Muy buena ducha de agua caliente y abundante para después de los largos trekking. Pava electrica a disposición para cuando pinte el mate, que básicamente es a cualquier hora y heladera para guardar viandas.

• Eline (7/5): Prima verblijf! - Fijn hotelletje aan de rand van het dorp. Binnen paar minuten lopen van de hoofdstraat. Heerlijk kacheltje tegen de kou en voldoende dekens. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en legde veel uit over alle wandelingen en wanneer het beste weer was. Top dat er ook een koelkast aanwezig was. De grond was erg koud op de begane grond en er liepen de hele tijd (nieuwe) pissebedden rond wat niet erg prettig was. Daarnaast was er geen schoonmaak in de 5 dagen dat wij er waren.
• Elena (10/5): Una gran experiencia a buen precio - Todo muy bien. Apartamento limpio, cómodo y calentito cuando aprieta el frío. En nuestro caso la habitación era la económica. No es muy grande pero por ese precio, más que suficiente. El pueblo es pequeño, con lo que la ubicación es tan buena como cualquier otra. Pero por encima de todo destacar la ayuda de Elizabeth. Según entras por la puerta el check in es secundario, lo principal es analizar con ella el tiempo previsto para los días de estancia y poder organizar las rutas. Siempre predispuesta a ayudar con lo que fuera, un lujo.

• Cheryl (10/5): Loved our stay here at Mi Rincon - We really enjoyed our stay at Mi Rincon. It is run by a lovely family whom are very warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The accomodation consists of 4 rooms each with their own attached bathrooms. The location is within a few hundred meters to the bus terminal which is a flat and easy walk. The location is quiet but easily accessible to the main road, all the restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It took us around 15 minutes to walk to the main trailhead. We were very comfortable in one of the downstairs rooms and appreciated the use of the kettle that we shared with the adjacent room. We were able to store dairy products in the communal fridge upstairs. There is a cafe directly across the road for breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the bakery ‘Lo de Haydee’ where you can sit down for breakfast, lunch and dinner ( very basic menu) but great coffee and service. Our hosts recommended some great restaurants in the town too - we enjoyed Mafia Trattoria - great pasta dishes. Our hosts were so helpful in looking up weather reports on their subscribed weather channel and advice which walk was most appropriate for the weather conditionsand Elizabeth helped check us into our flight as I was having trouble with translation. Would highly recommend this accommodation as a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay in El Chelten and would definitely stay here again . Thank you to the most lovely family 😊 It would’ve been a bonus to have somewhere to heat up food but we knew this wasn’t an option when booking so it’s not a complaint.

• Christian (5/5): Rather not - There’s a nice coffee spot across the street Apt 2 is a super tiny room with tiny, rather uncomfortable beds and it stank. Was also very loud and you could hear neighbors talk and flush the toilet
• SALLY (8/5): - The hotel is at the quieter end of El Chalten. It's a basic, old fashioned family owned property but this is more than made up for by the kindness of the owner who can't do enough to help you.

Quant vaig haver de canviar tovalloles i buidar la paperera, la senyora ho va acceptar sense posar cap impediment L'habitació potser era una mica petita, però suficient per a dos nits. Al ser una planta baixa el terra era molt fred i no pots anar descalç. A la senyora li vaig demanar una alfombra per ficar els peus i me'n va donar una sense cap problema. S'ha de dir que l'habitació al ser molt petita i tenir una calefacció de gas s'escalfa molt ràpid.
• Aymeric (6/5): - Service: The host is wonderful and truly cares about the guests. Beds: Surprisingly comfortable. Shower: Worked perfectly with good pressure. Location: Great for walking to nearby restaurants. The Smell: There was a persistent sewer smell coming from the bathroom that seeped into the bedroom. It was very unpleasant to return to every day. Maintenance Issues: The toilet was faulty, requiring me to manually adjust the flush mechanism multiple times. Additionally, the door lock was extremely temperamental and difficult to operate. Cleanliness: I struggled with my allergies here as there were significant issues with dust mites in the bed covers. Noise & Heat: A very loud fridge outside the room made it difficult to sleep. The room was also uncomfortably hot because the heater was left on—which was unnecessary given it was 20°C outside. Accessibility: Prospective guests should know the property is not on a paved road. Because of the terrain, I had to carry my luggage over my head as it was impossible to roll a suitcase to the entrance.

