• Pedro Ignacio (5/5): Lo justo para dormir y desayunar. - No céntrico pero tampoco alejado del centro. Reformado a medias, no muy acogedor para nuestro gusto.

Tiene muchos utensilios ..yo eché de menos una tostador de pan ..por lo demás muy bien 👍 Lo único k no nos gustó fue la cama y las almohadas Hacia mucho ruido y las almohadas como si no estuvieran ..podían dar la opción de tener mas

• Dianna (10/5): - It was clean and the people were very helpful. I didn’t like booking.com because once we arrived there, they gave us no instructions on how to get in. If it hadn’t been for this wonderful Italian girl we never would have gotten in. We spent over 1 hour outside talking with booking.com and he said we didn’t have reservations when the reservation number and confirmation number was right in front of me.

• Marcos (7/5): Bom mas cobram taxas a parte - Localização, limpeza e comunicação Ar do quarto e geladeira com muito barulhos. Pedi para arrumarem o problema e nada foi feito. Usamos o ar da sala pra resfriar o quarto, e dormimos com protetor de ouvidos. A andar é alto, ruim pra ir com malas. E não nos informaram sobre taxas de turismo na reserva (quando pagamos, no app informava que as taxas já estavam INCLUSAS). Eles cobraram como se fossem um hotel, mas são tipo Arbnb, achei abusivo.

• Al Hajjar (7/5): - Tiszta volt a szállás, tágas és modern fürdőszoba, klíma, közel van a városközpont, biztonságos városrészen talalható. Nem volt megfelelően felszerelve a konyha, hiszen nincsenek poharak a szálláson, takarót is keresni kellett össze-vissza csak a huzat volt kirakva, a bejárati ajtó nagyon elavult és nem ad túl biztonság érzetet.

• Iuliana (9/5): Trip to Milan - The apartment is nice with everything you need, from iron, to washing machine and everything you need for cooking. It is 3 metro stops from Duomo and the metro is a few meters from the accommodation.

• Lilit (10/5): Good spot for Milan staying - The apartment is in a good location, close to public transport and many of Milan’s main attractions, which made it easy to explore the city. The host was polite and quick to respond.
• David (7/5): Decent for a work trip. Nice to have an apartment and good location - Nice location. Good communication pre-stay with company A bit basic. Bed and pillows weren't great. Toiler flush was off the wall but still worked (could have been informed)
• Coste (8/5): We enjoyed our time in Milan. If you are planning to visit all day and only come to the apartment to sleep, then it is a - The location is excellent and it is pretty spacious. It could ve been cleaner and it definitely needs to be refurnished.

• Claire (7/5): Ok but expensive for what it is. - Location is good but facilities are very basic. Not sufficient cutlery for 4 people while the booking was for a family. Not 4 glasses, no salad bowl, not adapted to use the kitchen for a family (even for basic needs). Basics are missing - nothing to hang the towels after shower. Small easy fixes would make it enjoyable instead of frustrating.

• Sudip (7/5): It is good stay but safe and clean in residential area. - Good location. Clean and safe. Located in 3+1 floor with no elevators. Bedroom AC did not work.
• Jan-nicolas (6/5): Pleasant - Very pleasant neighbourhood with a good choice of shops, restaurants, backeries and supermarkets. Metro and tram are close by and well connected to explore the city centre and sights. The flat is quiet and decently equipped. The bathroom was pretty new and the mattress comfy. There is a walk-in-wardrobe which keeps clothing and suitcases out of the way. The crockery includes promotional giveaways and is limited in number. Since the furniture is pretty mixed, the place misses some character to feel really comfortable. Some communication was automated and non-personal. Responsiveness varied and instructions were not very precise.

• Tahir (5/5): Passable - I am living there 3 days it's 3 floor appartment no lift is there & not mintioned on booking .com there is only stairs & one thing more there is cold room heater is not working in Bed Room i called but not fixed the issues its not professional people to run this appart.

• Kurt (4/5): Great location, BUT...poor staff service, no lift, and many non functioning items in the apartment. - Nice size space. Nice small balcony to inner courtyard. Convenient to metro and stores and restaurants. Excellent location in a nice Milan neighborhood. Communicated with staff our arrival time and they confirmed they would meet us at the street door to check-in and give us keys etc. They left us standing outside waiting for over 30 min after a long day of travel and never responded to messages concerning the delay. The unit offered only one towel per person to re-use for a 3-day stay and no detergent for the washing machine. The staff person promised that the next day they would deliver an extra towel and some detergent. They never delivered either item. The unit is on the 4th floor with 8 flights of stairs and no elevator. Many items in the unit did not function (shower wand, kitchen lights, AC etc.)
