• Noah (10/5): Séjour d'une semaine en couple - L'emplacement est idéalement situé. Les accès aux sites touristiques comme aux restaurants sont rapidement accessibles à pied. Le logement est très bien équipé. Les instructions de notre logeur étaient très bien détaillées. La vue sur l'Acropole depuis le lit est magnifique. Le lit est un peu petit et trop amorti pour 2 personnes. Quand l'un d'entre nous se retourne le matelas secoue beaucoup. La fixation du pommeau de douche est à remettre en état. Les photos concernant la vue depuis le balcon (site Booking) sont à remettre au goût du jour. Le vis à vis ne correspond plus. Un hôtel a été placé.

• defne (9/5): - The location was more than perfect, it was clean, the rooms were large and it was great that it had two seperate bathrooms with showers in each. One of the rooms did not have a blackout curtain so you wake up early when the sun shined and the other room was noisy as there was a very active restaurant just below the property.

You’re perfectly located in an area where everything you need as a tourist is right at your doorstep. The view from the rooftop is priceless.

Vi havde lejet roof top lejligheden med imponerende syn over byen - og Akroplis Helt ekstrem meget larm fra naboerne der holdt fest på terressen over os til kl 3-4 om natten. Kastede op ud over vores terresse.

• Kathryn (10/5): A very enjoyable stay in a bright and airy studio close to the ancient sites of Athens - The property was very light and airy, with a lovely Acropolis view as promised, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a simple meal (bought meat from the excellent central market on Athinas). The property the easy to find, 5 mins walk from the metro, Psyrri is a great area as a base to visit the tourist sites on foot. I would’ve liked a cafetière to make coffee rather than coffee pods.

• Aurelien (8/5): Toplocatie - Het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en precies zoals beschreven. We voelden ons meteen thuis. Toplocatie! Alles was perfect geregeld voor een zorgeloze vakantie met alle benodigde voorzieningen. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug! Helaas hebben we minder van het terras kunnen genieten, omdat het appartement zich boven een bekend visrestaurant bevindt en de geuren buiten tussen 17:00 en 22:00 vrij sterk kunnen zijn. We zijn er zelf gaan eten en het is absoluut één van de beste visrestaurants van Athene. Houd hier wel rekening mee als je dit appartement voornamelijk voor het terras zou willen reserveren. Ondanks dit puntje zouden wij het appartement zeker aanbevelen!

• Thomas (9/5): Super séjour super localisation Terrasse a couper le souffle propriétaires très disponibles. - L'appartement est idéalement situé et la communication avec les propriétaires était vraiment bonne et fluide. Nous avons passé un très très agréable séjour. Nous avons été mis en relation avec un chauffeur de taxi qui connaissait bien les propriétaires et l'immeuble qui nous a accompagnés jusqu'à la porte de l'appartement.

• לוסי (9/5): דירה מקסימה במיקום מצוין - המיקום מצויין!! קרוב לארצו לכיכר מונסטרקי אזור מאוד שוקק בלילה. יש חנויות מגניבות. דקה הליכה מבית חבד ודקת הליכה ממסעדת שוק הכשרה. המארחים ממש ממש מקסימים ונתנו לנו מענה מהיר . יש בדירה מגהץ ופן מכונת קפה הכל במצב טוב. זה לא עכשיו דירת פאר. אבל ממש ממש עונה על הצרכים וזו תמורה נהדרת ביחס למחיר הסביר. כאישה היה חסר לי בדירה מראת גוף והארון לאחסון בגדים אמרתי למארחת והיא אמרה שתטפל בזה אנחנו היינו זוג ולקחנו דירת 2 חדרי שינה וסלון אז השתמשנו בחדר השני כמקום איחסון.

Duży taras gdzie można było rano po śniadaniu wypić kawę, dwie sypialnie, dwie osobne łazienki i kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Dużym udogodnieniem dla nas była możliwość zostawienia bagaży w zamykanej pralni ponieważ mieliśmy samolot dopiero w nocy. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z Efi która zarządza apartamentem. Szybko i bardzo dokładnie odpowiada i doradza. Przed przylotem wysłała dokładne informacje jak dostać się z lotniska do centrum, jak dojść do apartamentu, jak odebrać klucze, gdzie są najbliższe sklepy itd Gorąco polecam

They were very thorough with instructions and gave a lot of suggestions of where to go/see/eat. Whole apartment was immaculate and it is in the most perfect location surrounded by some fun bars and places to eat. We walked everywhere from there. Without doubt we will return! I cant think of anything.

