• Esteban (9/5): Parfait - Tout était parfait. La vue est vraiment incroyable et c’est très calme. L’appartement était d’une propreté irreproachable. Ana et Josip sont des hosts très attentionnés. Ils sont venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous ont déposé au ferry lors de notre départ, ce qui était vraiment très appréciable. Le centre ville n’est qu’à quelques minutes à pied du vieux centre et des différentes plages et la balade pour s’y rendre est très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Merci Ana et Josip pour l’agréable accueil et séjour.

• Marina (10/5): WOW APARTMENT WITH SPECTACULAR VIEW - Host is communicative prior and throughout our stay. Provided clear parking instructions and arranged taxi for us to the apartment and back to the car park. A lovely gentleman greeted us and showed us the apartment and provided information about the accommodation and location. The apartment is modern and SPOTLESS CLEAN of highest standard ever seen. Having a washing machine came in handy. The view from the balcony is SPECTACULAR as it’s on a hill you get an amazing view of old town and Lokrum Island. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to old city and Sveti Jakov Beach. Will highly recommend this property and we would love to come back again for a longer stay.

Vista super! - L'appartamento supera ogni aspettativa: pulizia impeccabile, ambienti luminosi e spazi generosi; il bagno è bellissimo, così come la biancheria che ci è stata fornita. Eccezionale il terrazzino, che regala una vista spettacolare sul mare e sulla città vecchia. Ana e il suo papà ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità, fornendoci anche numerosi consigli sulle cose da fare: grazie. Un appartamento che consigliamo vivamente; peccato che ci siamo stati troppo poco. Torneremo sicuramente!

• Reidun Sandvik (10/5): Lys og fin leilighet med nydelig utsikt. - Nydelig utsikt mot gamlebyen og båtlivet utenfor fra en fin balkong. Ren og fin leilighet med et nytt og fint bad. Liten gåtur på 15 min inn til gamlebyen. En del trapper å bære tunge kofferter, men det er verdt oppholdet.
• Petra (8/5): Fantastiskt serviceminded ägare, väldigt rent och snyggt, en bit att gå till strand och Gamla stan. - Otroligt rent rum och badrum med fantastisk utsikt från balkongen. Saknade bestick samt möjlighet att diska.
• Kierstead (10/5): - Good location, 20 min walk to Old Town. About 10 min walk to Sveti Jacov Beach (our favorite) or Banje Beach. Room was small but comfortable. It was very nice to have a washing machine in the room.

• Riedel (10/5): Perfect - The room was very clean, had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The view from the room was our favourite part. We had a beautiful view of Lacrom island.

• Nathan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, enjoying a great panoramic view of the sea and Dubrovnik in the background from the balcony. Also Dubrovnik's old heritage is just 10 minutes away by walk. The staff was super friendly as they also reserved us a parking slot. The room is spacious, modern, well kept, clean and comfortable.
• Zhou (9/5): Superb - The hosts were very nice and provided a paid pick up service, our flight was delayed and Ana was waiting for us at the airport which made us feel very safe. The location of the house is very good, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the old town, the room has a small balcony and you can see the sea when you push the door open, as an old Chinese saying describes“面朝大海，春暖花开”. everything is ok.

• Iain (10/5): Excellent. - Location is about a 15 minutes walk to the old town of Dubrovnik. Fine view of it from the apartment balcony. Nothing. However the apartment would absolutely not suit anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs, no lift.

• Julia (10/5): Exceptional - The room is spotlessly clean and in a great location just outside of Old Town. Easy to access Old Town if you want, but it was extremely busy so we actually preferred hanging out at home for sunset and dinner. The terrace is the highlight of the apartment and where we spent all our time when we were at home. It's absolutely gorgeous, directly looking out at the Adriatic Sea and Lokrum Island. It doesn't have a kitchen but it's very well equipped with little touches like plates, cutlery, coffee and tea, a kettle, etc, so we were able to make some nice fruit and cheese and bread plates at home when we didn't want to battle crowds in Dubrovnik. Ana was the perfect hostess and helped us so much with everything, including calling the bus station more than once to make sure we got on the correct bus to Montenegro. She also picked us up at the airport for a reasonable transfer fee. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend. Make sure to check out Lokrum Island too, it's just beautiful with great hiking and snorkeling. 😍 We liked everything.

Our hosts, Ana and Josip were very helpful. The apartment was beautifully kept and had a lovely balcony. There were quite a bit of climbing stairs to get to the apartment.

In room we had cups and kettle to make tea or coffee and also wine glasses. Near old town - 15 min walk with amazing views on the way. Of course view to sea, lonkrum island and old town from the balcony is 10/10. Great host, very helpful with everything. We enjoyed our stay and would book it again when back in Dubrovnik!

• Stacey (9/5): Beautiful view..modern room. 20 min walk to Old Town. - Amazing view and proximity to the Old Town. We loved the view of the Old Town (The Red Keep!). Room was quiet and nice to have a balcony. Lots of space and storage. Very modern bathroom. Handy to have a washing machine. Suggestion to make even more perfect: there were lots of empty drawers and it just needed a few glasses / plates / bowls etc as there is no kitchen. We wanted a glass of wine on the balcony and other than the 2 mugs and 2 tumblers in the bathroom there was nothing to use. Maybe also a teatowel and washing up liquid would be good so travellers can do a bit more in the apartment and not reuse dirty cups. When you're only staying somewhere for a few days you don't want to have to buy all the essentials.

A fabulous place to st - The property is very comfortable, but the highlight is a great balcony with an amazing view! Fantastic place to stay. A little awkward preparing breakfast (no cutlery), but otherwise there is nothing not to like.
• Alan (8/5): a very enjoyable experience and would recommend staying at sun set rooms if heading to Dubrovnik - Ana is a very welcoming host with lots of great information. Very good communication. The room is very comfortable and clean with exceptional views out on the balcony. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into the old town depending wether your walking into the town ( down hill) or back to the room at the end of the night (up hill) The prices of eating out in Dubrovnik + tours/ day trips made this a very expensive short break.

It was very clean, and the view from the room is spectacular! It’s a 20 minute walk from the Old Town and 10’ walk from the beach. Ana is a fantastic hostess and will help you with whatever you may need. Very kind and very caring of her guests. We liked all of it

The shower was lovely and there was an abundance of fresh clean towels. The room layout was great and the fridge useful. It was 15 minutes walk to town (20 mins back up the hill) and there is a kids playground directly below the balcony which was quite noisy
