- WALEED HAYDER IBRAHIM (10/5): Excellent - First of all, thanks to the hotel reception staff, they were extremely polite and respectful. Secondly, the room was completely comfortable and spacious. Finally, the location is one of the best in Istanbul, very close to all the prominent landmarks, meaning you don’t need a means of transportation, just walk. Nothing

- Arvin (10/5): Amazing, Perfect, Cozy. - The entire stay was amazing. It's affordable for backpackers who want privacy and it's a beautiful cozy room with a private bathroom. it's in Taksim square itself which is an amazing central landmark of Istanbul. It is a beautiful family-owned place with restaurants just below as well as more affordable options a 2-minute walk away. The staff were amazing and friendly and helped with many queries i had as well as spent time with me. Its a perfect example of how being open to the world, the world will also be open to you. Its not luxurious but perfect in its own way. I stayed a total of 10 days. had a great time and when im in Istanbul again i will definitely return.
- M (1/5): Bad - It was dirtiest place ever I seen in my life Booking.com not get involved with my issue, only said I have to contact hotel to sort it out ,but hotel from beginning said not going to refund me .
I trust booking .com.
- Mohamed (1/5): Bad - Nothing the building is very old and everything in broken
- Renwick (7/5): If you need just a place to sleep in Taksim, stay here. - 5-star location literally in Istiklal street super close to many restaurants, bars, clubs etc, my room has small balcony which can be useful, friendly and supportive staff. During my time there were some renovations but its to improve the hotel. Also need to inform reception if hot water is required. Overall good experience for the small price I paid.
- Samir (1/5): Bad with urine smell in the room and the was like made of scrubs - Near by istiklal street Everything
- Casandra (10/5): Exceptional - They were very nice and welcoming, also helping us with tips about what to visit in Istanbul. We will come back definitely

- Hadiseh (1/5): Bad -
- Muhammad (2/5): Very poor - Only location. Sanitory work is very poor. Wash room drain is leaking. Bath shower is leaking. No air conditioner. No warm water.
If you open windows for cool air in night, then noise of night club does not allow you to sleep. And if you close the windows, then hot and sweatening environment do not allow you to sleep.
If you ask them to rectify the problems, they threaten you to change the room with no windows.

- Hamid (7/5): Cheap and decent for a couple of nights - Relatively clean, nice breeze in the room, right next to Taksim square, easy to find, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops. It's great for a few days layover. The cheapest option around and you get what you pay for. It's quite run down, some damage on floorboards and wall. Not family friendly, there's a night club below the hotel blasting music all night. The shower head in the toilet needs to be fixed.

- Shahab (1/5): EVERYTHING WAS TRULY AWFUL AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE EVEN FOR ONE HOUR. - It was really bad. The place wasn’t tidy and clean at all. The reception wasn’t polite and even asked extra money because of the value’s change of the local currency. You cannot sleep at night because of too much noise. We couldn’t stay there even for one night. Never take this one and I think it was motel Not hotel. I have booked so many times through booking.com and I don’t know why they add this f….cking place to their options. Actually the booking.com disappointed me by adding this place to their list.
- Max (8/5): Very good - Excellent location of the hotel in the city center. Helpful and friendly staff, approved my early check-in.
- Susan (5/5): Passable -
- Little (8/5): Was what I expected- the hosts couldn’t have done more for us. -
- Meraj (1/5): Bad - Worst hotel I've ever seen. There is nothing to like about this place. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life, too noisy, too dirty, rooms smell, no wifi, no soap or shampoo, they even don't have toilet papers in bathrooms. Poor structure, the walls are broken which is unsafe. I don't reccomend this place to anyone
- Sapir (10/5): Exceptional - The stuff was really nice!
Enjoyed the stay!
Great location!
- Kazem (5/5): Passable -
- Esraa (10/5): No - Every thing Nothing
- Brian (1/5): the place is very dirty and not inhabitable for visitors. a total disappointing place to book - nothing the place was very dirty we had to book somewhere else because you can not finish even 2 night at a place like that the place is very dirty starting from the stairs and beds had dirty sheets and covers and the window and doors could not lock and also the showers were very bad with no proper shower and could not flash properly ,they dont save breakfast even at your cost you have to out and look for your own breakfast .was totally disappointed with their service
- Oday (10/5): Exceptional -
- Md (10/5): Nice - Good Awsome
- Robert (10/5): Nicest people in the hotel biz! - I love the fact that this hotel is family owned, and the family members were really nice people.
- Hagar (10/5): Exceptional - An exceptional location, in the midst of the live street of Istiklal.
It is not luxurious, but for a solo traveller it was enough to sleep in a clean place and hot water in the bathroom.
You need to bring your own towel, shampoo and any body care because it is not there.
Other than that, I loved it!
- Hristo (1/5): Bad -

- Ahmad (1/5): Bad -
- Nasir (3/5): the only positive thing was that it was really close to Taksim squre - nothing it was really dirty. no air conditioner what so ever
- Earl (2/5): Ask to see room first. - Location. Everything else. Arguing with check-in guy about the reservation that I had made online. Definitely should have asked to see room first. To say it was disgusting is an understatement. Worn weathered sheets that needed to be thrown out. Squeaky bed frame. No room in bathroom sink area. Was given no towels and didn't want to ask. The flimsy door and lock. If you push enough it would collapse. Wifi didn't work in room just lobby area.
- Eslam (5/5): Passable - Good
- Margarita (10/5): Very good behave as really gentleman with me, help in all things related with tour - good location
very good attention by the owner and the two sons
Hot water and good and clean all related to the room
The staff hep a lot to search places, card for the transit, umbrella for the raining and so on may be they have to do some renovation to the Hotel
- E1le (9/5): Superb -
- Andrey (9/5): I really glad to know this place. There are good stаff and administrator. I recomend this place and choose it again. - Convenient location. Comfortable bedroom. I didn’t find something negative.
- Hassan (1/5): Do not recommend - Nothing The room was so dirty and the room was very hot- room has no fan or air conditioner. You cannot even open the window because of the loud noise outside.
The toilet was broken. The lock to the door barely locks and closes.
Do not recommend , expensive and not worth it at all
- Alexander (4/5): Disappointing -
- Neelesh (1/5): Nothing good to say at all - The Room was very bad. it was hot and there was no fan provided. This is a completely avoidable hotel.
- Abdullah (10/5): Nice and affordable place in the center of Istanbul. - I stayed here for 5 nights, very central location but quiet even at night when streets are a bit busy outside. Right next to Istaklal street, all areas of the city easily accessible. Close to public transportation and restaurants. Staff was very nice. Good place for staying. nothing
