• Istvánné (9/5): - Szép, tiszta, jól felszerelt apartman, okos Tv -vel. Egyszerű a bejutás a kapuban lévő kulcszéfben van a kulcs. 5 percre van a Lugner City mindenféle vásárlási lehetőséggel, szintén 5 percre a Stadthalle, ahol mi koncerten voltunk. A fürdőszoba nagyon pici. A lépcsőházból nagyon behallatszanak a hangok.

• Marlon (2/5): Wir haben uns vor dem Bad geekelt. - Die Lage zur Stadthalle und zur Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Viel! Sauberkeit und Hygiene lassen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich abgenutzt und wird nicht gepflegt. Schimmel und Abflussgeruch im Bad. Die Dusche ist ewig nicht geputzt worden. Staub, Spinnweben und Flecken in der gesamten Wohnung. Die Heizung im Flur ist offenbar undicht (der Holzboden modert schon). Das „Fenster“ im Schlafzimmer geht ins Treppenhaus und ist verschlossen. Die Wohnung ist direkt neben der Haustür (man hört jeden Nachbarn laut ein und ausgehen). Den Wasserhahn in der Küche möchte man lieber auch nicht anfassen (dreckig und sehr locker). Aber der Vermieter interessiert sich dafür offenbar nicht und hat auf unsere Nachricht nicht reagiert.

• Vashchenko (10/5): Great location and a very positive overall experience. - The owner provided clear and detailed information about check-in, the stay, and public transport — thank you very much! The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. There is a public transport stop nearby with easy access to the city center. Supermarkets like Billa and Spar are close, as well as OMA pizzeria with very tasty pizza. We stayed in winter, and the apartment was warm and cozy. The toaster was not working. Also, the shower curtain was a bit short and there was no shower barrier, so some water spilled onto the floor.

• Anna (9/5): Good value for money and location, overall a great stay in Vienna. - Everything was great. The owner provided very detailed information with helpful tips about parking, public transport, and more. Great location — it’s a nice 30-minute walk to the city center. There’s a paid parking and a big supermarket just 5 minutes away. The apartment was generally clean, but the kitchen appliances could use more attention — the oven and microwave were dirty, and the fridge had an unpleasant smell.
• Luis (6/5): Worth the price, with some areas for improvement - The property is in a nice location, with parks and a shopping centre nearby that has supermarkets and a DM. The flat is fully furnished and somewhat cozy, with heating and temperature selector available. It looks exactly like in the pictures. There's a washing machine and a drying rack available, as well as detergent and softener. There are toiletries (shampoo, gel) available (I guess from previous guests). The kitchen is fully equiped, with cutlery, pots and pans, crockery, cutting board, strainer... a toaster and a water boiler. The fridge and freezer didn't work properly, when I arrived the freezer was leaking melted ice to the fridge, so I assumed it was due to accumulated ice in the area where the door seals. I cleaned it and melted the ice around the seal, and it seemed to be working again, but after one day, the fridge and freezer were not working again. Food in the freezer would thaw and freeze again, and food in the fridge would not be cold. I messaged the property management and nothing was done. The apartment was clean overall, but some spots like the lamps and their bulbs were quite dusty. There was construction work ongoing during my stay, noise levels were bearable and not continuous through the day, but I did get woken up more than once by some drilling in the wall.

• Elena (5/5): - В районе есть парк для собак, в принципе, не очень шумно, хотя окна на улицу. Хозяин был на связи, хотя и с задержкой. Очень странная ванная комната, начиная от самой душевой, где вся вода идёт за ее пределы, заканчивая дверью в ванную, которая у нас заклинила, хотя никаких особых движений и усилий к ней не прикладывали. Диван и кровать не очень удобные, после них болела шея. В спальне очень и очень душно, маленький вентилятор стоял на шкафу, но он был очень пыльным, мы не решились им воспользоваться.
• Danuta (8/5): Miło, czysto i przytulnie. - Mieszkanie było czyste, przytulne i dobrze wyposażone. Czuliśmy się w nim bardzo dobrze. Łazienka była malutka, woda pod prysznicem nie odpływała jak należy, co powodowało nasze obawy o zalanie mieszkania i utrudniało kąpiel.

• Alvaro (9/5): Superb - Location, not downtown but about 1km from museum district , very accessible and comfortable if you have a car. Shower overflowed and water got everywhere because drain was clogged, had to unclog myself and it was nasty.

• Michał (6/5): Pleasant - Great location with easy connection to the centre and very detailed description of how to get to the property. The kitchen/living room is nice. Bathroom smelled very badly, I think it’s either mould or something in the pipes. The hair dryer didn’t work. The bedroom’s window goes to building’s corridor so it’s quite noisy when someone leaves or enters the building.

(This is clear in description) Slightly far from Inner Stadt but that is stated in description. Bathroom is a bit small. Must ask host to clarify apartment pictures. Unsure which unit has balcony.
