- Sebastian (8/5): Calidad y precio acordes a lo que se paga... Ubicación: 10/10. - Ubicación muy acertada. Muy cerca de la mayoría de spots históricos por visitar en el centro de la ciudad. El desayuno muy completo. El aseo genreal de la habitación pudo ser mejor. Las sábanas, aunque no esperaba unas de 300 hilos, podían haber estado en mejores condiciones.

And the breakfast was tasty, plenty types to choose from to be nutritionally balanced, location was in the next door hotel on the rooftop - wonderful views on the sea and sultanahmet. Overally, satisfied with this accommodation. Receptionist took the pictures of ID documents at the beginning, really something not pleasant to see - I have time to enter my data while I'm present, especially when there are no other guests waiting to be served. There could be bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.

Чемоданы нам помогли поднять. Завтраки проходят на террасе соседнего отеля, откуда открываются великолепные панорамы на Голубую мечеть, море и город. Очень хорошо убирают. Приветливый персонал, среди которого есть русскоговорящие. Номер небольшой, но уютный, удобная постель, с напором воды в душе проблем не было. Нам всё очень понравилось. Такого не было
- Фаршатова (9/5): Отзыв об отеле - Удобное расположение отеля от всех достопримечательностей, от трамвая Т1. В номере чисто. Уборка каждый день. Белье меняли как положено. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Кто убирается, спасибо ей, очень чисто. В номере не было чайника, мы попросили Кэмрата, он сразу принёс и чайник и стаканы. В аэропорт вызвали нам такси за 2200 лир, а такси, который стоял на улице просил 6500 лир. Спасибо ребятам из отеля. Не очень понравилось завтраки. Ехали в Стамбул в Турцию, чтобы в отеле утро начать с турецкого завтрака. В общем, завтраком наедались, но не было того чувства и восторга от красивой и вкусной еды Турции. Завтрак готовят две девушки из Узбекистана. Кофе из машинки Нескафе порошок. Не зерновой. Пить не очень хотелось такой кофе. Что очень огорчило. Гости просили молоко у девушек для мюслей или чая, сказали молока нет. Также гости приносили с собой сосиски, колбасу, консервы на завтрак. Еда на оценку до 5 баллов- на 3.

- Jennifer (1/5): Bait&switch NIGHTMARE-Exploitive manager refused to honor Genius discount reservation of Queen Suite - My second stay here was awful because management exploits the Booking.com system and refuses to honor Genius discounted reservations. I reserved the Queen Suite for the second time, with a Genius discount, as it has a beautiful view. However, the management refused to honor the reservation, and booked other guests in the Queen Suite for a higher price. Then when I arrived, they tried to pressure me into accepting a much worse room for the same price. When I refused, they cancelled my reservation. When I got upset, they pretended not to speak English and refused to deal with me. I ended up staying at another hotel on the same block also owned by the same management. Later they claimed there was a problem with my credit card and that is why they cancelled. But they only canceled my reservation AFTER I arrived and refused to accept a bad room for the price of a good one, and clearly my credit card worked fine paying for a mediocre room in a different hotel under the same management. Never stay here, their whole sleazy game is to rip guests off.

- Jana (7/5): - Velmi dobrá poloha hotelu, ochotný personál, úklid, dostupnost restaurací a obchodů. Hlučnost při projíždění vlaku kolem hotelu, zpěv muslima - 5x denně svolává muslimy do mešity... Snídaně na střeše vedlejšího hotelu - malý výběr jídel, ne příliš dobrá hygiena ( plesnivá jablka, špinavý ubrus - horší vybavení. Hotel je vhodný pro nenáročné turisty.

Персонал очень вежливый, во всем оперативно помогали, дали возможность раньше заселиться без вопросов и доплат. Ежедневная смена полотенец и уборка. Были в марте, немного не повезло с погодой, было дождливо и холодно. Батареи грели , но не на полную мощность, было немного холодно по вечерам и утром.

A szoba csodálatos panorámát nyújt, kiváló az elhelyezkedése, tágas, számos nevezetesség pár perces sétára található. A reggeli a szomszéd épületben van, szintén panorámás helyiségben. A közelben éjjel-nappali bolt van, egy kis helyi bazár és sok étterem, bolt 2 percre. Minden nap volt talarítás, kaptunk tiszta törülközőt. Szükség lenne kisebb karbantartásra, a fal több helyen piszkos, penészes. Kicsit lehetett volna erősebb a fűtés, fáztunk.

