• Irene (4/5): Landzeit nie wieder - Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Der Kellner war das einzige Highlight in diesem Motel. Der Herr am Telefon war hoffnungslos überfordert und hatte ganz extrem ungenügende Deutschkenntnisse. Das Zimmer war eiskalt.und dunkel. Ausserdem ebenerdig gelegen. Die Fenster zum Einsteigen sehr bequeme Höhe. Aussentemperatur 8 Grad plus. Die Heizung war abgedreht und konnte oder wollte oder durfte nicht mehr aufgedreht werden. Zum Glück benötigten wir keinen Lift. Er ist schon länger Außer Betrieb. Auch im Restaurant war es frostig. Von Gemütlichkeit keine Spur. Auf mein energisches Drängen hin wurde uns ein kleiner Badezimmerheizer gebracht um das Zimmer ein wenig aufzuwärmen. Leider gab der sehr bald seinen Dienst auf. Kaputt.

• MAURO (5/5): Migliorabile nei servizi al cliente - la posizione. il Bar apre tardi e ristorante chiude troppo presto. bisogna arrivare entro le 17:00, altrimenti non riesci a fare Ceck in per pagare in struttura. la mattina non sapevo dove lasciare la chiave della camera e chiaramente sono ripartito senza poter fare colazione. la sera alle 18:00 ho dovuto mangiare un panino in una pompa di benzina a un chilometro di distanza dall'hotel non c'erano altre alternative.

• elena (6/5): Good option if nothing else is available, but clarity about extra charged and room service first! - Cheaper price in comparison to other places , availability, no noise inside, rooms are warm and big! Good heating available. No reception after 17.00 (self check in). Breakfast is overpriced. We stayed 4 nights (5 days) - there was NO cleaning / room service, no change of towels, nothing.. but there was some cleaning materials opposite our door, which stayed all the time there, but no one use it (room 302 and room 305) We booked a room for 3 person (2 adults + 1 child) - but room was prepared only for 2 pers. We arrived after 17.00 and were told by the phone that no personell available to solve our problem. We were lucky to find someone at the hotel that told us, that we can use another room prepared for 3 person. BUT.. there was no door key - we could not use it (close the door) - initially it was opened). Finally we moved the child’s bed by our own to our room with a key and managed the situation! Also we were charged extra 40 euro - at reception we were asked to pay taxes (though the price on booking already included taxes - we were told it is a problem in a system and we need to pay taxes extra at the hotel! Confusing... The hotel looks really poor;(
• Steffi (3/5): Wir werden in diesem Motel nicht mehr übernachten. - Sehr netter Empfang, bequeme Betten Kühlschrank dreckig, Duschschlauch defekt - anstelle, dass er ausgetauscht wurde, war er mit Klebeband + Geschenkband versucht worden zu reparieren - erfolglos, so, dass mehr Wasser aus dem Schlauch als aus dem Brausekopf kam.
• Jan (3/5): Veraltete Autobahn-Raststätte, maximal als Notunterkunft - Es war die einzige Unterkunft, die bis zum Reisetag kostenlos stornierbar war. Fernseher mit Sky-Abo. Bequemes Bett. Es handelt sich um eine Autobahnraststätte. Das wird beim Auftritt nicht sofort klar. Die schönen Bilder des Restaurants sind Fake. Es gibt gar nichts vor Ort: Kein Restaurant, kein Internet, kein Personal. Noch nicht mal eine Rezeption gibt es. Alles läuft über Schlüsselkästen. Das Gebäude ist aus den 1980er und wurde seitdem nicht renoviert. Bad, Heizung alles total veraltet. Die Heizung lief auf Hochtouren und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Zum Teil Schimmelflecken an den Wänden und im Bad. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

• Yuliya (1/5): - Miałam rezerwację przez booking, po przyjeździe recepcja była nie czynna, wszystkie drzwi zamknięte, jedyny jeden automat do check in, ale po wprowadzeniu numeru rezerwacji nie działało i nie wyszukiwało mojej rezerwacji nie mogłam wejść do hotelu, chciałam zrobić nowa rezerwację ale pokazało że brak wolnych pokoi, był wieczór, zimno a ja z 5 miesięcznym dzieckiem na rękach. Nie polecam

