• Daniella (8/5): Good value - The people who work here are so kind and helpful. Very authentic Armenian experience. Outdated and a bit old. The walk to the city center is quite sketchy and off putting, I recommend taking a taxi.

• Daria (10/5): Спасибо большое за гостеприимство! - Невероятно дружелюбный и приветливый персонал. Быстро реагируют на любую просьбу. Завтраки просто восхитительны, приготовлено с любовью, как у бабушки на кухне! Расположение отличное, несмотря на стройку рядом, было очень легко добраться до центра и многих достопримечательностей. Единственное что могло бы быть - в номере с плитой хоть какая-то посуда. Но, опять таки, я уверенна что по запросу это предоставят.

Толи нам показывали др комнаты... На 2 м этаже получше... Подруга хотела уйти , в др отель. Уговорила , неделю продержались. Все др услуги за небольшую денежку, глажка, уборка, завтраки....

• Marta (4/5): Old hotel needs maintenance - The 2 men at the reception were respectful and helpful. I had booked 6 nights but we left after only one night. The toilette seat was not fixed and stable as well as the sink. Pillows were yellowish and sheets very old, towels dirty. Curtain holder of the shower had rust (can be changed very simply) The lock of the balcony door wasn’t working.

Abbastanza vicino al centro raggiungibile a piedi soprattutto di giorno Bagno fuori dalla camera , necessario attraversare la hall per raggiungerlo. Livello di pulizia scarso sia in camera sia in bagno.

Недалеко Вернисаж, а от него до площади Республики пару Шагов. Рекомендую отель всем у кого есть желание. Будем ли ещё останавливаться? Однозначно да. Спасибо большое за все.

• Maria Pia (7/5): Si può dare di più. - Lo staff è molto gentile e la posizione è ottima, ci si trova vicino al centro e in zona c'è tutto. Asciugamani e lenzuola puliti. Letti comodi. Appena arrivati ci siamo fatti cambiare stanza perché non c'era aria condizionata ma un condizionatore portatile che faceva un tantissimo rumore, non si poteva tenere acceso. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio della stanza e ci hanno subito accontentati ma abbiamo dovuto pagare 25 euro in più per una stanza un pò più grande ma sporca e con le tende rotte che cadevano a pezzi...

• Marshruti_com (8/5): Affordable and close to centre in a historic neighbourhood - An affordable hotel in a neighbourhood with old, small houses in a labyrinth of streets, but perfectly safe at night. (There is a huge old socialist chimney nearby with a brand new luxury apartment block right next to it - perfect for orientation :) The room has a fridge and AC. Breakfast is available for an additional cost. The receptionists were very attentive and helpful. The Vernissage is only 10 minutes walk The room was small, cramped and bit rundown.

• Dana (9/5): Lovely staff - I had a very good experience in this hotel, the staff was so kind and helpful, they really made me feel very comfortable. It’s like 20 min walking distance from the city center and yandex is cheap if you don’t want to walk. One day I was a little bit late for breakfast but they still prepared it for me. Bed was comfy and the room was perfect for me, good to rest and recharge energy. I totally recommend it! Maybe that I could hear the shower of the next door bathroom, a little bit noisy in the morning but nothing serious.

Awesome spread of breakfast each day & smiling faces with all the staff members. Bonu was the stadium next door; if you are lucky enough, take a walk to the other side of the stadium and take a glimpse of the football match free 🙂 Highly recommend this place for budget stay which is very cozy. You also have a supermarket opposite to the property to buy beer & wine 😁 Rooms are a little cramped but it's fine for that cost. Republic square is just walkable distance and many tourist spots.

It is near to grocery, money exchange, Vernissage Market and St Gregory the Illuminator Church. Also, it is walking distance to Republic Square. The bed is very comfortable and toiletries and slippers are provided.
• Mohneesh (10/5): Excellent, Hospitality at It's Best, coupled by Brilliant Team Members - Being a Vegetarian is a bit of a challenge in Armenia, but Helen was exceptional in organizing quite a few choices... I had my bus tours that usually would start up early but she was busy ensuring that i won't be going empty stomach.. Add to that Gevorg and Helene's excellent nature and hospitality... I would definitely stay there again.. any day. The Chef Lady was amazing in terms of going an extra mile to cook specifically for a Vegetarian. Nothing that i didn't like :)

• Rizelda (10/5): Perfect accommodation for family and group of friends in Yerevan - I mostly like everything here. 1st is the location its good its near everything you need to visit in the city. 2nd is the staffs they are all nice especially Helen, she's very accommodating and helpful and they have receptionist 24/7. 3rd is the room and facilities they have fridge inside the room which is good the slight problem we had is the AC but they also have fan so its okay. Sadly we didnt get the chance to try their breakfast because of our flight time but we will surely go back here again and will recommend to friends and colleagues.😊😊

Some rooms, the ones at first floor, are ok, but if you stay on the ground floor near recepcion you open your door and find the restaurant.
