• Parise Gaudefroy (10/5): Un havre de paix - J'ai tout aimé à 100%. Bonne communication avec l'hôte. L'appartement super propre, impeccable. Bien agencé et décoré. Le balcon avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Le calme. La supérette avec tout se dont on peut avoir besoin à 0 mètre, juste a côté. Le lit super confortable. On a merveilleusement bien dormi. Si je retourne à Dubrovnik, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner. Smart TV avec Netflix deja connecté pour nous. Un peu loin de la vielle ville donc je ne me suis déplacé que en taxi, se qui m'a coûté un peu cher, mais je ne me suis pas renseignée sur les bus. Il y en avait peut-être. Il n'y a qu'une plaque chauffante, pour faire la cuisine rapidement il en faudrait minimum 2.

• Mickymikl (7/5): Une ville en pleine expansion - Accueil chaleureux dans une grande bâtisse familiale, intelligemment divisée en plusieurs appartements indépendants. Le confort est au rendez-vous et convient parfaitement pour un court séjour en ville. Seul bémol : la proximité de la nationale, assez bruyante et très fréquentée, qui génère un fond sonore constant. Petit conseil pratique : mieux vaut louer une voiture. Sans cela, vous dépendrez des bus dont la fréquence reste limitée (environ un toutes les 2 à 3 heures), même si certaines lignes desservent le centre de Dubrovnik.

• Marianna (10/5): Bellissimo! Da ripetere! - Struttura a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Bellissima stanza e bellissimo soggiorno! Da ripetere sicuramente. Gentilezza della signora che ci ha accolto. Ha anticipato il check-in per noi e ci ha permesso anche di fare una lavatrice. Nulla.

The host provided an apple drink and some croissants, which were a nice touch. 4. The area is quiet. 5. Easy access to the old town via Uber. 6. Nice balcony with a beautiful view. 7. The airport is 30 minutes away. 8. The apartment has air conditioning, ensuring comfort. 9. There is a supermarket downstairs for convenient access to drinks and ice cream. Suggested Improvements: 1. Provide a bin upstairs. 2. Adjust the toilet mirror, as it is too high and you can only see half your face. 3. Include kitchen tissue. 4. Add bathroom sandals.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was quite noisy at times from the odd party happening around the area. Traffic noice was also quite noticeable.

• Dave (10/5): Amazing, well priced, kind host, just outside Dubrovnik - We stayed for 4 nights and it was simply perfect! I don’t give 10’s often so it really means something. The apartment is fitted with everything you need, well equipped kitchen, fridge, airconditioning and also private parking space in front of the apartment. Host is an elderly couple who are really friendly and helpful. Dubrovnik is reachable by bus in about 10-15 minutes. We payed €2,30 for single ticket (per person). Bus station is just around the corner, 3 min walk. As a pretty tall guy (1,96m) i had to duck sometimes since the apartment has a sloped roof and kitchen lamp hanged just a little to low for me. I have this problem a lot in Croatia apart from this apartment so I’m getting used to it, so it wasn’t a big deal for me.
• Caroline (10/5): Great apartment near a little beach - Everything was perfect! The house is very pretty, in a great location, very near to a little beach. The room was very pretty, clean, and well organized. It has everything that'll you need: a little kitchen, living room and upstairs is the bedroom. The owners were very nice and lovely. They gave me a big piece of watermelon. Nothing, everything was perfect.

• Alexandra (10/5): Amazing studio with all necessary amenities - The studio we stayed in was super cute and clean. It had everything we needed. Karmen our host was very communicative and very sweet. She even arranged a small surprise for my sister’s birthday. Close to the property there is a bus stop with two lines (like 12 and 35) that take you into the city and old town in about 20 minutes. A grocery store is right downstairs. I recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik.
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent family run hotel, nothing is a problem even help with some washing of clothes at no extra cost. Location is spot for getting into walled city of Dubrovnik. In a Urber its only around 10 euro, better than parking your car in the city, also a bus option. Easy walk to sea and restaurants And on your door stop a store for all your provisions Would come again for sure Nothing

There are two shops near the apartment, and restaurants a bit further away. And one of the most important for me: very kind and helpful hosts :D

• Thalia (8/5): Very good - It was comfortable, modern with nice views and peaceful environment. It has a super market just by the side which is really helpful. As it is far from the center, you need a car because public transportation is not that good.