Die Nähe zu den Restaurants ist super. Das gesamte Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig, also konnten genau feststellen wer in den anderen Zimmern war, also besser Ohrenstöpsel einpacken ;)

Es steht ein Kühlschrank, den man sich mit dem Nachbar-Zimmer teilt, sowie Kaffee & Tee zu freien Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und bietet wenig Abstellflächfläche für Kleidung. Das Duschwasser fließt nicht richtig ab. Kein Zimmerservice in 5 Tagen, um zumindest Müll und benutze Tassen auszutauschen. Sehr hellhörig. Fleckige Handtücher und Laken. Langsames WLAN.
• Abby (7/5): Great value, sweet hotel - The location is really great, easy to get everywhere in town and near to an excellent restaurant. It was good value for money. The team were super welcoming and gave us really helpful advice on weather and walks. There wasn’t anywhere to put away our clothes in the room. Would also be helpful to have a fridge in the shared tea/coffee to store breakfast bits pre walks.
• Sara (4/5): No ha sido lo que esperábamos - Las indicaciones sobre el clima para subir al monte Fritz Roy que nos dio el dueño nada más llegar fueron clave para poder hacerlo con buen tiempo. En general la habitación nos decepcionó mucho, el baño necesita una reforma y las almohadas de las camas son horribles… la verdad es que se agradecería un cambio porque no se puede descansar bien.

• Jayne Pye (3/5): Poor - The location was fine and the showers was good although the bathroom was dirty and cold with no heating The room and bathroom were dirty. The bed sheets were old with uncomfortable bobbles on them which were grey and there were hairs in the sheets. I asked for the sheet to be changed but the new sheets were the same… old, bobbly and covered in hairs. There is no room service. In 3 nights the bin was not emptied, cups not washed or replaced and toilet paper not renewed. No service provided. Owner did not seem to think it her responsibility to provide clean sheets and clean room or any service as she is catering for independent travellers. Way too expensive for what provided

• Vasundhara (8/5): Clean, green accommodation with access to city centre - Clean room, facility to make hot tea / keep food in a shared refrigerator. The garden is cute, and the view of Fitz Roy from the room window was a plus too. The check out time is stringent because the cleaner comes at 10 am, so there's no flexibility to stay on even for an additional 30 minutes. Keep that in mind while booking!

Ours was spacious, clean, with a good bathroom. Elizabeth was really helpful and assisted us with advice around what to do and when, in relation to the weather. The coffee shop over the road was areal find. We especially recommend the breakfast options. All of it was great

Owner is so helpful and provided with invaluable weather information for the duration of the stay on check in. Room was nice and spacious with clean sheets and large bathroom. • Christopher (9/5): Superb - It’s a cute property with a beautiful garden outside. The hosts very nice and friendly! The inside of the room was clean and well decorated, and the heater was powerful enough for any temperature! The bathroom was very well equipped, perfect after a long day of hiking. The bed room is a bit small, and the noise insulation between the other rooms isn’t very thick.

• Brian (10/5): Great spot with great service at a great price. - Elizabeth was so helpful she made our entire trip to Chalten. We stayed at Mi Rincon the first night we arrived in Chalten before starting our hike. We had planned a 3-day/2-night trek to see the major sites around Chalten and when we arrived Elizabeth went through the entire advanced weather forecast with the paid satellite weather website she uses for the area. There was some rain expected during our trek so she helped us adjust the route to better line up our times at the major sites with the highest chances of good weather. It made a huge difference, we were able to coordinate the rainy times with less interesting hikes and used the good weathe windows to hit Cerro Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre. She also stored an extra suitcase for us after we checked out for the duration of our hike. Thanks Elizabeth we owe you for some great photos we got out of it! I wish we could have stayed another night!
• Michal (9/5): Good choice in convinient location - Very friendly owners, good location close to walking trails. Clean and worm. fridge which is big and efficient. No problem with car parking. Cattle and cups are very useful. Rooms are rather small, wifi very weak, whish there were no microwave oven. Having no breakfast it would be nice option if you have to start early morning

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - If we could give milion stars, we would!!! We absolutely loved our stay at Eduardo&Elizabeth’s, we couldn’t have wished for better hosts and a nicer place to stay at. Mi Rincon is greatly recommended to everybody!!! We were welcomed by Eduardo who shared all the tips&tricks re hiking (and weather!), trails to do, restaurants to eat at, and what not to miss in general! We stayed in room 3 - it was beautifuly made, cozy with a home vibe, clean and neat. We had all the privacy we wanted. There was also a little fridge to store our things, and a box with complimentary tea to make any time we wished for in the hallway. For Christmas we even got a little surprice gift waiting for us there! The last day, we got a flat tyre returning from a hike - Eduardo jumped on it immediately, even if enjoying his Christmas Day - he did it all and more, he also gave us advice what to do, where to go and what would make most sense. Truly an experience we will never forget and will be forever grateful for Eduardo’s help, support and magic!

• Megan (10/5): Wonderful stay - The room was simple, but comfy and cozy with a warm shower and good water pressure. Eduardo, the owner was amazing, he gave us recommendations on what to do and when to do hikes, depending on the weather. The location is super quaint and you are able to tell they really care about their guests and their home. I would highly recommend staying here.
