• Curd (7/5): The house itself has a musky smell, ( quite common for older mediterranean houses ) thas distinct italian flair and over - The property was close enough to the description and the pictures on the booking site. communication is a disaster. on arrival which has its challenges by itself, there was no information provided on how to get into the apartment or where to park the car ( one filter setting on booking.com was “free parking” ). After a trip to town, late lunch and a coffee, I received a SMS detailing to park in front of the house, a code to open the door and the info that the key to the apartment is in the apartments door lock. The house is on a narrow, highly frequented two lane road. In order to park the car at the assigned spot one has to either stop traffic or hope for a gap in it ( see picture ). Since we had two cars we were advised to park the second car 60m away where two cars easily could be parked without blocking the driveway which was labeled “private”. On our return to the second car the next day, we found a note attached on the window and the cars passengers side keyed ( see pictures ). We rang the doorbell at the gate and a man came down the driveway joining us outside of his gated property. He confirmed that he had left the note, that he had nothing to do with the damage and that there is no agreement with the owner of our rented apartment that would endorse us to park and leave our car on his premises.
• Viola Stefanelli (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico - La posizione è veramente comoda, a due minuti dall’uscita dell’autostrada. Il posto è veramente tranquillo, non è molto trafficata quindi non ci sono molto rumori. La casa attrezzata di tutto. Carinissimi a lasciare la colazione fuori, tutto graditissimo. Sicuramente la terrò in consideraIone per tornare nella bella stagione. Il giardino bellissimo.

• Sophia (8/5): Je recommande. - L’hôte est très attentionné : des gourmandises nous ont été données pour notre arrivée et notre départ. La maison est spacieuse, propre. Le jardin est très agréable. Arrêt de bus à proximité pour ceux qui veulent ne pas aller en ville en voiture. L’appartement ne dispose pas de climatisation. Il n’y avait qu’un seul ventilateur pour toute la maison : on avait chaud la nuit (Voyage en août).
• Martin (7/5): Na jednu noc super ubytovanie, do centra Florencie to bolo 10 minút Autom. - Ubytovanie malo záhradu a čerstvé raňajky vlastnej výroby ktoré boli super. A aj obsah chladničky bol super. Ubytovanie malo už svoje roky a chýbala tak klimatizácia.

• Isabel (2/5): Ekelhafte Schlafbedingungen - Garten Bereitgestelltes Frühstück und Getränke Check-in unkompliziert Ganzes Haus stinkt müffelig/feucht Sehr schmutzige Böden/Badzimmerteppich 1 Stehventilator für drei Zimmer, keine Klimaanlage, daher grosse Hitze Matratzen stinkt fürchterlich (kein wunder, man fragt sich wie viel Schweiss durch wieviel Menschen bereits Kissen und Matratze durchtränkt haben, ekelhafte Schlafbedingungen Kaffee konnten wir nicht zubereiten, da die Mokka zu klrin gür den Gasherd wsr, bzw. das entsprechende Utensil fehlte
• Zuzana (5/5): Zklamání - Příjezd byl flexibilní, poloha ubytování fajn, hned u zastávky autobusu do centra, snídaně výborná. Parkování, které mělo být součástí ubytování bylo pro naši velkou skupinu špatné...měli jsme dodávku a nebyla kde zaparkovat, majitel se mnou vůbec nekomunikoval a sousedi nám chtěli auto odtahnout, ikdyz nikomu nikde auto nezavazelo. 😡 Zahrada kde jsme chtěli, snídat a večeřet....neuklizená, neodpovídá fotkám.
• Stocchino (10/5): - Ambiente spazioso e bel panorama sui due lati. A pochi chilometri dal centro ma sembra di stare in mezzo alla natura
• Monica (6/5): - Beautiful gardens, plenty of gathering space. Morning pastries was a huge plus. Enjoyed the location, close to central Florence, but away enough from the crowds. All of us got bit by bugs during our stay. You have the windows open at night to let the breeze in, and you get two things in return - bugs and constant road noise. One thing I recommend is fans! Or window coverings to fix these issues. Sleep was not our friend during the stay. Oh, and beware - the parking is small and right on the road. You do not want a big car as you share the parking with a resident.

• Mika_De (8/5): OK for one night. - Good location, not too far from the city. Nice garden. Lack of proper parking space. Flat was not too clean, a lot of owners staff.
• Jose Manuel (10/5): Preciosa casa tradicional - Una casa gradicional de Florencia, con muchos detalles, fueron tan amables que nos tenían de regalo jugos y leche para los niños y en la mañana, al despertar en la puerta unos pasteles tradicionales de la zona, hasta me emocione al verlo. Todo me gusto, ahh en el patio habían unas tortuguitas
• Carolina (6/5): - Gran espacio para albergar a un grupo numeroso como nosotros, de 7 personas Camas cómodas Es un espacio un poco campestre No nos gusto lo alejado de la ciudad, tanto que tuvimos dificultad para conseguir transporte A pesar de la lejanía de lo urbano, la ruta de acceso pasa por fuera de la casa y durante la noche se siente ruido vehicular que dificulta el sueño. La casa no tenía tetera o hervidor, paño para secar artefactos y manos. No había jabón de manos, no había secador de pelo. Durante la mañana al abrir las puertas para nuestra retirada entró un roedor de todos modos es un entorno campestre.

• Franck (5/5): Florence - Franchement pas spécialement emballé par la location. La propreté des locaux, du mobilier, lavabo bouché, cuisine très mal équipé, pas de micro ondes, cafetière italienne pour 1 personne a quatre c est très long. Pas de grille pain.L espace extérieur n est pas du tout nettoyé donc inutilisable.
• Stefany (10/5): Un alojamiento cómodo y bonito - El alojamiento es muy grande, rústico y con un gran jardín en la parte trasera. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. El propietario fue muy amable y nos facilitó el check in. El desayuno increíble. Sin duda un alojamiento de 10. No tenemos pegas respecto al alojamiento, lo único a tener en cuenta es que se encuentra en la periferia y se necesita coche para llegar hasta allí.
