Tôi sẽ chọn lại nơi này cho lần sau khi - Căn hộ tuy nhỏ nhưng lại rất đây đủ tiện nghi bao gồm : chén bát, ly , đũa cho 2 người. Chủ nhà còn chuẩn bị sẵn xà bông giặt đồ mà tôi thấy nhiều chỗ ko có . Xuất sắc Phòng sạch sẽ. Siêu gần ga . Tôi đi bộ mất 10p nhưng lại rất dễ đi nên tôi thấy vị trí quá tuyệt vời để đi đến ga Ike. Cầu thang hơi nhỏ . Nó là nhược điểm với những khách có những chiếc vali size lớn.

- Guest (7/5): - if you’re thinking of a long term stay they have a heat plate, microwave, washing machine, etc that can be useful if you plan to cook and do laundry. there are no elevators and the stairs are quite steep and narrow. im not sure if all apartment units have this smell but our room did so i kept the windows open for ventilation when i was inside the room. bed isnt the most comfy but its not the worst either. i messaged the host if we could get an extra towel but i didnt hear anything back, which isnt the end of the world but just a heads up if you’re planning your stay here.

La stanza era pulita e accessoriata di tutto il necessario (asciugamani, sapone, shampoo, asciugacapelli, microonde, frigo, riscaldamento, etc.). Non c'è nulla che non mi è piaciuto, ma essendo la stanza non molto spaziosa come sono spesso le stanze giapponesi, vorrei suggerire di mettere dei ganci e delle mensole sui muri per ottimizzare lo spazio.

Das Zimmer 101 ist ein umgebauter, für Gewerbe intendierter Raum und kein richtiges Zimmer. Es gibt wenig Grundausstattung. Wir hatten kein Warmwasser. Insgesamt ist das Preis Leistungs verhältnis eher schlecht und ich würde für den Preis eine andere Unterkunft empfehlen.

- Ксеня Чепаева (10/5): Everything was amazing - Excellent contact. Everything was told in detail in advance - the way to get there, the number to get the key, information about sorting garbage. This is an exclusively personal desire. There was not enough broom and mop to clean the apartment. I bought it in a secondhand and took it home with me. But if it were included in the category of detergents for an apartment, it would be very convenient.

- Cornelia (8/5): Cheap and good - It was close to Ikebukuro and easy to get to. We had an easy time checking in as it was self check in. The hotel staff was always available to ask questions via the booking chat and was very kind/polite. Most of all, it was cheap and spacious for a room in Tokyo, as they can be absurdly pricey! You don't hang out at the hotel at all times, so I had no issues. The beds were comfortable, and I'm so glad there was an air-conditioning. For me it was a perfect hotel for the fair price we paid. I wish there was an elevator as hauling the luggage was rough. I also wish there were instructions for some things! But considering the price, this is okay
- Nicole (9/5): Best place 9.5/10 :) - I would like to say that as a first time traveler to japan this place was the best of all the places we have been sleeping at. The location of this place is really good. You have a lot of places to eat you have laundry shop nearby so you can wash your cloths. But most likely i really loved about this place that the train station had all the needed lines to get easily to places. ( especially JR lines are the most useful in japan). The only thing that bothered me that if somebody else showers meanwhile you shower the water pressure starting to reduce :( .

Would be fine but the room was advertised as having sofa bed + futon and there wasn't really space to lay the futon down.
