- dvampyrlestat (10/5): Very good stay on the 8th floor - The location is A+. Just a few steps from the ximending pedestrian area and the metro. I liked the contactless self check-in and check-out. And the room was sooooo spacious, even with the five of us. Some of the duvet have some dirt on them. We also spotted used fake eyelashes stuck at the back of the AC remote.

- Takahito (5/5): コスパ良し。妥当なクオリティ。 - 位置はすごくいい。西門駅からめちゃ近く、食べ歩いたり観光したあとそのままホテルの部屋に戻りやすくてよかった。 スタッフとはほぼ対面することはなく、チェックインもチェックアウトも自動化されていて良かった。 看板がなく、異常に見つけにくかった。hotel6という別のホテルと同じ建物にあり、エレベータの前まで行くとようやくアクセス方法がわかる。 清掃についてはわかりにくくて、入らない想定の日に入ってたりして不穏だった。 このアクセスの良さでこのやすさなら妥当な清潔感だと思う。ベッドやトイレは期待以上にクリーンと感じた。 人によっては水回りの清潔感について許容可能かどうかは分かれると思う。

- Libot (5/5): - We didn't have the hard time locating the hotel when we arrived. It is just a few steps away to Ximending walking district and entrance/exit to MRT station. Great view from the glass window especially at night when the city lights are on. Water was dripping from the AC unit, it went on for two days before it got fixed. It could have been better if it was fixed as soon as the problem was reported. The hotel only provided shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.
- Nor Alia (2/5): WORST STAY EVER, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - It was clean enough with basic necessities like mini fridge, kettle, aircon but only one pillow per occupant. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THERE WAS NO RECEPTION & NO INSTRUCTION TO TELL YOU HOW OR WHERE TO CHECK IN. CALLS & WHATSAPP WERE NOT ANSWERED. PURELY BY CHANCE WE MET ANOTHER GUEST WHO TOLD US HOW TO SELF CHECK IN & SHE FOUND OUT ONLY AFTER MEETING A CLEANER THERE. IF YOU HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS OR FACE PROBLEM, NO ONE WILL ATTEND TO YOU. THERE WAS NO SECURITY AS ANYONE CAN ACCESS TO THE FLOOR OUR ROOM WAS AT. IT WAS A SCARY STAY FOR US, 3 GIRLS

- shiningliv (8/5): 還行 - 房間的空間感夠，床很大 地點絕佳離西門捷運站非常近 床稍硬了一點，通風管線似乎有淡淡的煙味(?) 電視比較小，位於兩床之間。桌子也有點小放不了什麼東西，建議可增加行李置物空間，而不是把行李包包全部放在地板上。 基本上沒有服務人員是自助式管理，付款機只能付現金不能刷卡有點不太方便
- Ndee Yoong (6/5): Great Location, but not so great on hygiene. - the location of the property is great. super close to Metro Exit 6 of Ximen station. it is also near to the bus stops which is very convenient. the room is of a very comfortable size. no problem with opening luggage. the cleanliness can be improved. the housekeeper didn't wipe down dust on the surfaces, sweep or mop. just change the towels, floor mat and emptied the trash bin. the kettle in my room was not working. I wanted hot water, and the hotel has water dispenser, but they didn't turn on the power for it to dispense hot or cold water, because it gives out a noise. I was asked to turn on the power and waited for the water to heat up. I also inform the staff about the kettle, it was not replace for my entire stay. the showering hose is also leaking, I've informed the staff on the day of my check in. it was not replace either. the bathroom blinds and the area behind the tap are moldy.

- Masaki (4/5): ロケーションは良かった - ロケーションは良かった。 壁紙が2か所はがれていた。10日間の間壁紙が大きく剥がれた部屋でいることにみじめを感じ、持っていたセロテープではがれた部分を自分で補修した。毎日清掃に来る人間もわかっているはずなのにそのままほったらかし。ホテル側はもっと部屋の美観に注意を払って欲しい。

- Mei Chyi Maggie (6/5): Accommodation facilities not great.5/10.Great location, access to Ximending and mrt station. - great location at Ximending, right a the mrt station. But be prepared to spend some time locating the 'hotel'. Plentiful food just downstairs. 1) no windows 2) directions given to us (to the hotel) were not clear. we were not told which floor to go to for check-in. We had to try floor by floor on the 11-storey building. 3) 1st day informed customer service that the water dispenser on our floor not working, still not fixed on the 4th day when we left. we had to go to other floors to get water everyday. 4) The shower water temperature fluctuates on its on, causing my 6YO daughter to be scaled by hot water. 5) For baggage deposit, we had to drag our luggage down the street to another building directed by the customer service.

