• Marzena (8/5): On the whole the place was pleasant and comfortable. - It was clean and comfortable. Very close to the main attractions. Lack of good kettle.
• Green (9/5): - Very quiet apartment in great location, a lot of space, clean and renovated. Great communication with the staff before arriving, easy check in, Matteo was waiting for us with the keys and gave useful tips about good restaurants and pizza places, etc Be aware of mosquitos..

• Maria (9/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν τέλεια: πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία Αγίου Μάρκου, στη γέφυρα Academia, σε εστιατόρια και καφέ, σε ένα πολύ ήσυχο δρομάκι. Ο διαχειριστής του σπιτιού μας υποδέχτηκε και μας εξυπηρετησε με ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό. Η άνεση των χώρων και η θερμοκρασία του σπιτιού (ζέστη τον χειμώνα). Το διπλό κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και με πολύ καλό στρώμα. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι έχει άβολο στρώμα. Το καλαθι του μπάνιου και η στήλη με το χαρτί τουαλέτας και το πιγκάλ έχουν σκουριάσει και πρέπει να αλλαχτούν. Θα ήταν καλό να υπάρχει καφετιέρα espresso.
• iliana (7/5): Que decepción Ojo, no es para 4 personas - Localizado mas o menos bien No es para 4 personas! El catre, no llegaba ni a sofa cama, espantoso de incomodo para compartir 2 adolescentes (aun jovenes y atletas, delgados, sufrieron mucho de dolor de espalda) Era un simil colchoncito con un semejante pozo que rodaban los chicos dormidos y caian a un pozo em el medio tipo cucha de perro (ni mi perrito merece eso) El colchon de adultos tambien hundido La internet no funcionaba Sin tv en el cuarto No habia acolchados en las camas, encontre en el ropero 2 trapos que ayudaron un poco unas noches frias (aunque estaba calefaccionado el dpto) Y bueno, esto no tiene nada que ver com el dpto: Pero que gente mal educada en toda Venecia , no hablaban ingles, no respondian en italiano, bien ordinários con Los turistas, a la hora de pagar muchos sobrecargaban sobre el valor original sin avisar previamente, hasta los del supermercado, una mala onda!! La única ciudad de Itália que nos recibio tan mal ... La ciudad bastante abandonada, mucha prostiticion a la noche

• MarieFino (10/5): HERMOSO departamento. Muy amplio y limpio - El departamento es divino y la amabilidad del anfitrión, un diez. Solo un detalle: la cama del sofá que se encuentra en el living no era cómoda para los adultos, muy común que suceda eso. Recomiendo que allí duerman los niños. El resto, un éxito.
• Bita (7/5): - The bedroom is spacious, Matteo welcomed us and gave us some information, he also helped with taking luggages up the stairs which was great. Kitchen was not well equipped. No toaster. One kettle with a thick calcium buildup in it which needed to be replaced. There is no washing machine powder or liquid so you can't really use it. 33 stairs to the entrance door makes it very hard to carry large luggage up/downstairs. House is close to Samuele station but the Vapporetto to that station is very limited so you mainly need to use St. Angelo station which is 12mins walk , but has stairs on the way if you are carrying luggage!

• Roura Torras (9/5): Una estancia con mucho encanto! - Un apartamento con mucho encanto! Muy espacioso, para 4 personas está perfecto! La calle en la que esta ubicada es muy bonita y al lado hay un canal con mucho encanto. Es centrico llegas a todo en 5/10 min! También el host muy amable y simpático!

• Bradley (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and it is a good location on a quiet Calle and a small and quiet canal below the living room, bathroom, and bedroom windows. Harry met us and was a good communicator.
• Jenny (8/5): Great apartment in central area of Venice - We were greeted by Matteo would was very helpful and gave us some great tips re the apartment and local restaurants. It was quiet and a great location. It was a great size for our family of 4. We cooked a few nights, which was easy. There wasn’t a dish towel to dry dishes or washing up liquid (we left some there). It wasn’t as clean as some of the places we stayed, but it was ok (eg cutlery drawer had crumbs in it).

