- Adam (9/5): Superb - Great terrace. Good location, close to metro lines. Suitable for a family or friends trip. The payment cannot be processed through Booking.com. We were sceptical because in some countries it is uncommon to process the payment via external payment provider. But payment incl. deposit was easy and safe.

- Kate (10/5): A special place. - A gem of a place with a gorgeous outdoor terrace that is rare to find (be respectful to neighbours), really enjoyed staying here. Water pressure was good, nice to have a dishwasher and use of the washing machine for long stays. Lovely Maite gave us great recommendations and was very easy to contact. Lots of local metro stations, area felt safe, great tapas bar nearby. The flat is well maintained and we felt we were able to let Maite know about anything and it would be fixed. Be very mindful if you are a larger group, it is in a residential area and you must respect the neighbours homes, keep noise levels to a minimum in quiet hours. Just something to consider if you're someone who likes to play music outside/stay up late.
- Łukasz (9/5): Superb - Big apartament, very clean, kitchen equipped with all the necessary pots and dishes. TV, washing mashine, Wifi operational with no problems. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Very nice and helpful host. Localization close to Metro and bus stops - easy access to all Barcelona atractions Heating has only one single setting for all the rooms - so in one room it was difficult to set the right temperature for us. But we traveled in winter. In summer there should be no problem.
