• Pauline (8/5): Agréable séjour à Barcelone - Super accueil de l'hôte qui nous a donné des conseils de visites et restaurants. Cuisine bien équipée pour cuisiner. Cadeau de bienvenue. Commerces à proximité. Des jeux de société dans l'appartement serait un plus mais sinon tout est parfait
• SorinHangu (9/5): Super Barça! - Situat intr-un imobil cu 3 lifturi, apartamentul are 3 dormitoare cu living si loc de luat masa, o singura baie cu dus si bucatarie bine dotata, AC doar in living, Foarte bun pt familie cu 2-3 copii, doua paturi sunt mai mici(140-160cm). Mobilierul in apartament nu este nou, la fel decorarea acestuia, dar este funcțional si fara probleme. Este aproape de metrou(Sant Marti), multe cafenele si magazine in zone, un Lidl, un Carrefour si o mini-La Boqueria cu multe specialitati. Situat intr-un cartier foarte sigur si frumos. Proprietarii foarte receptivi la orice problema, noi am făcut check-in la ora 10.30, iar asta a contat f mult pt noi ca am scapat de bagaje si ne-am bucurat de o zi plina. Multumim. Recomand!

• IONELA (9/5): - Aproape de statie metrou. Magazin la intrare in scara bloc. Apartament dotat cu tot ce trebuie pentru gatit. Gazda ne a asteptat si explicat tot, draguta. Lipseste un sistem de acces apartament independent de proprietar, pentru a nu fi fortat de a ajunge la o anumita ora la locatie pentru preluare cheie. Usile necesita o reevaluare. Apartament cu 3 camere, 1 singura baie la 6 persoane. Camere minimale.
• Amanda (8/5): Barcelona Beauty - We arrived late but were welcomed personally with a small welcome pack and some great local advice from our host. The apartment was well equipped and in a great location. The shower was a bit intermittent with the hot water and would suddenly turn cold. Two of beds had memory foam mattresses which were incredibly hot and it was noisy with the window open.
• Anett (6/5): - Apartment manager was very kind and helpful. There were shops around and metro station was 5 - 7 mins walk. The apartment was very cold for 2 days, there was no heating in the building at all. Temperature only became acceptable after 2 days (continuous heating with air conditioner and oil radiators). It was difficult to shower, as the water was too hot or cold, alternately. We could hear every noise from the neighbours.
• Alicja (9/5): Rewelacyjny dla rodzin. - Bardzo przestronny apartament, w wygodnej lokalizacji - 300 m od metra. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne, na dole lokalny sklep bardzo długo otwarty nawet w niedziele. Lidl obok metra.Spokojna okolica i blok. Wygodne łóżka, na wyposażeniu dodatkowe grzejniki jak ktoś potrzebuje, dobre wifi. Personel niezwykle pomocny w ciagłym kontakcie. Pozwolono nam w dniu wylotu zostawić bagaże bo nikt po nas akurat nie miał rezerwacji. Jedna kołdra na.jedno łózko ale za to ogromna (chyba 220 x200), jesli ktoś nie lubi lub nie chce tak spać to warto napisać wcześniej prośbę o dodatkową kołdrę, u nas po przyjeździe problem został expresowo rozwiązany przez obsługę.

• Jyoti (8/5): Enjoyed our stay , would recommend this apartment to others. - We liked it was centrally placed and the metro station was close by. The rooms were adequate for our family. The equipments in the kitchen were good and easy to find. There was nothing we didnt like. It would have been nice that there would be placed a botle of water in the fridge so it was there for guest in those warm days. Also the washing detergent , it would have been nice if it was available.

• Jovan (10/5): Great New Year / Barcelona exploration trip - We really liked the cleanness of the apartment. Also, Maite, the host, waited for us and gave us keys and some great advices about Barcelona, transport and restaurants. We really had a great time in Barcelona. We were a group of 6, 3 couples, and apartment was ideal. 3 separate bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Also, Sant Marti is well connected by metro L2, so we didn't have any issues reaching all tourist attractions. The neighborhood is really nice, even during the night seems like a safe part of the city.

• Petra (7/5): Good - Close to the metro, quiet neighborhood, facilities... The complaint is that it was superficially cleaned and that the smallest bedroom has no blinds, so we were woken up by the light early in the morning.
• Elaynea (10/5): Hands down best place in Barcelona - The communication was great. the location was awesome. many shops grocery stores and taxi pick ups. Its Barcelona so it can get toasty. luckily we had portable fans in the rooms. but it can get toasty at night. luckily the breeze from the windows help. Loved the experience!

• Vessy (6/5): Nice place but lack of maintenance - The hosts were responsive and helped us with the check-in. The apartment is in a good neighborhood, close to metro station and the building is well maintained. In general we liked the apartment, the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The main disadvantage of this place is the bathroom and especially the shower. The water changes from hot to cold and it takes sometimes longer until it gets warm again. It was really difficult to take a shower especially when you are with a small kid. The shower itself doesn't work correctly either.. The drain siphon in the shower cabin was broken.