- Wheng (8/5): Location is very good, very near ximen mrt exit 6, 1minute walk. - Location Cleaning staff only clean the bathroom, didn’t bother to sweep the floor or arrange the bed.
- lina (7/5): - It was tricky to find but once one finds it, it's super well located and convenient just beside Ximen station. Simple auto checkin, no staff involved. Only 1 elevator is working so lil wait. Our double bed room on 7 floor is spacious and generally clean (bits of spiderwebs), but very basic. Water pressure is good, of ur corner room is facing the city with big windows, with curtains rolled down and lights off (if not people on the main ximen streets may see our showering shadows) have Blade Runner vibes quite cool. Although there is a small roach at the sink and - the worst experience - is the sink pipe broke off as soon as we used the sink, a Line text/Booking.com message enabled speedy recovery and the sink was fixed the next day when we were out, so we're cool and happy with it. :) It's pricey for the super basic room (~USD 150+/night), it's not worth the price at all. One can find well better stay in Taipei or beyond in TW (in Hualian great stay for half the price and facilities). The towels and sheets and old (sheet has tiny) holes, so it's prolly bought 2nd hand from hotels - which is fine and sustainable! But the one price should reflect that ;) As a start, I would suggest at least upgrade the proper sink piping and the pillows (which is really bad, so soft it has no support), a good hair dryer (ours was so weak it took ages to dry hair 😔), and the soundproofing is non-existent (defly not for light sleepers) - but if facilities and equipments are better the poor soundproofing is still tolerable and can be made up by the cleanliness. Appreciate the prompt service nevertheless, hope u can the feedback positively!

- San Juan (9/5): - The room shere overall clean nothing is dirty or dusty. The location is also one of the best in Taipei. I just wish that the checking in was more smooth since we waited for almost an hour for the self checkin to work properly and also the bathroom was kinda weird cause there is no lock or any knob to properly close the door and that there is no bidet.
- 宗樺 (4/5): 房務人員很棒，客服人員糟糕 - 打掃的是外籍的房務人員，他們很認真，值得嘉勉 入住當天遇到了電視無法順利收看的問題，詢問了當天的客服人員，他回覆我因為飯店的網路有點問題，然後請我多切換幾台看看，嘗試過後一樣都沒法看，再次詢問他，他回覆我出去玩住飯店本來就沒有家裡那麼舒適叫我挑能看的看就好了，沒一台能看的，是在說什麼鬼話，只能給當天客服人員極度差評。

- Abegail (10/5): It was great! Will come back again - It has a self check-in system, only thru a machine and if an error happens, there's a telephone beside it for assistance. It was a hidden gem in Ximending. It is only 50 meters away from the MRT Ximen Station. Many place to eat and shop nearby. Did not expect that the facilities could be that great. Will surely come back here again. I hope they can have spaces for luggage deposit too. We arrived 6AM at the hotel and we were told to deposit ours in their nearby branch which is 150 meters away. Also, if they can have a visible signage outside the hotel for easy recognition.

- Aurore (10/5): Emplacement parfait, haut standing - L'emplacement, à 2min a pied de mon événement (WESTAR), de rues très touristiques et animées de nuit et à 7min à pied du Museum d'Histoire Naturelle. Juste à côté d'une station de métro et vraiment pas loin à pied de la gare centrale Taipei Main Station, d'où on peut rejoindre l'aéroport ou prendre un train ou un bus pour à peu près partout. Très propre et confortable, haut standing pour un prix très raisonnable ! Difficile à trouver, à la fois le bâtiment et l'étage (11ème) où il fallait se rendre, heureusement que j'avais des amies Taïwanaises avec moi pour m'assister !
