Easy to find and close to attractions and restaurants Good air conditioning The property was missing some things that would have made our stay more enjoyable There were no hand towels or tea towels. The bed was not very comfortable It was great to have a washing machine but would have appreciated a small amount of washing powder. Many other apartments we have stayed in supply just a few essentials such as a small amount of coffee tea or washing powder and it makes all the difference.

• Liliana (9/5): Cute Apartment with Kitchen - The apartment is quite cosy it just needs a few upgrades. It has the convenience of a kitchen and a washing machine. The bed and pillows are comfortable and its clean. The bathroom is a good size. The shower is a bit squeezy but fine for me. It is centrally located in Dubrovnik if you can forgive the stairs up to the apartment and up to the room. Great to have air conditioning. Close to lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Closer to the date of travel communication with the host was very good. The stairs on arrival were the major problem for me as I had a heavy bag. A bit of noise from the street and restaurants at night but it wasn't too bad.

I was aware of and totally fine with the fact that there would be a lot of stairs, so this is not a dislike. I am just reiterating for those who have problems with stairs that this is not the property for you.

It would be better to have an extra electric socket in the kitchen for the kettle. And a little table and two chairs and a chest of drawers. My worst thing was I could not find the place. Location instructions could have been more helpful.
• Felicity (10/5): Exceptional - I loved staying here! Right in the heart of the old town. Check in information is easy and good communication with the host. Oskar was especially helpful. I recommend approaching the accommodation from Pile gate. Palmoteciva or Sigurate have less stairs. My room was on the top floor, so much space. I loved the decor. The crotchet & lace made me feel like I was staying at a friends place. The bathroom is clean & great water pressure. The kitchen & especially the fridge was great. It was a really great place to relax after a day of adventures. The air con was great at night. And I even had a view of the lovely rooftops.

• Jennifer (7/5): Great location - If you are unable to climb stairs this property would not suit you. As it’s an old town there were many and we came in a gate that required us to drag 2 heavy and 1 small suitcases. We were also on the top floor. The bed was reasonably comfortable but utensils to cook with .. huge plus was a washing machine… no dryer though. The hosts Petra and Niki were terrific. Very central Lots of restaurants

Chair and couch needs a good cleaning and not just covered up. Get rid of all the dirty dusty dollies that covered every surface. Apartment in general needs a lot of TLC. Didn't like having to pay in cash only.

• Judita (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, cozy and cute in the street with the nicest plants and flowers of the old town:) Our host, Nika, was communicative and helpful. We loved the central location (in the middle of the old town, yet still quiet) and that we could leave our bags after checkout free of charge. The A/C was not positioned in an effective way (mostly the staircase was kept cool instead of the room). We missed a wardrobe or shelves to put our clothes in.

• Daniel (10/5): Wonderful Dubrovnik! - The room is very comfortable and complete with a kitchen and a small bathroom with laundry facilities. Although it is on the second floor, climbing the stairs is part of the experience after spending the whole day walking around the city. The house is on the second block above the main street, close to restaurants, but it is a quiet and peaceful place. The owner Nika was very friendly and helpful. We could spend another week in Dubrovnik enjoying the beaches and warm sunny days, despite the expensive high season prices.
• John (10/5): This unit has it all and is a great value--book it and you won't be sorry! - This property has everything, including kitchenette with pots and pans, cooking staples, soap and shampoo, a washing machine, etc. This was by far the most well-furbished unit of our trip. We only booked two days and wish we had booked more. The hosts were excellent, the location is perfect (up the street from Dolce Vita pancakes and ice cream!) and the place was very clean. At checkout, we were able to leave our bags inside the building for an additional 3 euros each, so we didn't have to lug them around Old Town; they even had a fridge there in the hallway to store our food and water for drinking after checkout. The unit is halfway up a steep stair climb. We didn't mind it al all, since we travel light, but someone with luggage in hand might have difficulty.

Messaged me to make sure everything was ok good recommendations. There are some stairs but there in the whole city. Not bad at all.

• Selen (10/5): Excellent value for money in the heart of the old town! - The location of the apartment is fantastic! It’s on one of the prettiest and definitely the greenest narrow streets of Dubrovnik old town. It’s only one block away from the restaurants and cafes, which means that you’re closely to action but can still have a quiet, undisturbed night. The apartment has good facilities and good sized space which makes it suitable for a longer stay. The hosts are very responsive and friendly as well. Excellent value for money! Note that you’re renting an attic apartment in the old town in an old building. Stairs are inevitable. It isn’t something negative, it’s just something to be aware of when booking this property.

• Miyoko (1/5): Ants on the second floor apartment and documents on my computer moved to another holder - The location is in the center of the old town. It was the only available apartment I found on the map of the reservation time. The map was inaccurate on the Booking.com. I had to contact the host from the nearby cafe for checking the right location. The apartment was the one I heard about the Jew man Kevin Ivork who hid in the building for the Jew's training from the underground facility. But the location could be related with the Albanian fake Mossad's training spot around 2014. I found my computer got some documents kept in different locations like hacking - 'Miki Akanuma's case from 2016,' '50 Laws,' '26 Jews lost in Zagreb around 2014.' My documents seemed to be the interest of the invaders. I did the researches on the lost Japanese Jew cases like Marie Shimerz and Miwa Aakanuma and someone else is targeting me of non-Jew's lost Jew information research as an offense and harassing me instead. I contact the Holocaust survivor Jews for the Neo-Nazi troubles happening to me and the invaders of Mossad origin skilled entry makers are abusing me without knowing my situation. There were ants on the second floor apartment.

• John (7/5): Dubrovnik Old Town - Location is superb with the Old Town literally on your doorstep. Good facilities if you are thinking of cooking any night. Few steps and stairs to get there in case that would affect anyone's decision but it is a feature of the location. It's a little cramped, especially in the bathroom but you have to expect that in an attic apartment in a very old building.

The appartment is close to the main round. You go by fout to bus station , Banjey beach restorants, pile gates and old port. Great experiance beutiful country and nice people
