Gianluca (6/5): Appartamento con spirito di sopravvivenza - Ottima posizione e servizi vicini L'appartamento necessità di parecchi lavori e accorgimenti, come nessuna tv delle camere erano funzionanti per mancanza di antenne, frigo non funzionanti, pattumiere rotte, nessun armadio per il guardaroba, materasso messo a terra su un soppalco per fungere da posto letto, nessun bagno ha un bidet, soppalco rumorosissimo, telecamere all'esterno e all'interno dell'appartamento, dalla porta d'ingresso bisogna entrare tramite link che viene fornito e se hai il tel scarico per il consumo che si fa durante la visita in città, sei fuori casa, se riesci ad accedere nell'appartamento, devi entrare di sbiego perché la porta d'ingresso è piccola. Proprietario non presente, ma disponibile telefonicamente. Il pagamento si esegue tramite un pos presente su un mobile. Il salone è pieno di cianfrusaglie, residui di piccoli lavoretti elettrici fatti male, di libri e scatole di giochi vuote anche se non ho capito a cosa possano servire. Insomma un appartamento caotico come se sia scoppiata una bomba dentro. Tralasciando i 3 piani a piedi con le valigie su delle scale strette, per mancanza di ascensore. Non è possibile parcheggiare l'auto sotto casa, perché c'è un autorimessa con 2 posti auto e che impedisce di parcheggiare in strada, come se si sia comprato tutta la zona per parcheggiare le auto a cui gli hanno affidato pagando. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è ottima a 10 min a piedi dal centro e 5 dalla metro.

Luigi (9/5): Appartamento posizione top. - Appartamento molto carino, pulito e soprattutto situato in ottima posizione (tranquilla ma centrale) per poter visitare il centro storico di Napoli e muoversi lungo la linea 1. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile consentendoci un check out tardivo. Siamo stati molto bene! Forse l'unica cosa era la temperatura dell'acqua difficile fa regolare, un pochino scomodo per la doccia.
