• 權Jason (9/5): - 1.這次住到空間中等的房間，還有浴缸，可以泡澡放鬆一下身心，覺得整體感覺不錯唷！希望之後可以住到中等或大空間的房間。 2.房務大姐們都很親切，人也很好，都會熱情打招呼，收垃圾和補備品都即時收好，不用擔心髒亂。 1.這次住三個晚上，入住發現馬桶微塞住，但還可以沖掉，但等住到第二天的下午就開始塞住不通一直到退房，導致房間和廁所有怪味到，可能要注意到這個部分，以免讓下一個入住的房客覺得不舒服。 2.隔壁房間的外國房客從入住第一天到第二天，都是從晚上8、9點開始聊天嬉鬧大笑到半夜2、3點左右，覺得還蠻誇張的，希望櫃檯人員加強宣導一下，這樣還蠻妨礙安寧的。

• 權Jason (9/5): - 1.房間空間適中，剛好這次分配的房型也是蠻舒適的，還蠻喜歡的，希望之後有機會都可以住到空間適中與舒適的房間。 2.這次剛好分配的房型有兩個窗戶（房間與廁所各有一個），我覺得還蠻喜歡的，這樣可以看到外面天氣，才知道是否要出去玩樂，希望之後有機會也可以住這類型的房間。 3.水壓這次依然很棒，溫度給的很好，不會怕被冷到。 1.房間有個除濕機，只是很容易就滿了，才睡一晚就滿了，我等第三天才有資深房務人員幫我處理，希望之後可以教一下如何處理。

• Teckseng (8/5): Spent 2 nights at the hotel. Overall experience is good so far. - It’s near to Ximen metro and lots of eatery within walking distance. Clean and big room. The staffs are attentive as well. Sometimes it can take quite a while for the lift to arrive as there are only 2 lifts that serves all floors from basement 2 to level 11.

• Aisa (6/5): Good - I like the location because it’s in the main city we didn’t spend much time finding some places that we wanted to visit and its nearer to subway. The AC because it cannot be adjust to our desired temperature, and at night we were sweating also the toilet doesn’t have bidet and lock in it, I think its fine if for couples but for some people i guess they wanted to have privacy.

Downtown area and train station are walking distance. Just the power suckets in the bathroom which are not working for the hair blower. Also the only mirror in the room is inside the bathroom. It would be nice if there is also another one in the bedroom to do a fit check.

Conveniently located in a strategic location most specifically attuned to tourists who loves street foods, crowds, and so many more. The staff who answered my call in the morning was struggling to understand me and also struggling to give directions. It will be tricky to find, and asking a random stranger is rocket-science! Be always ready with your translation app.

• Rish (9/5): I love the staffs but avoid room 1026 for certain reasons 😂 - Honestly, I was looking for a hotel because me and my mom were going for a week vacation in Taiwan. So far, this was the only hotel I found the cheapest during the days I booked. Weird enough because some of the recommended hotels were doubling their prices. This in fact also had a little bit of increase compared to someone who booked their stay just a month ago. But overall this was decent. The best part is their housekeepers though. They are genuinely so nice. I sometimes leave around noon time so I would get to see them cleaning the rooms for those who had checked out. They are so nice! I have a few things I needed to address here. I was staying at room 1026. This is In the 10th floor. The room itself was nice since I wanted 2 single beds. Of course I want my mom to be able to sleep well so I purposely chose 2 single beds. When we arrived and checked the room, surprisingly, the Bath area had broken covers for their windows. So imagine how people from the opposite building would see you showering at night if you turned the lights on. Lol. That was my 1st issue. It was a little troublesome for me to ask to change or anything because me and my mom were dead tired so when we arrived we immediately just went straight to the bed first and when we woke up, I just found a way to cover those. I brought some black trash bags with me (thankfully) and I used those as covers for the windows. I do think some of the rooms are okay and better. Just ask them to change if ever they give you the 1026 room. Okay, the next issue was the blower. Tested it out and it was completely not working so I had to go down to the 9th floor and ask if they have any replacements. thankfully, they do! So that was resolved. Next one is, the shower. It magically adjusts the temperature of water. LOL. One second it's a normal temp, then the next 0.5 seconds all of a sudden you're being boiled to the core. 😂😂 And then the next thing you know, you're freezing cold. It's like you never know when the normal temp comes out even if you had the water at normal temp. That kind of amazes me in a way. A challenge if you ask me. 😂😂 But one of the best thing is the free drinking water (and refilling station) so that's good I guess? One last thing, this is no way the hotel management's fault but intended for others here to read. If you want to have s*x, please book yourselves hotels with really good soundproofing. I was dying from laughing too much hearing the noises from the room next to us.

• Kelly (9/5): Great value! - The room was very spacious and the location was great. Lots of things were nearby. The bathroom was roomy too. It was the weekend if pride and many hotels had made their prices crazy, but this hotel was a great deal. I definitely want to stay during pride again next year and will recommend it to others! The elevators were a bit scary. I was on one and it started jerking. Then it stopped on the ground floor and didn't open for about 30 seconds. When I came back later that elevator was out of order/turned off.

• Kristyna (8/5): Very good - The location is right in Ximen, so you're right in the centre. It was easy to check in. The beds are comfortable and shower is nice. The cleaning ladies were always super nice and helpful. The walls are rather thin, so if other guests are rude and loud then it's hard to fall asleep. The room didn't have a closet, so we used the smaller bed for our clothes and stuff. The room had a lot of mold, because of the weather in Taiwan it probability can't be helped, but it was definitely surprising when we first entered.

• Eric (1/5): Bad hotel - the only thing good is the location I booked this hotel for 6 nights originally using booking.com. The day before I arrived they had pre-authorized the total amount on my credit card which is standard procedure. When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel, one staff member swiped my card again but for the wrong amount. It took her 3 consecutive transactions to correct it. I got my room and what a surprise. A room with 2 beds with a tiny window and lots of humidity in the room. Even some mold on the ceiling and on the wall. See attached pictures. I turned the Air Conditioning on but it didn’t help a lot. The room was not very clean and they only provide one cover sheet. If you want a blanket it’s an extra 200tw$ a night. This hotel is old and definitely needs some cleaning and renovation. The staff is nice, smile at you but are completely indifferent to your request. They hotel should be a 1 * only should be rated 2 of out 10 in booking.com. The price is expensive and is way too high for this quality. I will not go back and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
