soit trop éloigné de centre-ville, au moins 40 minutes de métro pour arriver au centre de Tokyo. J’ai aussi un petit souci au niveau de l’odeur, il y avait une forte odeur de moisi à certains moments. Heureusement il y a une très bon ventilation et une fenêtre qui danse sur un petit balcon. autre chose qui pourrait être amélioré, je trouve, c’est le fait de faire passer une seule fois le personnel pour le changement des draps et serviettes, il faudrait le faire beaucoup plus souvent.

• Uno (8/5): 好印象。 - 部屋が綺麗で清潔感があった。 洗濯機がある。 バス・トイレ別。 302号室はベランダからの眺めが空が広くて良かった。 電子レンジと湯沸かしポットがありがたかった。 シャンプー、ボディーソープ、液体ソープがあって助かった。 TVが無いが僕は見ないので無問題。 一人で泊まるには無問題。

Abbiamo gradito la presenza di shampoo, bagnoschiuma, balsamo, detersivi e detergente mani, fazzoletti ecc. Le pulizie erano state eseguite in modo molto superficiale (abbiamo trovato anche piatti sporchi) e gli asciugamani puzzavano terribilmente anche dopo averli lavati (abbiamo poi trovato asciugamani e lenzuola di un’altra stanza per terra in strada, lasciati dal personale delle pulizie). Per lo più, gli asciugamani erano troppo pochi e sarebbe molto comodo se ci fosse un piccolo aspirabriciole nella stanza, anche data la scarsa pulizia generale

• Humihito (5/5): 部屋はとても良いのできちんと清掃すればもっと評価があがると思う - 長期宿泊に必要なものが揃っていて便利だった 問い合わせへの対応が早く丁寧だった 駅まで徒歩圏内でこのお値段は安いと思う。 とても良い部屋なのに、清潔ではなかった 長期滞在なので口コミを見て念のため掃除道具を持って行って正解だった。 床がベタベタしていたのでフローリングを掃除用シートで拭くとホコリがかたまりになって取れるくらいだった。 掃除機だけでなく拭き掃除もすれば綺麗になると思う。 洗濯機の周りやトイレも黒いホコリが溜まっているのが見えるから、快適とは言えなくなってしまう。 部屋自体は良いと思うので、清掃をきちんとすればもっと高評価になると思う。

• Katherine (9/5): if you want to stay in a more local area, but near close to public transit this is a good place. - overall great unit. the staff was very responsive to any requests that we had. the beds were comfortable. The place was very well maintained. the washer and balcony for drying was very helpful. I would highly recommend this unit. It was very convenient to several metro stops and community areas. like a 10/15 min walk which is enjoyable the area is very walkable. overall I don't have any complaints. my friend and I did stay for two weeks. it would have been nice if they offered to tidy the room half way through our stay, but this is very minor doesn't not negatively impact my review. when I asked for more supplies for restock they were very responsive.

• kazumasa (7/5): エアコンが埃っぽくかび臭いのを何とかしてくれると評価は高くなります。 - 職場に近く、この宿泊施設スタッフの対応が良かったと思う。 エアコンがカビ臭くエアコンをつけているとずっと咳き込んでいたのでエアコンの清掃をしてほしい。壁時計が動いていない。テレビのアンテナ線の接続が壊れている。トイレの中がタバコ臭い。(禁煙ルームだけど)、もう少し清掃きれいにしてほしい。できれば枕カバーやベッドカバーなど週に1回程度交換できるとありがたい。この中で1番お願いしたい事はエアコンの清掃です。その他は自分でどうにかできましたが、さすがにエアコンの清掃は清掃業者に依頼して清掃してくれると助かります。

• YU-TZU (7/5): 大致整體是舒服的，只是要衡量住宿點又一小段路，如有與年長者同行，或是大行李的部份須斟酌 - 一個人住很足夠，通風後陽光灑進，房間裡舒服。 長住者旅行，洗衣服晾衣方便都快速。地點安靜。 入住第一天可能通風較不好，進入有一個味道。 地上有灰塵，但其他地方大致算乾淨。我住二樓房間，有大行李或年長者要衡量一下，樓梯較為狹小。 Wi-Fi是個問題，第一天沒找到提供的Wi-Fi ID，雖然提供兩個以上，但都沒找到。人員第二天積極處理，給了另一組連上，但第三天回到住宿地又不能連了，處理人員積極，但需不斷的來回溝通，對於需要回住宿需要Wifi者須注意，希望之後能改善。

• Alice (7/5): Bien - Logement relativement bien situé pour le prix, à quelques stations d'Ikebukuro. Plutôt bien équipé, avec un petit coin cuisine, un frigo et une salle de bain avec les produits d'hygiène de base. Bon rapport qualité prix ! Comme la plupart des logement japonais l'appartement était plutôt petit, cela peut poser problème avec de trop grosses valises. Certains recoins mériteraient d'être mieux nettoyés, comme le frigo par exemple.

• Pure (10/5): Big room, complete required facilities ! - Big room Complete facilities such as kitchen, big refrigerator, laundry, easy-adjusted shower and air-conditioning. Good instructions for check-in or even during the stay question. The staff is very responsive. PS.There's good bagel shop and little game musuem nearby, cool stuff If you are traveling with the big luggages, you might feel it a bit far from train station. Anyway, the location is still really good, for traveling to Tokyo downtown. The room is quiet bright during early morning it a bit hard to continue sleeping. Darker curtain is recommended.
• Joel (6/5): Small and far - Very small and far from the Tokyo center. It was nice seeing part of the outskirts in Itabashi and it was certainly calm, but it isn't worth the price for the hassle of it being far and also really small.

• Irina (8/5): Very good - It was alright. The bed is kinda small, but we managed to sleep deeply during the night. You can manage the water temperature really easy and it was clean. We found a cockroach in the room during an evening. Also it was getting really cold during the night and I had to wake up in the middle of the night to start the AC. Also don't expect to have a big sink in the bathroom.
