• MARGUERITE (10/5): Emplacement idéal, parfait pour les familles, avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain . - Les lits étaient très confortables. L'appartement se situe juste derrière le Vatican. Je réserverai sans hésiter à nouveau lors de mon prochain séjour à Rome. Guglielmo, l'hôte, était extrêmement serviable et j'ai beaucoup apprécié ses excellentes recommandations de restaurants locaux.

• CHRYSTALLA (10/5): Excellent Apartment, very well maintained. Great Location ! - The rooms are not very large but thoughtfully designed and comfortable, and the apartment is ideally located close to many of the main attractions. The kitchen area is spacious enough, and the balcony is a lovely addition, perfect for relaxing or for smaller groups. It’s a great base for exploring the city, especially if you plan to spend most of your time out and about. The host was very responsive to all our questions, and Andrea, the assistant, was particularly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

• SOPHIE (10/5): Bel endroit propre dans un excellent emplacement. L’hôte a été très aimable . - Appartement très propre, confortable et situé dans un quartier idéal. Nous n’y avons pas cuisiné, mais tout le nécessaire était disponible pour préparer et servir les repas. La machine à laver était très pratique, et la climatisation, avec une unité dans la pièce principale ainsi qu’une dans chaque chambre, gardait l’appartement parfaitement frais malgré la chaleur extérieure.
• THEO (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment, genau wie auf den Fotos, mit einem stilvollen und sehr ansprechenden Design - Sehr sauber, komfortabel und auch für größere Gruppen ideal geeignet. Die Küche ist zwar kompakt, aber bestens ausgestattet, inklusive Tee und Kaffee. Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, mit den Vatikanischen Museen praktisch direkt um die Ecke, und dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße fern vom Lärm gelegen. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns beim Flughafentransfer unterstützt und viele nützliche Empfehlungen gegeben. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and secure, with a distinctive and charming style that gives it a unique atmosphere. Shops, restaurants, and all kinds of activities are within easy reach, making the stay extremely enjoyable.

• Arnaud (7/5): - La proximité du métro, le calme, et le supermarché juste en dessous de l'appartement. Manque d'équipements pas assez de couverts, l'appartement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
• Alice (1/5): - Poloha. Blízko k Vatikánu. Do centra jsme došli pěšky. V bytě je neodstranitelný zápach jako ve starém vlhkém sklepě. Nepomohl ocet, soda, větrání. Tipuji na plíseň ve zdivu, hůře se zde dýchalo. Museli jsme pořád nechávat otevřená okna i přes zimu. Apartmán je nedostatečně uklizený. Na prostěradlech a nábytku jsou fleky. Na židlích od plísně. Nejde WiFi, nebyla zprovozněna ani přes žádost. Horní nástavbu jsme vůbec nepoužívali, nedá se tam dýchat, je tam velmi nízký strop. Matrace nepohodlné. V apartmánu nebyla rychlovarná konvice, fén, příbory, místo pohovky je kovová postel s měkkou matrací. Po prosbě o fén byl dodán fén oblepený páskou. Také některé zásuvky byly vytržené.

• MARGARET (10/5): Fantastic apartment! The location is exceptional, just close to Vatican Museum and San Pietro Square - With convenient access to public transport and plenty of shops nearby. The apartment was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essentials, including modern amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well organized. The host was extremely kind and attentive, offering excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to Rome.
• Kacper (10/5): Apartament znajduje się w naprawdę centralnej lokalizacji - Zostawiliśmy samochód na pobliskim płatnym parkingu i nie potrzebowaliśmy go ponownie przez cały pobyt. Do głównych atrakcji można łatwo dotrzeć pieszo z apartamentu: Plac Świętego Piotra i Zamek Świętego Anioła znajdują się w niewielkiej odległości, podobnie jak Panteon, Piazza Navona i Zatybrze. Apartament łączy w sobie nowoczesne umeblowanie z eleganckim, historycznym stylem i jest wyposażony we wszelkie udogodnienia. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, czystość nienaganna, a łazienka przestronna. Gospodarze byli zawsze mili, pomocni i gotowi do udzielenia doskonałych porad. Sklepy spożywcze, cukiernie i liczne restauracje znajdują się tuż obok.
• IVY (10/5): Great apartment in a fantastic area, with a lovely café just downstairs and full of restaurants ! - The host was extremely responsive and helpful. When we needed extra towels, they were delivered very quickly, which we really appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect for a short stay. One small point to note is that finding a taxi in the area can sometimes take a bit of time. However, the apartment is within comfortable walking distance of the Vatican and many attractions. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended!

