• Gina (8/5): Amazing hostess - Fotini was a very kind hostess and helped me out and ton with flexibility on check-in and out times. It was amazing to have access to a shared washer and dryer, and nice to have amenities like toiletries. Bed was not as comfortable as I'd hoped, and generally, the layout of the units doesn't feel as spacious or private as photos implied. One flight of stairs to access the elevator, and it opens straight into the rooms. My neighbors were able to smell my burning incense due to this. There was also construction noise starting very early each morning, but it was finished mid day.

• Sylvie (10/5): Perfection ! - La propreté est irréprochable, l'emplacement est parfait car l'appartement n’est pas dans le coeur du quartier touristique (calme) mais vraiment juste à cote et à 2 pas de bars et restos très sympas ! Appartement spacieux à la décoration soignée, produits de toilette d'excellente qualité. Petite terrasse en hauteur fort agréable ! Même s’il n’y a pas d'accueil par une personne physique, un système de boite à clés efficace et la communication avec la/le propriétaire est tres fluide. Et merci pour les petites attentions gourmandes :)) Absolument rien ! C’etait "pépite" !

The host has thought of every detail, and it looks even more beautiful in person than in the photos (if that’s even possible). The host is exceptionally kind I even received a small gift always available for any questions, and the apartment is right in the city center. It is well-equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is lovely. Highly recommended I would suggest this place to everyone. Everything is perfect.

The apartment was in an excellent, central location, but very quiet at night so no problem sleeping. 30 metres to Athinas Street where flagging a taxi is beyond easy - you'll literally wait no longer than 30s for the next one, so panic on leaving day to get to the airport. And if you prefer metro, Monastiraki square and station is under 10min walk. It had every appliance you could possibly need, very clean. Beautifully decorated, old style apartment with high ceilings. When I return to Athens, booking here will be an absolute no-brainer. Nothing
• Tamir (10/5): הדירה הכי מפנקת ומושקעת באתונה במחיר הוגן - טיילנו הרבה בעולם ומעולם לא בילינו במלון דירות כה מושקע ומפנק, עם תשומת לב מטורפת לפרטים הקטנים ביותר. הדירה ממוקמת במיקום מעולה, קרוב למטרו תחנת מונסטריאקי אך שקטה באופן מושלם. דקה הליכה מפסירי וכל האטרקציות של מרכז אתונה. היינו בדירה זוג ועוד בתנו בת 15. הדירה מרווחת ביותר, כל הציוד חדש ואסתטי, מטבח מאובזר קומפלט פלוס פינוקים נדיבים של קפה, תה, חלב, מים ועוד הרבה. שרותים מקלחת נוחים, מעלית ישירה לתוך החדר, טלויזיות גדולות מחוברות לנטפליקס, מיזוג עוצמתי ושקט, בקיצור מושלם. ועוד לובי מפנק ונעים ביותר עם ספרים, משחקים, ספות נוחות וכמובן שתייה חמה כולל אספרסו. בגג יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש עם כל חומר הנקיון חינם לשירות האורחים ומעל לכל, הארוח של פיונה, בעלת הבית הוא לא פחות ממדהים. מגיבה במהירות שיא לכל פניה ובטוב לב ונדיבות אינסופיים. לדוגמא, איבדנו מפתח לדירה בלילה, תוך חצי שעה פיונה הגיעה במיוחד והביאה לנו מפתח חלופי מבלי לעשות כל עניין. תודה מקרב לב פיונה על הכל, החופשה בזכותך והבית שהענרת לנו בטובך היתה לא פחות ממדהימה. אנחנו בטוח נשוב בביקור הקרוב הבא. תודה מקרב לב, פולי חריסטו, משפחת ארז "We have traveled extensively around the world, but we have never stayed in such a meticulously designed and indulgent apartment hotel. The attention to detail is truly extraordinary. The location is superb—perfectly quiet, yet just a short walk from the Monastiraki Metro station, the vibrant Psirri neighborhood, and all of central Athens' main attractions. We stayed there as a couple with our 15-year-old daughter and found the apartment to be incredibly spacious. Everything is brand new and aesthetically pleasing, including a fully equipped kitchen stocked with generous treats like coffee, tea, milk, water, and much more. The amenities were top-notch: comfortable bathrooms, an elevator that opens directly into the room, large TVs with Netflix, and powerful yet silent air conditioning. In short—pure perfection. We also loved the cozy lobby, which features comfortable sofas, books, games, and an espresso station. אין
• Christos (9/5): - Very central location, close to vibrant areas full of cafes, restaurants and bars, whilst at the same time it was tucked into a small pedestrian road, and it was very quiet. amenities of the establishment were excellent, taking into account the fact that there was a lobby area with couch, extra coffee machine with coffee pods, and books, so if your flight is later in the day, you can just chill there. nothing.
• Miruna (10/5): It has exceeded all my expectations! - The accommodation is situated on a quiet street, very close to Monastiraki Square and to two different metro lines. It is extremely clean. The kitchen is very well supplied, you can find a lot of appliances, including coffee machine, blender and also many cooking tools. The bed is very comfy with nice white sheets. Cleaning the room and changing towels are provided upon request! The apartment has a huge terrace with a small garden with different plants and even olive trees! The host is very nice and ready to help you with whatever you may need! Definitely return when in Athens!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch, sind dabei aber nicht aufdringlich was sehr angebehhm ist. Es gab regelmäßige Reinigung und kleine Geschenke. Das ist alles wirklich 10 von 10 Punkte. Checkin über Schlüsselbox und Code funktionierte reibungslos. Alles Top.

