Guest Reviews
- Lawrence (9/5): Loved it. - Very peaceful setting, the place is immaculately kept. Raul, the on-duty manager in the evening could not have been more helpful. Very easy to set up excursions - even at the last minute. Breakfast was pleasant, but on day one we had no idea that we could order eggs. No one told us it was an option, it was only when I heard another guest ask for eggs on day two that I found out. They charge the same amount for meals (lunch and dinner) for a 3-year old as an adult, given the lack of eating options around, it felt slightly exploitative. Similarly, the excursions charge the same for an adult as a 3-year old child, which is unheard of in Argentina. Nit picking - but I would have liked to have known this before.

- Aleksandrs (6/5): Okay but price quality questionable. Convenient. - Big yard, with lots of birds, swimming pool, right next to the lake. Fresh pastry in the morning. Smiling staff. There was also a big hang out place with fireplace, board games, and TV. I hate to say, but, when we arrived, we could not get staff attention to our questions. When we asked whether we can have later dinner, it was not possible (even 30 minutes, but if we book excursion, even dinner at 10 pm was okay.).
Then about excursions. “Night tour” - they took us from the lodge, and brought us back in exactly 52 minutes, we paid ars 20,000 each.
Nobody (including guide) spoke English. Bicycle rent at hourly rate.
Going with canoe required to get a guide, and that one lasted 90 minutes.
Rusty shower drainage with leaky shower heads.
All in all it was okay experience. But the fact that for “all inclusive” we ended paying around 1000 usd for 3 nights for 2 person, we found pretty excessive.

- Jessica (9/5): Loved the lodge, and the Ibera Wetlands. The trip from Buenos Aires was long, but 100% worth it - Lovely relaxed place. right on the edge of the wetlands. Free use of bikes, which was brilliant as National Park and other places were accessible by bike. Boat trips were amazing, so much to see and spent ages around where the capybaras and caimans were. Only drawback was my Spanish was very basic, so missed a lot of information on the boat, night tour and horse ride, but was okay with that. Was able to ask a few questions, and just being there was wonderful, Internet not always reliable across the area, but that was for everyone, not just Aguape
- Anonymous (10/5): Hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. - Location, facilities, staff, food Nothing
