Allison (8/5): A great place to stay outside of the city with easy access to the city - We liked it was in a cute, quiet area easily walkable to food and the tube. An absolutely adorable set up and spacious living room/dining area to hang out. Very modern and upgraded bathrooms! The beds weren’t the most comfortable, you could feel the springs and the pillows were flat but we were all tired enough from our days to pass out anyway
Selwyn (4/5): Totally inflexible and uncooperative. Basic amenities. Great location - the location is amazing. easy reach to all transport services and restaurants etc everything in the kitchen was old and basic. The property was dusty. there was a cover blanket on the settee that was not clean. No basics provided. eg sugar, dishwashing powder, etc. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Only 1 set of keys was provided which caused us a problem when we wanted to go out in different directions. Towels smelt of damp. they had been put away whilst wet. No bath mat/ floor towel provided. They were totally inflexible on everything. Did not want to give us another set of keys, ignored our request on the towels and would not accommodate us to check out 1 hour later.
