Wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona kommen, dann buchen wir wieder dieses Apartment. - Tolle Lage in ruhiger Umgebung, dennoch sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn. Unterkunft selbst war stylisch, einfach, alles vorhanden, was man braucht und sauber. Auch das Personal im 20 Minuten entfernten Hotel war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Top!

Le logement et la porte s'iuvrent via une ppalication sur téléphone. Equipement complet de l'appartement. Calme dans une ruelle et supermarché à proximité. Tout nous a semblé bien.

• Marc (9/5): I would stay there again - The flat is spacious, everything was clean and the location was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Close to the university and to the city centre. There’s a little supermarket nearby and places to eat. I would stay there again! I found the check in process slightly laborious.

Постійний звʼязок з персоналом Апартаменти не ті що на фото. Старі меблі, як з барахолки. Немає шторки чи скла в душі - після прийняття душу вся підлога мокра, в туалет треба йти по воді. Витяжка на кухні не підключена і витягує в кімнату. Брудний посуд. Немає мікрохвильової пічки, вентиляції в апартаментах. Нам не вистачило одноразових капців, серветок на кухні, ложки для взуття.

Great check in from staff note they are not at the address. , but handled our check in easily, great communication. The fan in master bedroom very slow and stuffy room no air con, we had to sleep in the lounge. But it was extremely hot weather.

Had to wait for response from Brummell hotel to open the door remotely. Very stressful to happen the last day as we had to pack and get to the airport.
• Anna (9/5): Perfect, a grounded beautiful base from which to be happily in Barcelona. - I love that the basic things for cooking were there like oil etc such a help! All the details were taken care of, which really helps a great stay. I would have loved a bedside lamp as I was sleeping on the sofa bed, this would have meant I could read in bed and the reached to switch off the light. In this case I had to get out of bed to turn off the light which wakes you up.
• Sonja (7/5): Good - Location, apartment size Entering the apartment was a bit complicated (unclear instructions for entering the apartment: code, application). Small sofa bed. Although the apartment is on a side street, there was a lot of noise coming through the windows. The balcony is tiny.

• Gregory (7/5): Good - Great location; spacious; unique design; responsive and friendly staff. The fold out sofa in the lounge is not comfortable, and the room with the double bed has no air conditioning. Wifi was terrible, but the hosts were responsive and tried to get it fixed. They gave us a discount because it could not be fixed in time.
• Cornelia (10/5): Perfect for a friend or family getaway, almost better than a hotel! - The place was big, clean, well situated. The neighbourhood calm and with multiple shops close. Busses to the beach and to the city centre were easily accessible. Overall great apartment! While everything was great, 2 small details of note: The bed in the living room was very low, almost like a mattress in the floor, compared to the bed in the separate room. If you have bad knees it will be hard to get in and out of bed… And secondly building is not well sound-proofed… footsteps and doors clacking could be heard, though not too disturbing. Overall, exactly what you’d expect from a big city. Both details above again not too disturbing.

• Roisin (10/5): Like a hotel stay but better!! - Could not recommend this apt more! Although collecting the keys in the hotel was added time, it was easy and quick to check in and they got a free taxi for us to the apartment. Staff in hotel were lovely :) The apartment itself was fantastic - incredibly spacious, the bathroom was amazing!! Heated towel rail, perfect storage in the bedrooms for luggage, kitchen had everything for a short stay (including salt, coffee, tea & cooking oil to use!) and a lovely touch of jugs of water cold in the fridge for arrival. The beds were very comfy, soft, and planty of blanket options and pillows! Towels also included, plus shampoo & conditioner in bathroom. Everything was thought of like a hotel stay, not like an airbnb or rental apt !! 10/10 recommend - location excellent, walking to major shops, very easy access to metro :) We will definitely return as we frequently visit Barca and this is one of the best places we have stayed in. Everything was perfect!

• May (9/5): Clean apartment in the CBD. Location amazing! - Very clean, has everything you need including laundry pods, location amazing and very close to major shopping districts. La Sagrada Familia only 30 mins walking, Placa de Catalunya also within walking distance. Aldi’s grocery store around the corner Wifi connection a bit weak going on/off, otherwise everything else was great!

• Taha (9/5): Superb - Extremely friendly staff, great facilities and nice neighbour that was close to a metro station (Urgell). Any questions or worries were answered immediately and apartment was cool in the summer. The hotel was a short walk from the apartment with lovely bar, staff and pool. The bedroom in Valeri 2 was hotter as no air con and bed smaller than the sofa bed. Late check-in isn’t recommended.
• Amanda (5/5): not worth it - guy at the front door is nice the furniture is very unclean (the sofas). you can feel and smell the history of the sofas. I booked this room that clearly states it’s a one bed and one sofa bed. we arrived and the sofa bed was pulled out but not set for sleep…and it was filthy…we had to make our own bed and out clean sheets on a dirty sofa. it was so unsettling, especially for $500 CAD a night. Would rather stay with a hotel in the future. the administration sends you a message after booking the property (even if it were months ago) to state how many people will be joining. I did not respond at the time but a follow up message 2 days before the booking would be helpful to remind the guest, especially if it’s going to affect the experience this much. also I don’t understand why the sofa would be pulled out and not made, or why someone would even book this property if both beds were not going to be used? Also, the front door squeaks soooo loud. please get that fixed to not disturb the neighbours.

I’ll be back!! - Perfect location. the Aldi opposite was really handy, as the kitchenette was perfect for making breakfast in the morning. The apartment was great. nice n spacious. comfy and really nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel when checking in, were really friendly and the free taxi service to the apartment was a nice touch. people who have made comments about it being a pain to get to and from (for picking up the keys) the metro was super quick and easily walkable. Will definitely be back! Nothing really. The only thing that would’ve been nice was a bit more heating or more than one heater. At night it got a bit chilly. One
