Marcelo (1/5): Son lo peor que visto - Nada Reservé a través de Booking para 3 adultos. Le pedí al conserje que solo el primer día me iba a quedar con mi esposa y mi hijo y el resto de los días, ellos se iban y venían mis 2 hijas, siempre íbamos a ser 3 adultos. Me dijeron que no era posible xq Booking no se los permitía. Les pedí anular la reserva y nunca me contestaron. Definitivamente es la peor experiencia que he tenido reservando para tomarme vacaciones

Eje (10/5): 10/10 stay and I would happily return! ☺️ - The property was amazing!! The staff and facilities were so helpful and amazing. The building and unit was so clean and well kept. I enjoyed the convenience of close-by shopping. I went swimming in the pool and it was awesome. We would visit again!

Donna (8/5): Cute apartment - The apartment is very modern and cute. There is a cute Cafe on the main floor. Lattes, smoothies.. try the passion fruit one. There is a cute terrace right next to the apartment. We had it all to ourselves. The location, it is great because it's close to the mall etc but we rather be by the beach. So the location is good just not for us.

Julie (8/5): - A very large, bright, and comfortable modern apartment. Location was fine, in a residential area with a relatively short drive to the hotel zone and beaches. A lot of traffic noise. No hot water in shower (just like warm). Absolutely no flexibility on being able to check in a little earlier or check out a little later.

Laura (10/5): Très bon séjour entre amis dans cet appartement - Le logement est spacieux et lumineux et très bien équipé. Pour 4 personnes c’est optimal. Nous avons été bien accueillis, malgré un petit soucis de couchage, une solution à rapidement été trouvée. Je recommande ce logement, idéal pour quelques jours Le bruit extérieur des voitures par la voie passante.

Jihye (10/5): 적극 추천합니다. - 시내쪽이지만 호텔존으로 이동도 인드라이브로 100페소안에 가능한 곳이에요. 짐이 있는 가족에게는 위치가 좋았습니다. 라스 아메리카스몰이 걸어서 5분 거리에요. 침구가 편안했고, 온수 잘 나왔고, 간단히 요리가능합니다. 빛도 잘 들어오고, 수영장도 작지만 아이들이 놀만해요. 에어컨도 잘되고, 집이 넓어서 쾌적했습니다. 청결했어요. 또 머물고싶어요. 직원들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 샤워기 물이 사방으로 튀어요^^; 씻는데 문제는 없었어요. 밤엔 조용한데 아침엔 차량이동이 유난스러워 소음이 조금 있습니다. 강제 기상 했어요ㅋ 그럼에도불구하고 이 모든 문제를 덮는 장점들이 있었습니다. 저는 투숙전날 급히 예약하게되서 할인도 받아서 더 만족스러웠던거 같아요.

DEAN (8/5): Our 21 day was great overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, we highly recommend. - The location, location, location was great. Large mall within a 10 minute walk. Great restaurants, including Herbivore, were within 10 to 15 walk. Lots of parks close by. We had a hard time getting thinks like toilet paper, dish soap, and towels. We were here for 21 days so we just bought some toilet paper and dish soap at the grocery store in the mall. The 3 day refresh and 7 day full cleaning was not scheduled but the staff were great getting these things done when we asked for them.

glen (10/5): Amazing value! - It was very big. Very clean! The bed was very comfortable. Loved we had Netflix and stuff in English available to watch. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms wow what a deal. The guys manning the desk and front door were nice and some where so much fun to talk to. An extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice to have. Not sure if we were saposed to request when we wanted our room tidied up but it wasnt a big deal. It was close to Walmart and Starbucks and a giant mall. And tons of places to eat! Would have preferred to be closer to the beach but we wanted to be close to our friends dental office. Lots of traffic and noisy most of the time but I still slept good.
Rahul (6/5): Great location and modern building. Water issues!! - The location is great, the building is new, rooms are spacious and air conditioned. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only and major bad thing was the water. It smelled horrible, strong odor of rotten eggs, whenever a tap was turned on and the smell lingered long after. We avoided showers and used bottled water for everything else.
Doris (10/5): This was just a sleep over to catch the plane back home the next day. - The apartment was very big, great for 4 adults. The shower pressure was not the best. One thing that should be mentioned, nothing about the apartment, but we had a rental (car) and as you come out of indoor parking garage, it scrapes under the car. I hope there is no damage.