• Jennifer (9/5): Perfect apartment for a long weekend in Venice - The location was excellent. Central but quiet at night. Surprisingly spacious, good aircon, very comfy bed. Matteo who handed us the key was excellent. Didn’t spend much time actually in the apartment but it was perfect for a long weekend. Nothing! Fabulous! Tip though…take mosquito repellent as there are a lot of them about in Venice!

• Geeta (9/5): Highly recommend! - Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the S. Samuele water taxi stop. There were lots of small boutiques and places to shop nearby. Restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance. The house has air conditioning which was a huge comfort in hot Venice weather. The house was of good size, sufficient for a family of 4 people. The sofa bed was comfortable. Clean bed linen, towels, hand towels were provided. Soap, shampoo, body lotion was there. Matteo was quite helpful, he responded promptly and recommended good places to eat nearby.I would recommend this property. Addition of utensils in the kitchen and coffee, tea, sugar, salt could improve the experience.

He reacted immediately when we had prob;em with electricity, because too many appliences were on the same time at +40 outside. Working zone with desk in master bedroom is very convenient for working remotely. No life in Venice after 11pm

• Aynur (8/5): it was enjoyable and beautiful - Matteo's welcome to us was very warm. The location was fine.The room was very nice and stylish. Only the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable.

• Damyana (8/5): Very good - It was very close to every sightseeing destination, the host was so helpful and polite, even helped us to get there via navigation of the waterbus! The apartment was very big, had a working kitchen, a clean bathroom and 24/7 customer support. When asked, they immediately changed the bedding. It was a bit dirty, there was a lot of dust and debris, we even found a lost earing under one of the beds. Overall only the floor was dirty.
• Halim (9/5): we visited venice but our favorite is burano :) - newly decorated clean apartment , 5 min. walk to vaporetto and 15min. walk to the center . staff was very positive and helpful special thanks to them! no elevator as most of the apartments in the city. kettle was broken need to change with new one. too much mosqiutos in the room and bite our children badly unfortunately:(

It is great value for money considering you are staying right in - The location was quiet yet close enough to walk to all that Venice has to offer. The stairs to the apartment but if you don’t have large heavy bags like us it is fine.
• Rachael-marie (10/5): Exceptional - Fabulous apartment we loved staying here. Nice and quiet and air con was fab esp during the heat! Everything you needed to hand. Mario was fab. Did not know what to do with our collection of bin bags could not find an outside bin...sorry.
• Mary (9/5): Lovely base for exploring Venice. - A very clean , spacious apartment on an atmospheric tiny street near the Campo San Stefano and Academia bridge. A lovely retreat at the end of a day's sightseeing! Matteo , who welcomed us ,gave us a few good pointers about local attractions . Only small issue was that washing up liquid ( even a small measure ) or washing machine capsules ( two or three) weren't provided. Shower gel, shampoo and body lotion were provided , so why not a few capsules ??
• Sarka (10/5): Modern apartment in heart of Venice - The location of the apartment was great - close to the main monuments, vaporetto station… It was was big enough for two adults and two kids. The apartment is well equipped. The only thing we missed was dishwashing liquid (not a big deal).
• Mirela (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment, recently renovated and with perfect location for exploring Venice in all directions. Perfectly working air conditioning. Easy to reach by vaporreto line 2 from the St Lucia train station, disembark at St. Samuel station. It’s literally 3 min of walking on flat surface only, so no problem with carrying the luggage. If you use St Angelo station, then there will be some bridges to cross/stairs. The apartment is NOT accessible for people with disabilities, as there are some narrow stairs to climb in order to reach it.

• Vicky (8/5): lovely apartment, good location which was very central but next to a quiet square with lovely restaurants. Very friendly - The location of the apartment was perfect. The apartment was a good size and had everything that we needed for a few days stay. The sofa bed (2nd bed in the living area) wasn’t that comfortable. our flight was delayed by 6 hours and we had to pay a €30 late check in fee.
