• Salim (6/5): - La chambre était grande et confortable, et j’étais globalement satisfait. La cour est jolie et l’endroit est très calme. Les prix sont abordables, donc pour un court séjour, cela peut être agréable. Cependant, il y a des points négatifs : pas de ventilation dans les toilettes, coupure d’eau de minuit à 8h (gênant pour un couple), et absence de certains équipements essentiels (micro-ondes, machine à laver, prises près du lit). Il n’y avait pas non plus de cuisine, malgré ce qui était indiqué lors de la réservation.

• Natalia Golts (3/5): - Взяли из-за расположения, близкого к вокзалу. Недорого. Уютный дворик, где можно позавтракать. Внутри комнаты обстановка очень плохая, грязно и многое сломано. Отопления в батареях нет, а кондиционер произвольно отключается через несколько минут после включения. Персонал совсем не общительный, но это для кого-то может быть плюсом.

• Evgeniya (7/5): - Удобное расположение. Есть бассейн, правда вечером он чистится(это хорошо, но нельзя купаться). Интернет плохо ловит. И жаль что в этом районе отключают на ночь воду. В остальном всё хорошо.
• Elena (7/5): - Одноэтажные бунгало, выходящие на зеленый двор. Близко к вокзалу. Близко метро. Милая администратор. Работающий кондиционер. Ценно, что тихо, да и окон особо нет, форточка в гостинной, а спальня без окна. Место нуждается в ремонте. Сантехника течет, все оборудование номера старое по самому минимуму. Такая как турбаза, просто и с недочетами, но переночевать сойдет. За дверью пыльная улица с частными домами, гулять негде, но и цели такой не было. Для транзита сойдет. Карты не принимают, оплата наличными драмами.

• andrei (1/5): - The bedsheets were clean. I want to express my deep disappointment regarding this hotel. I have traveled through 48 countries by now and I haven't had such a terrible hotel experience like this. First of all, even though I opened all the windows, there was no air to breath, so I could suffocate during sleep. Then, there was dust everywhere and the bathroom was dirty. Let's not forget about insects... there were mosquitoes and roaches everywhere... including in the shower... this is why I couldn't had the chance to have a proper shower. Also, in the morning in the bathroom the water wasn't running.

Overall, it is okay for a 1 night stay. There was no water when we arrived although the owner informed ahead prior to checking in.

• Ash (8/5): A decent offering! - Very relaxed little hotel with an absolutely gorgeous courtyard. The shower pressure and temperature are very nice, and absolutely welcome after spending 6 hours on a marshrutka. There is an English-speaking member of hotel staff. Location is very convenient just across from the train and metro station, and you can also get taxis anywhere using GG or Yandex. The rooms themselves are basic and feel a bit dated, with some things not working as expected, and the walls not being completely painted. Lots of small issues, like the shower pipe being quite leaky & not fully engaging, leaving lots of water dripping into the sink. There's a certain "jank" to the place, but everything major was perfect.

• Mina (5/5): budget friendly - the swimming pool too much insects and the owner went inside after l left my room to switch off the AC, although it was hot that day and he did not inform me that he will enter my room later every time I leave it .

• Monique (6/5): a bit "roots", but OK for this price - for Erevan, it is cheap. Location close to metro. Quiet place, closed yard where it is easy to store bicycle(s). The staff is friendly (if you speak some russian) but can't help than much Poor wifi connexion (slow, unstable). Water shutdown during the night. Equipments no in.very good condition in some bedrooms.

It was the worst room I've ever booked. - The room was in construction state (as I understand from other reviews, it's being this state for years); - Shower room was too dirty, too wet with a lot of black mold on the walls; - From 11pm till 8am water in the room becomes turned off; - It smells like kennel in the room; - Too many insects: some kind of beetles, woodlice and at least two colony of ants that fress each other and everything you leave in the room; - Too poor soundproofing: you may hear how your neighbor and comrade in misfortune farts behind the wall.
• Jaafarymanesh (5/5): A nice short stay motel near to a metro station. - A metro station is in nearby less than 5 minutes walking, The reception was a kind old lady. The yard and its design is nice. The room size was ok. In nights walking in street is frightening and you have to install gg internet taxi before traveling to Yerevan, some small cockroaches were in room, don't expect a normal hotel room from there. A bad smell from bathroom annoyed us.