Juliana (10/5): Great stay - The accommodation was very large and spacious. Right across the street there is a Starbucks and a shopping center with a supermarket, which was very convenient. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly, and they even allowed us to leave our car in the underground garage after check-out. The hydromassage bathtub in the penthouse was a bit weak, but otherwise everything was great. We would be happy to come back.

Vi___ (9/5): - The apartment was very spacious and had most of the things you’d need for a comfortable stay. A few extra kitchen items and a clothes drying rack would have been useful, but overall it was a very lovely place to stay. The location is great — just across the road from Las Américas and around a 10–15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and local plazas. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The upstairs pool area was in the process of being removed but was still useable. The water in the shower was rarely hot, in Cancun’s heat it honestly wasn’t an issue at all.

Katja Pérez Iglesias (7/5): Größzüge Ferienwohnung, zentral gelegen - Die Lage des Wohnblocks ist ganz gut. Für das Mietauto gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Wir haben den Pool auf dem Dach nur einmal genutzt. Man hat vor dort einen schönen Ausblick. Wir waren eine Woche dort. Die Wohnungen werden nicht gereinigt. Es gibt in der Wohnung auch nichts, mit dem man sauber machen könnte. Wir haben dann einen Besen und Reinungszeug gekauft. Wenn man dort selber kocht, könnte die Küchenausstattung etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Pool war in den ersten Tagen nicht sehr sauber.

Sam (5/5): - The apartment itself is really nice, it was clean and comfortable with good cooking facilities. The location was a short taxi to the beach and marina and close to a big mall and restaurants. Unfortunately the pool was under construction when we were there and we were not informed in advance. It was a big reason for booking this accommodation so it really let it down. On top of this, the staff had been good at communicating with us until we raised a complaint about not having access to the pool they then stopped responding altogether. We would have appreciated the honesty to begin with and then a more professional approach.

Mao (9/5): コスパ最高！ - 部屋が清潔で広く、色々アメニティも揃ってました。プールは工事中で入れずで残念でしたが良さそうでした。立地も大型商業施設が前にあり、ちょっとした買い物やお土産も買いに行きやすい。飲食店も1Fにあるカフェが美味しいし、店員さんも素敵な人でよかった！ホテルスタッフの人たちもみんな親切でした！一部アメニティ(コップ)が、汚れたままになってるのが残念でした。
Rebecca (10/5): Perfect one night stay in a dark, clean, spacious room - Excellent for a one night stopover post-flight. Wasn’t expecting such a huge apartment for the price we paid so were pleasantly surprised! Full kitchen, living room and massive bed. Very dark blinds. Safe location. Friendly staff and coffee shop in the building. Not the most aesthetic location if you wanted to stay longer but it is nice and central, close to the mall.

Luciana (8/5): Great apartments, but record everything on arrival - I've rented 3 apartments, one of them the penthouse, and the other with 2 bedrooms. The apartment layout is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We were six friends that wanted privacy in our own bedrooms and bathrooms and it worked amazingly. The kitchen has supplies, and the beds are comfortable. The location is great, you don't even need to rent a car. Uber around the area was affordable. Very nice decoration Record everything when you get in!!!! We did this for the entire apartment including kitchen utensils and bedding. It was lucky that we did so. At checkout, the guy who was doing the final check on the apartments told us we needed to pay for a melted plastic spoon. Here is the catch: he told us it came from the room we did not cook in. We only cooked in one apartment and didn't even use that spoon. It was lucky we had video records on our arrival day showing that the spoon was already like this. One of the bedsheets also had a small stain. I only wish they had a reserve of toilet paper available.

У цьому міст я по - Гарне розташування, в апартаментах є все необхідне, гарна тераса з басейном, зручне ліжко і тихий кондиціонер. Пластиковий посуд, рушники з плямами, і малесенький балкон.

Absolute Eye-Catcher ist the Rooftop Pool! Die Größe des Zimmers entspricht mir einer Wohnung wie einem einzelnen Hotelzimmer! Absolut empfehlenswert, gerade für Sightseeing mit Leihwagen top Basis Es gab nichts auszusetzen, rund um zufrieden!
