Michael (9/5): Great place. Little expensive, but worth it - Great place. Great rooms. Clean. Great location. Kitchen. Met the owner. A wonderful and helpful man who gave great advice. I wish all the costs were clear. I did not notice the very high sur charges. So more expensive than expected.
Jiang (8/5): Very good - The bathroom is spacious and large, the location is very good, close to the Main Street. The entrance door is using path code which is convenient. The wifi is so bad that we have to constantly use the wifi from the next door shop (our cellular data also doesn’t work well in the room). Also the sound proof is bad, we can hear our neighboring talking quite loud

Jukka (8/5): Good location, the rooms OK (but not any human contact) - Good location, easy, short and nice walkable distance to main street. Next to grozerie and some restaurants. Nice sheltered place. Clean and everything works fine. I had a 2 different rooms there. Not so big difference, but in downstairs sewer in the shower didn’t work properly. Upstairs was little bit more comfortable but I wouldn’t pay extra for that. I didn’t see any staff during these days and didn’t get any contact to them but by the Booking.com messages. So that’s why I give bad grade for services and staff. I like to get human contact , at least when check-in. Still I could go there again.
Dafydd (7/5): Okay for a brief stay - Nice studio apt, clean and comfortable. Easy, speedy check in I could overhear noise/tv from the neighbour .. thankfully they were only there 1 night .. but it was quite audible. It was cold in the apt.. although there was a heater it wasnt sufficient..
Rod (9/5): If you want some privacy with amenities for a good value - Everything was very good. Comfortable, quiet, new appliances (toaster, kettle, toaster oven, coffee maker), fridge, WiFi, security, common area, comfortable bed, heat, lighting, good shower with hot water soap shampoo and hair dryer. Staff very responsive. Good value for expensive El Calafate. Location is ok, a 5 min walk to the central avenue. The fridge (room 9) makes a clicking sound which is a bit annoying trying to sleep.