• Marcel (2/5): Eine einzige Zumutung. - Nichts Wir sind mit drei Kindern gereist und haben ein Zimmer erhalten, in dem es stark nach Rauch gerochen hat. Lüften hat den Geruch für kurze Zeit neutralisiert, aber kurz nach dem Lüften roch es wieder nach Zigarettenrauch. Das ist für mich ein klarer Hinweis, dass es sich um ein Raucherzimmer handelt. Die Rezeption sollte eigentlich um 08:00 gelffnet sein, aber um 08:10 war noch immer niemand da. Also sind wir ohne Bezahlen zu können gegangen. Ich musste dann um eine Rechnung bitten. Die Cafeteria öffnete erst um 09:00 Uhr. Wer will bis um 09:00 warten, wenn man auf einem Autobahnraststätte-Hotel auf der Durchreise ist? Ebenfalls sehr schlecht war, dass bis nach 22:00 und dann wieder kurz nach 06:00 Uhr in der Lobby Musik ab Tonband abgespielt wurde, die auch im Zimmer gut hörbar war. Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Und ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet.

• Fillencz (7/5): Pleasent night - The location is easy to find. My room was very spacious with many windows. The Bathroom style is older, but clean. The stuff - when you are lucky enough to see them - is very polite and helpful. Parking places are right at the entrance. The reception desk and the restaurant is open only from 9 AM to 5 PM. Since it is a Motohotel, this makes no sense, because most of the people come just to stay overnight and take off as soon as possible in the morning . Checking in is possible only through the key Tresor, but you have to make a call to get the code. So having a mobile phone and a roaming option, if you are a foreigner is essential. Not being able to have breakfast before leaving was also a big disappointment. I couldn’t wait till 9 o’clock, or even longer.
• Ken (1/5): Terrible! The opening hours, 9am to 7pm is completely unacceptable for a Motor Hotel!! - Very expensive. Breakfast was not available until after 8.30. This is unacceptable for a hotel that describes itself as a motor hotel. We had to wait for reception to open at 9am in order to pay our bill and check out! The opening hours are completely unacceptable for a Motor hotel. The reception closes at 7pm, yes 7pm!! This meant I had to make a long distance call from Italy to arrange collection of keys and entry to the hotel The reception does not open until 9am. This meant that we were unable to pay our bill and check out until after this time. This completely upset our travel plans. The restricted opoening hours was not mentioned when booking through booking.com. Had we known this, we would not have made the booking. Also 202.80 EUR for a room and basic breakfast is outrageously expensive. Later that day we checked in to a vastly superior IBIS hotel in Dinant Belgiom for less than half this price with 24/7 check in/out and unlimited breakfast included!
• Christos (4/5): Double prize and nothing to eat. Bad combination. - We have used this hotel for many years. We always drive from Kiel the whole day, it is nearly 1.000 km. Then we ate food in the nice restaurant at the hotel and everything was perfect and relaxing. So we could start driving again the next day, well rested. But now they have changed the routines and it is not attractive anymore. The hotel is closed from 19:00! We came there 20:15 and everything was dark. We had to get back in the car and drive to the nearest town just to find something to eat. I will see if I find another solution for next time, and this is a pity. Because I like this place very much. But it is not attractive anymore because of the closing time. And one more thing: They have doubled the prize. For many years I paid around 85 euros for one double room, now it costed 168 euros. So double prize and nothing to eat. Bad combination.

• Ken (3/5): I have one more firm booking after wich I will not use Landzeit again. - Breakfast average but expensive The room rate was very expensive. Reception closing at 20.00 to 21.00 was a major inconvenience. especially after travelling from a ferry at Ancona. because of this I have no control over my arrival time. Breakfast used to be self service buffet style opening at 06.30. Now breakfast not available until 07.30. Impression that Landziet is under staffed an on a cost cutting excersise
