• Akane (3/5): どこから虫が出てくるか不安でゆっくり休めないホテルでした。 - 部屋の広さは良かったです。 部屋入って速攻枕を見たら普通にカメムシがいました。 清潔ではない部屋でした。 引き出しも開けるとホコリだらけの本と誰かの髪の毛が入っていました。 掃除は行き届いていないです。

• Florian (2/5): - For me, it was not obvious that it was a love hotel. The rooms were dirty with stains on the bed clothes. against the information it was a smoking room. There was no cover for the blanket and the man at the counter, refused to give us some extra sheet.

• SATOSHI (5/5): - リーズナブルなこと。 梅田駅から徒歩圏内なこと。 設備面ですが、バストイレの間のビニールカーテンが無かったことと、普通のタオルが置いて無かったことです。（バスタオルはありましたけど）

• MAKOTO (9/5): 運がよかった - ・出張先に近かったのと設備も揃っていたこと ・遅いチェックインにも関わらず受付の方が丁寧 謎の扉があってガタガタ音がした

Estaba limpio, pero nos pareció un sitio raro, gente entrando de noche a habitaciones, ruido y la cama no muy cómoda, y dormir encima del ededon con una manta. Las maletas había que dejarlas encima de una lona.

• Taiji (2/5): - 周りはラブホテルだらけでロケーションがわるすぎます。ビジネスホテルではありません、以前は違う利用がされていたタイプの宿です。 近所は深夜までうるさく、内線の音も聞こえるし熟睡できませんでした。
• Mone (9/5): 自室の様に過ごしやすかった。 - アメニティが充実していて、部屋も可愛い部屋を選んでいただけて、自分の部屋で過ごすような快適さでした。宿泊前に色々質問攻めしてしまいましたが、丁寧にご対応いただけたおかげで不安なく宿泊できました。ありがとうございました。
• kotani (3/5): 残念でしたの - 防音性があった ベットがベットではなく床に木の段のようなものの上に布団が敷かれていてクッション性もなく地面に近く低いのと冷蔵庫とタオルもないpm10:00～翌朝10:000までなのに値段が高い。近くにたくさんホテルがあったので後悔しました。 もお宿泊することはありません。

• YUKO (7/5): - 遅い時間に大阪に着き、一泊だけ、しかも梅田に泊まりたかったので、手頃な価格で宿泊できて良かった。 独特でアットホームな内装・インテリアで、お洒落感はないが清潔。 漂っている香りは苦手だった。 また、廊下も狭い為ドアの外の会話の内容が聞こえそうなくらい、話し声はうるさかった。 チェックアウト後荷物を預かってくれる条件でこちらを選択したのだが、預かり可ではあるが有料だった。

• OreOre (7/5): 快適でした！ - コンビニ2店も近所にあり、数少ない24時間最大料金コインパーキングも近いので車移動で便利でした。 お部屋の中に扇風機があり暑がり野郎としては大変有難かったです。 室内エンタメとしてコミックス（ミナミの帝王、ゴルゴ１３）と超訳ニーチェの言葉があり、 読み込んでしまい、あやうくチェックアウト時間を過ぎるところでした。 万博シーズンの週末ですので仕方ありませんが、入口に記されている宿泊料金の3倍でした… （それでも近隣の施設より安価でしたが） 共用でも冷蔵庫と、ウォシュレットもあったら、なお良しでした。

• sara (1/5): 最悪 - 東梅田最安値 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは1000円かかる。しかも事前説明なし。 連泊の初日は部屋にコンディショナー（リンス）置いてなくて電話したが10時〜深夜1時の出勤らしく不在。 延長料金は発生しませんでしたが「ひとりで仕事してるから」などと言い訳をし、備品をあてにしている客側が悪いような暴論もありました。 立地は梅田から近くて最高なのですが二度と利用しません。 サービスには星つけられないフロントでした。
• Phillip (1/5): Horrible, I recommend nobody to stay here ! Felt like we booked a brothel not a hotel. - Nothing ! Was sketchy. Bad area of Osaka, and room was only available between 10pm - 10am so had to check in and out every day with the clerk who said he would keep our luggage between these times the building was as dirty and felt unsafe.

• Mar (8/5): Great place to stay in Osaka w funny check in times - Great location. Extremely clean. Friendly staff specially the lady ( Masima) as she goes above&beyond to accommodate to your needs. Big room and Confi beds. Provides all you need ( champú/gel….) The fact that you need to check in after 22h

Usually there is a floor futon under the sleeping futon but for our stay there was only one thin futon on a hard floor. There seemed to be some sensor going off in the lobby all night. Too noisy.

• Stana (10/5): Delightful quirky Japanese-style rooms - Quirky, very Japanese-styled room, I absolutely found it divine. Everything super clean, the host is kind and makes an effort to communicate with a translator.

• Ifan (7/5): Good - Saffs are friendly. The room seemed to be cleaned by cleaners. Probably to be classified as a love hotel rather than a hostel. We booked a double bed, but the bed is just slightly bigger than single... A lot of dust on the couch and we can definitely smell the room has been smoked. We booked this place, then we noticed we have to check in after 10pm and check out again at 10am for the next night staying as they are selling the room per hour for people to rest. Value wise, it's pretty bad. Because you have to check out the next day.

• Bucelli (3/5): Not so pleasant staying in Umeda station area. - Good position, near to Umeda station. Clean room. Strict rules on checking-in and checking-out. We checked out 24 minutes after 10am and still had to pay 1000 Y for extra staying. If you rent a room for 3 people, note that the third person will have to sleep in a futon. This was not clearly specified on Booking.

• James (3/5): great bed, but all else felt inconvenient - it had a very comfortable bed even if you stay multiple days in a row, you still have to check out at 10am and can't back check in until 10pm, everyday. it is in the red light district. there were no shower curtains for the private bathtub