• Julie (4/5): Déçue ! De l’argent jeté par la fenêtre ! - Son emplacement proche du métro Draps manquant sur le lit convertible. L’hôte a été prévenu mais n’a rien changé. Ma fille a dormi sans draps. Logement vétuste ne correspondant pas aux photos. Douche bouchée non fonctionnelle. Toilettes chasse d’eau non fonctionnelle donc non utilisable. Sécurisation de l’étage non existante (une étagère vide et légère non fixée, pouvant tomber au rdc) Encadrement de porte qui tombe, logement très sale, porte d’entrée qui ferme mal… Vraiment déçue pour le prix! Ne vaut même pas la moitié!

La limpieza de las tazas de los váter, la incomodidad de las camas con colchones hundidos, sábanas que no encajan en los colchones, sofá roto, aire acondicionado ruidoso, dejadez de ropas sucias en la terraza, lavadora estropeada... Deja mucho que desear para una gran ciudad, añadido el precio que se paga a mi juicio excesivo.

• Norah (10/5): If you are traveling abroad you must check out this apartment : is the perfect Booking place ! - They have thought of everything one would need. The towels were fluffy and newer. Provided shampoo and soap! Place is clutter free and extremely clean. Guglielmo and his assistant were extremely helpful and responsive. Can totally tell these owners CARE about their people. Thank you very much !

There was a weird smell in the house the whole time. It looked like it was clean but the furniture was torn and stained. It didn’t feel clean.
• Sienna (10/5): Flat is very nice, spacious, great location. - 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice living space. The building is nice with the roof looking from 18th century. Located 5 minutes walk from the Vatican. Still, if I'm visiting Rome again I would definitely consider staying again.

• Preom (1/5): I am sorry but I would not recommend it. - Unfortunately, the only thing I liked was the location of the property. Near the Vatican and the metro station Ottaviano. There were good places to eat in very close proximity too. It is in a nice neighbourhood. Smelly bath towels (I had to use 4 for 2 nights there because I could not stand the smell), ants on the floor in the living room and the 2 bathrooms (even on top of the bathroom sink), bedsheets with stains on them (pretty disgusting), broken things around the apartment (toilet seat for example), things falling off in one of the shower cabins, no bathroom amenities at all (not even a shower liquid), just soap for the hands. It says the apartment has two bedrooms, however, the second bedroom is this tiny space with no wardrobe on the second "floor" with dangerous stairs leading up to it. And the flat was generally dirty and worn off. I assume it used to be in a better condition when it was new. To wrap up, I am super disappointed, it looks way better in the photos and I was expecting something else. It should be renovated and cleaned properly daily!

• Christopher (10/5): Wonderful location very close to Vatican ! - Morin's place was great. I stayed here with my family and it was more than enough to accommodate everyone. The apartment is very well located and has a bus stop right in front of the door. The host was most diligent and communicated promptly with us, he even procured drivers to pick us to and from the airport

The owner provided wine and alcohol like a mini bar which was very nice and there was a washer with detergent which was a plus. My parents didn't like no elevator access. We didn't realize, the pictures didn't depict the loft well but it was low and my husband and I hit our head a few times. The steps to the loft are really steep so if your not 2 young couples or a family with kids don't pick here. Older people won't be able to get up there or change clothes or be comfortable. The air conditioner in the living room leaked and we turned it off but thankfully we didn't need it, it didn't get fixed during our stay

• Nicula (8/5): It was a good place to stay overall. - location, close to stores and restaurants, easily walkable to Vatican and sight seeing, safe could not stand up in the upper loft which was uncomfortable and hurt my lower back, loft had no dresser or closet due to small space and low ceilings, dishes and glassware were dirty although the place did appear clean

Even is in center, is not noisy at all. You’ll find everything you need in there. Guglielmo is the best host! So friendly, very helpful and fast responding. She helped us very much suggesting beautiful places to visit, and good restaurants to eat around there. I can say for sure that we will come back in that amazing place. I recommend it with all my heart. Thank you for the wonderful sta, we are more then happy !!!

• Elizabeth (9/5): Charming, modern apartment, 2 bedrooms (one is an open loft with stairs and low ceiling). 2 Bathrooms with toilet, bidet - Great location just 15 min walk north of Vatican Museum (800m). Heat works great, 2 bathrooms with showers, washing machine on balcony. Great water pressure and hot water that lasted through all 4 showers. Secure entrance, door and window locks. Kitchenette with stove top, oven, toaster, electric kettle and nespresso machine. Large modern Pewex Grocery on the main floor of building with great selections. Half fridge works great, but no freezer section. Slow draining in one shower was addressed.

• Nikolaos (10/5): Nice place near the Vatican - The apartment is excellent for a family of 4. The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioning is powerfull. Another very useful amenity is the washing machine. In addition to all this there is a plenty Minibar completely for free.
• Philippe (2/5): disappointed - location it was so dirty and the quality of the apartment it wasn’t the same as the pictures. there is a reconstruction of the front building and you can’t open the windows so is so dark and they made noise early at morning. I couldn’t pay by card, the host asked me for pay in cash.
