Хостел явно не самый старый, так что всё относительно новое В хостеле прям грязно. Не до отвращения, но было не очень приятно: пыльное постельное, грязные занавески у коек, очень много вопросов к санузлу Расположение неплохое, но вообще не рекомендую тем, кто не любит ходить по горам: поверьте, здесь Вы это переживёте каждой клеточкой тела)

• Sofia (10/5): - Нам очень понравилось все) Для нас главное было это красиво в номере , отдельный туалет и в целом все, так как мы ехали не в номере сидеть) Очень радушный хозяин, по приезду предложил нам помощь в поиске обменников, где поесть и тд, пытался нам всячески помочь с любыми вопросами, попросили второе одеялко, нам его дали, нужна была помощь в оплате, нам помогли, в номере чисто, в 11 проводят уборку, если вы спите, то вас не потревожат. Выдали нам водичку, одноразовые шампуни и гели, тапочки, сейф. Розетки возле кровати, чистое постельное белье, есть телевизор, кондей, красивая веранда) В целом очень атмосферно и уютно) За такие деньги я считаю вообще подарок) А еще, всего 30-40 минут до центра! Рядом магазинчики, вкусное кафе, всем советуем! Единственный минус тонкие стены, иногда бывают соседи которые могут сидеть в холле и болтать, вы их слышите) Но в целом, учитывая все плюсы, приехали бы сюда еще!

• Mikhail (9/5): - Классный хостел, классика для бэкпэкеров. Удобные кровати, хорошее бельё. Шторки, розетки, индивидуальное освещение. Дружелюбные люди тут собираются. Хороший дворик. Гостеприимный хозяин Оганнес, его сын и постоянные жители. Это не улучшить, но всё-таки местоположение не супер - далековато от основных туристических точек притяжения.

• Anna (10/5): - Спасибо хозяину Ованесу за тепло, гостеприимство и уютный хостел. Здесь очень комфортные кровати, у каждой есть шкафчик с ключом. Для гостей предусмотрена общая зона в виде патио. Большая удобная кухня оснащена всем необходимым, есть и стиральная машина — это очень выручает в дороге. Для тех, кто ищет больше уединения, предусмотрены отдельные комнаты. Локация отличная: хостел расположен вдали от городского шума, а всего в 15 минутах ходьбы открывается красивый вид на город. Рядом находятся супермаркеты, минимаркеты и фруктовые лавки. Атмосфера здесь по-домашнему уютная, настолько, что непременно хочется вернуться! Гости хостела оказались очень интересными людьми: со многими мы подружились, путешествовали вместе и даже встретились уже в другой стране! Все вопросы Ованес решал очень оперативно и сильно помог мне в важной ситуации. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство, комфорт, заботу, тепло и за драгоценные воспоминания! 🙏✨

Во-первых, это первый хостел, который для бронирования не требовал мастер Кард или визу, удобно бронировать. 2) хозяин Оганнес всегда был на связи 24/7, до того как я приехала отвечал на все интересующие меня вопросы. 3) заселил меня без оплаты, деньги взял уже практически в конце, потому что я была на экскурсиях и не сразу поменяла деньги; 4) отвечал на все вопросы в течении проживания, помог организовать трансфер на экскурсии. Золотой человек, вот правда. Я потеряла цепочку он позвонил во все магазины и спросил не находили ли. Потом возникли трудности с такс фри он снова звонил во все магазины и просил мне помочь на армянском языке, что очень удобно. Таких как Оганесс очень мало. 5) сейчас в хостеле живет как одна большая семья и хозяин дома часть этой семьи; 6) очень удобное расположение в 5 минутах ходьбы от каскадной лестницы; 7) мой лайфхак если хотите идеального проживания живете в 4 местном смешанном номере сразу за ресепшеном. Там очень тихо и уютно. 8) идеальное соотношение цены и качества и Оганнес это просто чудо!!! Я не увидела недостатков

• андрей (10/5): - Самое главное в таком месте это атмосфера , а её там выше крыши . Оганез отзывчивый , душевный человек и приятный собеседник . Хостел находится не далеко от центра в пешей доступности от каскада . Спускаешься вниз и ты в центре города . Рядом монумент мать Армения с которого шикарный вид на Арарат . В общем как к родне в гости съездил . Не понравилось то что был не долго .