The apartment was spacious,comfortable,super clean and sunny with a large veranda. Had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Anna and Efi were gracious hosts and arranged also the airport transfer and provided us with a guide of local spots.

Tolle Kommunikation, die Wohnung ist super geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell, sauber, der Balkon ist riesig und gemütlich, Aufzug super praktisch. Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Stadt, super Restaurants und Bars direkt um die Ecke, tolle Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist nunmal super und sehr zentral im Ausgehviertel, das merkt man auch an der Lautstärke bis spät nachts (wir waren von Donnerstag - Sonntag da). Wenn man eher früher ins Bett gehen möchte, Earplugs mitbringen!

We booked 2 apartments.....very clean (good job for the cleaning lady), kitchen facilities complete & AC work good. Good location, good sound proof & strong wifi. Top roof night view are amazing facing Acropolis. Thank you to Efi & Anna Need improvement: Some beds frames have sound (might be loose joints)

• Quynh Nhi (7/5): Goed verblijf in het centrum van Athene - Locatie is goed gelegen in het leuke wijkje Psiri. Alles was prima op loop afstand te bereiken. Appartement was verder erg schoon en voorzien van genoeg spullen. Kan wat geluidsoverlast zijn van omliggende restaurants. Zorg ervoor dat je oordopjes meeneemt.

• Baynic (9/5): Un pied-à-terre charmant et idéalement situé pour profiter d’Athènes comme un local - Décoration soignée donnant immédiatement une sensation de confort. Deux chambres bien pensées et climatisées, grand balcon agréable, localisation idéale. On s’y verrait bien vivre. Pas de vraie vue sur l’Acropole. En plein été, la salle de bain orientée plein soleil peut devenir assez inconfortable en journée, malgré la climatisation ailleurs dans l’appartement.

• Farnaz (8/5): Great location and friendly hosts - Very very central location with a view of the acropolis. Extremely difficult to sleep every night due to party/club noise until 2/3am. Of course, this is not the accomodation’s fault, but it’s something to keep in mind. Also, I suggest reaching out and asking for photos of your exact apartment as they are all different (and different sizes). Not a huge deal as the price was reasonable, but we were expecting a one bedroom apartment as per the listing but ended up with a studio.

Water evacuation in the shower was a bit slow, but I understand that this is probably linked to the older sewage system - not really an issue.

• Karol (10/5): Highly recommended. Clean new apartment with excellent location and view of acropolis - The terrace on the top floor had a exceptional view of acropolis, it was stunning. We also liked the apartment, everything was new and very clean, the kitchen was stocked with cutlery and some basic supplies. The beds were large and comfortable and there was a A/C in every room which could be used as a heater. There was also a lot of hot water even in winter months. We also loved the location next to monastitaki square. The floors were cold and there wasn’t enough space inside to dry towels (we were a group of 6)

Location it’s great and the host very helpful! Everything was perfect! If I must suggest something, I would say that rooms need more mirrors! We stayed on the 3rd floor. Our deck was amazing. But the shared roof top terrace on the 5th floor is incredible. The panoramic view of the city and acropolis. You can meet both sunrise and sunset on the deck. There is no need to leave your apartment. There is a shared laundry room where you can also leave luggage if you have a late flight. Nothing

• Maria (7/5): Good - We liked the clear instructions on how to get there and how to enter the room. The room was big, clean and comfortable and the location perfect. What didn't we like? Initially, we were a group of 6 people, ideally for such large apartments there should be at least 2 keys or another smart way to entry to the room such as a code. Also, the beds were not at all comfortable and lastly the most important, we traveled in January so hot water for bathing is a main ingredient to enjoy your vacation, which in this particular room seemed like a luxury. Most of the time it didn't work properly and we bathed in cold water.
• Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment with great hosts. The apartment was sparkling clean, very comfortable for our family of 4, we really appreciated the two bathrooms and the terrace, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to all major attractions and a great selection of restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect. Thank you for an amazing stay.

• Pauline (8/5): Perfect location for exploring wonderful Athens. - Location could not be better. Acropolis views are wonderful and proximity to attractions and restaurants is fantastic. Efi our host was extremely friendly and responsive when we got in touch with any questions. Great value for money and perfect for a city break. Accommodation functional rather than luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay. Make sure you eat at the restaurant Atlantikon next door. Absolutely fabulous food at a great price. Highly recommend. Nothing.
• Sophie (7/5): Great stay for the price. - The location was awesome, the view we had from the rooftop was amazing. AC is not working well and very noisy. The laundry room have a dryer that doesn’t work.