Et fan sentir molt benvingut i cuidat. Però sobretot ens va sorprendre la qualitat i la comoditat dels llits i dels coixins: un deu! No vam conèixer els propietaris, però la comunicació amb ells va ser perfecta. Van estar molt atents i ens van facilitar tota la informació i l’ajuda necessària. Res a dir.

• Artiom (10/5): - Расположение удобное. Есть куда походить. Общественным транспортом не пользовались вообще - всё пешком обошли вокруг. В квартире чисто. 2 современных телевизора, кондер, балкон. Всё что нужно для комфортного пребывания. Вывеску на улице обновить бы не мешало, чтоб сразу обнаружить где вход. И сковородку новую, а то эта кривая и плохо греется

• jung eun (10/5): - 완전 시내중심에 있어요. 모든게 걸어서 다 가능해요. 집 주인은 너무 세심하고 모든걸 도와줬어요. 우리는 짐을 하루전에 맡기고 메테오라로 이동하였어요. 주인은 흔쾌히 짐을 맡아주었습니다. 그리고 체크아웃후 우리는 섬으로 2박을 갔는데, 그때도 짐을 보관해주었어요. 무료 침구는 좋았고 편했으며, 주인은 우리에게 아테네 전통빵을 선물해주었습니다.. 너무 감사드리며, 다시.아테네를 간다면 꼭 다시 방문 할것입니다. 없어요

• Eneida (10/5): You cannot miss this place if you visit Athens - This is an apartment with a 4 star hotel treatment. I had more than I could expect: there even was a towel solely to remove my make up, all the sanitary pieves you could think of. The apartmant was clean in every corner, and you have all the amenities you could need. Even though the breakfast was not included, Fotini had made sure I could have cookies, coffee and tea. The room was smaller than I imagined, but I asked for an early check-in, so I guess this was the first room available.

Bovendien zijn in de directe omgeving volop restaurantjes. In de lobby lag steeds fruit en koekjes. En op de 3e etage heb je een heerlijk overdekt balkon met loungebanken. The host is heel attent en reageert snel op berichtjes.

• James (10/5): Fant"ASTY" Accommodations in central Athens - The apartment is in a central area close to many of the main attractions. It is located on a short, quiet street. The hostess, Foteini, was in constant communication to make sure all our needs and wants were met. The apartment is cozy, clean and fully equipped for both long and short stays. We were very impressed with the amenities. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. Bottles water, coffee pods and pastry was provided on our arrival. We will definitely stay here again. Luggage has to be carried up one floor as the elevator does not reach ground level. It was not a problem for us, but important to highlight.
• Harry (10/5): Best accommodation in Athens, by a mile. - Spacious, secure, well decorated, fully equipped, comfortable bed & furniture. Good sized bathroom and great shower. An absolutely quiet location in the centre of the action. 4 minutes walk to Monastriki Square, the city hub. 2 minutes from numerous great cafes and restaurants. An available, communicative and extremely helpful host. These apartments have to be the best in Athens - I've stayed 3 times to date. Nothing.
