• Markus (5/5): Wir waren da! - Lage nähe der U- Bahn o.k., aber die U- bahn fährt unter dem Haus durchs Schlafzimmer! Bad ist schön, Betten groß aber zu tief! Wohnung im EG aber ein Zimmer zur Straße ohne Folie vor dem Fenster. Küche fehlt der Abzug, nicht genug Töpfe, keine Eierbecher, Schüsseln Thermoskanne, Putztücher, Geschirrreiniger, kein Platz für fünf Personen zum Frühstücken, kein Wohnzimmer oder Aufenthaltsraum, mussten im Schlafzimmer Frühstücken! Hinterhof könnte Freundlicher gestaltet werden. Preis für Leistung zu Teuer!

• Te Boome (7/5): - Fijn dat er een vaatwasser in zat en goeie slaap plekken heerlijk geslapen De trap naar beneden waar we niet naar beneden mochten was in het begin wel eng. En de keuken was helaas net te klein om voor 9 man in te koken.
• Nicole (4/5): Kein zweites Mal . - Die Lage war ok . Der Check In hat auch gut geklappt . Die Betten waren sehr hart . Die Schaumstoff Matratze war gerade mal 7 cm dick . Man hat gedacht , man liegt direkt auf dem Lattenrost . Sehr unbequem. Für Kinder ok , aber nicht für Erwachsene. Der Fernseher funktionierte leider auch nicht . Auf Nachfragen wurde leider auch nicht wirklich reagiert, bzw. das Problem behoben . Nicht ein Fernsehprogramm funktionierte . Besteck war auch Mangelware . 1 Teelöffel in der ganzen Küche , für 6 Personen. In die Ecken durfte man auch nicht unbedingt schauen , da wurde auch nicht wirklich geputzt .

The bathroom arrangement in the end was more funny - It was big enough for large group, kitchen was very well equipped even with tea and coffee which was nice in the morning The bathroom was designed in a weird way. Two showers with toilet in them. You could lock the door but the ceiling wasn’t fully closed so you didn’t have that much privacy

• Brooke (9/5): Superb - The location was nice and close to the metro, big apartment that comfortably fit our group of 7. Two bathrooms and full kitchen facilities. The beds weren’t super comfy.
• Feeona (7/5): Good location for short city break - Very good location in a nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of bars and cafes within walking distance.U bahn station just around the corner with good links to central Berlin in a short journey. Apartment very spacious and clean .Two toilets and two showers and a double sink in the bathroom. Owners easy to contact by text and swift to reply Internet kept turning itself off and needed resetting every time we came back from our days out . There were only 3 cheap pillows and 3 single duvets provided for 3 double beds . There was no sitting room /lounge to relax in ,only bedrooms or the kitchen .
• Νικοσ (7/5): Was expensive for what they give you . - Its very close to metro station, we had to change metro lines to get to the center. It had enough beds for 10 people. Near to food coffe and supplies stores.the bathroom was enough for a group so you can split it to a men's and women's. The pillow's was terrible, the beds was not so clean, it had a down floor which has a not locked door communicated to a strange and common place . It was a Turkish neighbour but it was safe and quiet.Not enough place for the luggages , Very small kitchen for getting lunch.the water from showers get stuck in .

• Ingrida (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. There is a metro station nearby. There are several nice restaurants in the neighborhood for breakfast and dinner.
• Lecko (8/5): Family's stay - Appartment was fully equipped as described. Communication with owners was OK. Key take-over was simple (small box on the entrance door). Furniture is basic and simple but enough for stay. Everything inside was clean and well maintained. Wi Fi signal was perfect. Location is quite OK as it is near to U-bahn station which runs to the city center (approx 15 min) Entrance door into appartment looks old and spooky. It will be good if owner can decorate it a little. Example: instead security door eye-spy is a just ordinary hole into the door.. :) Also, on the Booking profile, owner stated "Free public parking is possible on site". Parking is on the street (if you find a place) and not free of charge - you have to pay standard tariff for street parking slots.

• Anonymous (7/5): A good place to rent if you just want somewhere to sleep in Berlin - It had three large bedrooms and big bathroom with two toilets and showers. Like a big hotel room. Great for an overnight stay for two families. The kitschen was small but functional. There was no toilet paper there when we arrived.