The owner and his son are both very friendly and accommodating. When I asked to extend my stay because my flight was at 9 PM and check-out was at 2 PM, they graciously allowed me to stay longer at no extra cost. I really liked the room, because it has a small view to the garden, the bed is soft and comfy, the different Lights and lamps from different angle on the wall are creating interesting vibes, shower head is good. The kitchen, the admin desk is very nice and the interior is creating peaceful mood. 💕🌻 The downside was it was Hard for me to regulate the warmth of the water in my private room. When I was trying to set it to middle warmth, it was going freezing Cold slowly. Also, if you are a shy person, you may close the curtain of your window, cause people outside may see you in the room. Other than that, all was nice, the experiences 🌺

There are plenty of clothes/jacket hooks but most are utilized by long-term guests and most of the time there's nothing left for new guests. Although there are hooks within bed spaces, not suitable for pants and jackets though.

• Adam (8/5): Very good - Guy at the reception was really kind and helpful. There was an working AC so it was comfortable even during the summer. Whole place was really clean except for the kitchen but that says more about the guests than the hostel. It was little bit far from the centre and it seemed like most people were staying long term so it didn't really have typical hostel atmosphere. Room seemed little bit crowded and could be a little bit bigger.
• Ibram (8/5): Good choice for short stays - A good place with a modern feel which is not very common in Yerevan. The place is clean, has great amenities and is located near to city centre. I do not recommend it for long stays due to its room size; it's very very packed.

Awesome people - Beds are very comfortable with good privacy (curtains) - Good location near the Cascades and mother Armenia. - Very good wifi. - Rooms have good ventilation and beds are sturdy. - Toilets very dirty, at some point disgusting. Some small flies all over the place. Not soap in the shower. - Many people staying there for months,basically living there. It doesn't feel like an hostel by times, more like a pension.

• Francesco (7/5): Good - The room I had booked was not available for some reason but the owner upgraded me to a private double room with no extra costs. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful at all the time. The kitchen is also nice, well equipped and spacious enough. It’s a little far away from the city centre, the location is not exactly bad but not great either. The only real problem is people constantly speaking in the common areas, even in a private room you still can hear absolutely everything. And the lounge is kinda small, not really convenient for sitting and meeting other people.

• Sam (10/5): The Gem Close To City Center - The place is located close to the shop, supermarket, and in very quite area in the city. Is really close to the city center too. You can easily walking in 5 to 10 minutes to the cascade and fine some good restaurant in the areas. Is clean and have the amenities what you need like public kitchen and etc. Is very comfortable bed and secluded with the screen in each bed, so you can get your own privacy without disturbed by others. The owner is really nice guy. I very recommend this place to anyone that want to stay in yerevan. Nothing.
• Deepak (10/5): Pleasant stay - Newly built hostel with private rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The owner is very accomodating and provided flexible check-in and check out. Great facilities from kitchen, drinking water, fridge etc in case you want to cook or something. The room i had was a little noisy in evening as it was next to the kitchen but since i was staying a single night it wasnt much of a problem. The property is very clean and shower is also great with plenty of hot water. Smart TV and airconditioner were a good addition and good speed Wifi. You can pretty much walk to the center of Yerevan via the cascade or a short taxi ride

• Colette (9/5): Superb - The staff was very friendly. Owner offered if it was too noisy I should tell him. (My room was just next to a common area). Room was very nice and clean, good shower. A bit noisy from the common area, but within legitimate limits. It was very quiet after midnight.

Also really unpleasant smell from the toilet in the bathroom, and on the second day of my staying in I saw a huge cockroach…. room was fine, for that price, there are just problems with cleaning in my opinion

• Bar (9/5): Superb - Such a nice place to stay for a few days or some longer. You can find quite comfortable rooms with clean and tidy linen. Bathrooms and toilets are good as well and the admin is really kind and polite. You can always ask him something you need and he'll do his best to make your accomodation as good as possible. A little bit far away from the historical centre, but if you take a car, there is no problem at all.