- Sima (8/5): - Понравилось расположение — всё в шаговой доступности, рядом достопримечательности, кафе и транспорт. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь.Есть трансфер. Заезд был поздно вечером- без проблем встретили и разместили в номере. Сам Номер убирали каждый день, было чисто и комфортно. В отеле спокойная атмосфера, удобно возвращаться после прогулок по городу. Остались хорошие впечатления от проживания. Из минусов- в комнате было прохладно

- Vangelija (1/5): - The hotel is a scam. Located in a shady neighbourhood, would not recommend to anyone, especially for women. Apart from the cleaning lady that did her job very well, and one guy on the reception that was friendly, everything else was below standard. Some creepy men always gather at the reception to sit and talk the entire night, they made so much noise, we could not sleep because of them. One day the hotel owner shouted so loudly at the poor cleaning lady, I thought he was going to beat her. I got so scared and immediately went down to check on her. When I asked the guy what is going on, he just looked at me as if he was going to beat me. At that moment, as a woman, I felt so unsafe and so uncomfortable, even though I was with my family. Breakfast was served at the rooftop of the neighbouring hotel, but you could see flies and wasps on the food at whole times. You have to climb 5 floors, no elevator, and food was mediocre. Hotel owner is shady, seems like someone doing dirty business and was violent towards his cleaning lady. If I could, I would give -10 stars.

Красивейший вид на террасе для завтрака. Доброжелательный персонал. Номер, заявленный как 2 раздельные кровати оказался номером с одной большой кроватью и неудобным диваном.

- Zbyszek JG (7/5): - Dobra lokalizacja jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie. Tuż przy torach kolejki, która od wczesnych godzin porannych do późnych wieczorem jeździ tuż przy oknach pokoju.

Можно вообще не выходить из номера, любуясь рассветами и закатами, проводя часы за кормлением чаек. Размеры номера впечатляют. Душевая комната в самое сердечко. Расположение самое наилучшее, в 2 минутах ходьбы площадь Султанахмет, Араста Базар, улица Акбыйык с веселыми ресторанами, много мини-маркетов, при этом сам отель находится на тихой улочке. Одно из главных плюсов - остановка автобуса Havaist, курсирующего круглосуточно из аэропорта IST, совсем рядом, всего 200-300м. Вай-фай шустрый. Завтраки в соседнем отеле. Вкусно. Убираются каждый день, всё чисто. Персонал - душки, и зонт в дождь одолжат, и с багажом помогут. Безупречный отель. Буду скучать.

- Irina (8/5): Неплохая гостиница для ночлега - Очень выгодное расположение, прямо в центре города, отличный вид из номера на Мраморное море и Босфор, сытные завтраки, каждый день что-то новенькое было, убирали номер каждый день, в номере есть фен, кондиционер, одноразовые тапочки. Для отеля чтобы поспать, помыться и позавтракать отличный. Номера небольшие по площади, но только для ночлега норм, рядом находится мечеть и нужно быть готовым что в 6 утра вас могут разбудить, но у кого крепкий сон, то это не так страшно. Но вид из окна перекрывает это.

- Hony2111 (7/5): - Location great Housecleaning lady is professional Room is small Ladder is so difficult need only slim healthy people with no luggage, people may get hurt Breakfast at another place, 4th floor with no elevator so not user friendly at all WiFi is bad AC is so loud and not working properly We could not pay by card as agreed as hotel claimed a problem although both cards worked perfectly everywhere else so not professional

- Andrey (8/5): - Удобное расположение, в центре старого города. 10 минут ходьбы до ближайшей остановки. Рядом: набережная, мечети Султанахмет и Айя-София, парк Гульхане, Цистерна Базилика и тд. Под окнами ходит метро, но это особо не мешает. Завтрак на крыше соседнего отеля с шикарным видом.

- M Marwan (5/5): - T That hotel is not good for old people, we had to go our rooms upstairs without lift. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor in an adjacent hotel, we had daily to go 4 floors up to the restaurant without lift and 2 floors in our hotel upon return. Handicapped people will never be able to reside in that hotel
