• Natalya (10/5): Good location and sparkly clean hotel - Big room and balcony, big bathroom, recently renovated, sparkly clean. Internet was good as I was able to work and do conference calls without problems. Good location: 5-10 min walk to the beach, a few good and cheap restaurants around the corner as well as product shop and pekara. Although it is close to the centre, street with the hotel is quiet, no loud music or constant traffic. On small kitchen in the apartments you can cook if needed: stove, kettle and refrigerator are in place. Parking on site, behind the fence. On the kitchen water has a strange smell, but it does not affect the room. Would advice owner to buy a new kettle, as well as salt and small bottle of sunflower oil.

• Naima (10/5): Incroyable - Mon coup de cœur sur tout mon séjour, emplacement au top, appartement hyper confortable avec tout l’équipement nécessaire, très ensoleillé et climatisé. L’hôte est d’une gentillesse, vraiment je recommande et y retournerais ;-) J’ai tout aimé.
• Carlos (10/5): Perfect and clean building/apartment - I recently stayed for eight nights at Levend apartments, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. ​The apartment and the entire building were consistently spotless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, and I really appreciated that the room was cleaned and all towels were changed every two days, they were also flexible with the check-in, (thank you for that). ​The location is also perfect. It's just a 5 to 7-minute walk to Ksamil beach and about a 12 to 15-minute walk to Tre Ishujt bar, which I think has the best beach and views. ​I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

La struttura è molto pulita, e l’host è davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. L’appartamento si trova a 10 minuti a piedi da tutto, spiagge, centro, negozi, pub, fermata del pullman…il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo, se dovessi tornare a ksamil sicuramente alloggerei nuovamente qui.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da ridire non è sulla casa ma sul fatto che lasciando i panni ad asciugare fuori durante la notte , il mattino dopo sono pieni di fuliggine data dagli incendi

• Anonymous (9/5): A great stay in Ksamil - Perfect location in a great apartment in Ksamil with free and secure parking! Hosts are very lovely and will make you feel at home. Bed is very comfortable and although the apartment is small, it has everything you need.

Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants and cafe. The bathroom gets very hot and the water can take a while to cool down during the day but not the end of the world
• Климук (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely clean spacious room, nice terrace, safe parking area in the yard. Pleasant toiletries. Comfortable bed. Normal air conditioning. Perfect location on a quiet street only in 5 minutes walk to the beaches. Supermarket and restaurants are situated only in 2 minutes walk. Really worth its money, highly recommend it. I like to sleep under warm blanket, but there wasn't. But it usual for all Albanian hotels.

• Alexandra (9/5): Good value for the money - The location is near to the main street and to the beach. Also, there are a lot of shops (supermarket, coffee shop, bakery) and restaurants within 5-7 min walk. The room is big and the kitchen area has all the necesarry and room has a big balcony also. Is good value for the paid money. There were ants in the apartment and the shower drain didnt work very well, it took a lot of time for the water to drain and the floor was almost always wet.

• Maryna (10/5): Great value for its money. Highly recommend! - Everything is brand new and immaculately clean. The owner was very helpful. The location is very good: 4-5 min away from the beach, supermarket, bus stop and lots of restaurants. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I can only recommend this place for a vacation in Ksamil. Maybe a full hose keeping service would be nice at the middle of a 7 night stay, but it was ok as well, not bad either. Anyways the guest was opened and any of our request was imediately served so still best place in Ksamil :)
