Bade Zimmer zum vergessen , Wohnung richt nur nach Rauchen . NIE WIEDER in dieser Wohnung

• Marta (3/5): Poor - The position was ok because near the city centre, but with the car it was very hard to find a parking since there isn't a parking for the apartment It was written for 6 people, but there is a double bed and 4 sofas and not sofa-bed. It should be specified in the description The towels were not so clean
• Kemboi (9/5): Short and sweet - The spacious bedroom, the kitchen and the lounge. The space was so big for the six of us. The place was well maintained, had clean linens and smelt nice. The address seemed not accurate and we had to ask for help in directions from the locals

• Cristil (7/5): Good - The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the centre. Close to the property is a market and many restaurants. The host replied quickly to my message and was always polite. The photos on Booking.com didn't match the apartment I had. We were 6 people in total but there were only 4 beds. The children slept on the couch (not a sofa bed). I found 1 extra pillow but needed 2. The spare pillowcases were still wet in the washing machine (I phoned Dritan who brought me the pillowcases but not another pillow). In the kitchen there was 1 coffee mug & 2 glasses (definitely not sufficient for a family of 6). Parking in the area was a nightmare... The "free parking" is on the street but never available, 20 metres from the apartment is a paid parking area but they couldn't seem to agree on the daily rate (1 guy said €7 a day, the other guy said €15 a day)....

• John (5/5): Great location, but not ideal - Nice location, excellent for 2 people but not 4. Presentation at Booking.com does not reflect reality. No gym and only 1 bedroom. Kitchen is without most of what you need, e.g., knives. NOTE: No toilet paper at arrival.
• Baranec (4/5): Disappointing - Air conditioning Images of the rooms are not what it is, there is nowhere enough beds to satisfy 6 people. One big bed and just sofa, not even expandable sofa. I saw 7 beds listed, very bad, 3 people had good sleep because they slept in a double bed, others had to sleep on the sofas. At least list the amount of beds you have.
• Bendeguz (8/5): The accomodation was fine, free parking is not true - Perfect location Contrarery to the advertising there is no free parking possibility in the area, in this neighborhood there is only a few parking spot next to the road which are always occupied.

No beds except the one king size bed and remained just sofa not even sofa bed 5. Not recommended for family

• Olga (2/5): Very poor - Arrived in Tirana at night with two children to find out the apartment was rented out to someone else. We were offered another apartment (over WhatsApp) somewhere else. The man apologised.

• Said (1/5): The stay was Ok, however we don’t recommend it as the host wasn’t honest - Ok, nothing special to mention. The host wasn’t there to host us. Also, the host asked for total reservation price higher than what we see in Booking

• Xhukellari (3/5): Never again - Nothing everything was completely the opposite of what was described on the website Dirty bed linen, smell of row sewage and almost functioning shower. They lied to us ,apartment was supposed to be first floor actually it was 4th floor and supposed to be 2 bedrooms but appears 1 bedroom. No parking, ended up paying €12 for less than 24 hours staying in that apartment.

• Armando (1/5): Bad - Even the 1 star is very generous!!!Although I have booked more than 10 days in advance the apartment was never ready for us,even though we arrived after 12:00,as the previous tenants (on the flat we booked)decided to extend their stay .The landlord then offered us another flat!upon arrival on the other location we had to wait for the cleaning lady,as she had to clean the property as they didn't have it ready. The lady couldn't find the keys (it wasmeant to be in a locker outside of the apartment door)and she decided to ring the bell! Then we were shocked to find out that the property was already occupied,since a half naked male opened the door(he looked like he had just woken up)asking us to leave as he had already spoken with the landlord and wasn't willing to leave anytime soon!!!!at this point we have had enough!!!we were left on the street with 2 children,one of them is even a 4 month old baby!!!!The level or disrespect, unprofessionalism and audacity is really outrageous!!! Avoid at any cost!!!

That different apartment than booked provided in an undesirable location 15 minutes extra walk from town centre, smaller apartment and no view. 2. No lift access provided to 4th floor 3. Washing machine being used for apartments linen. 4 linen from apartment hanging on balcony 5. No reduction in price to smaller apartment in undesirable location.. 6. Pin code for locked box not provided and neighbour contacted manager & cleaner to let us into apartment. Key not even in locked box. 7. 3 remotes provided for Tv with no instructions and only a menu screen showing on TV. 8. Told booked apartment not available as damaged by the previous guests and only found at 12 pm when the cleaner arrived!.
