- KOK SING (3/5): Location is good. One time stay and no repeat booking. - Outside building looks good, but room is not clean. Room has strong smoke smell. Toilet has urine smell and cockroaches

- Ng (7/5): Place for Short Stay - Location: It was very near to the city and surrounded with many shops; eatery and massage.
Bed: Bed can be consider as comfortable not very hard and not very soft.
Air-conditioner: Very powerful air-conditioner.
Lift: The hotel comes with lift so if for those with luggage bag is good.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi can be consider good, at least I’m still able to do video conference. Bathroom: The shower can’t hold properly by the holder and the soap dispenser was broken. I bought my own shower gel and shampoo but no place to put in the shower area.
Power socket: Limited power socket; I just can find 2 power sockets.

- Alyn (1/5): My life’s biggest mistakes was this booking. - There was nothing i like about the property. The whole building was so dirty. The room is worse. We had to last minute book a room because of last minute plannings to come JB for supper, but totally regret booking this room. Plus my husband and i thought we just go there and sleep for one night so simply book a room closer to his favourite supper place. Dirty dirty dirty. Everything super dirty. We had to book another hotel because we couldnt take it anymore. We stayed for like 30 mins, when for supper and then we checked out and get the h*ll out of there. Cant touch anything in the room. Had to walk around with shoes on. Dont even dare to enter the toilet 🤮🤮🤮🤮 spent RM120 for shit and ended up having to spend another RM120 which was a heaven (the next hotel). Wasted time and money. This hotel is made for one night stands or maybe 1hr stands. Totally not worth it.

- Boon (10/5): One of the cleaner hotels in the Pelangi area, lots of street food options that open late night. - Clean budget hotel that has elevators, do not need to climb stairs unlike the other hotels in the vicinity Low frequency humming sound from the lightning. Doesn't go away when power off.
- Muhammad (9/5): Superb -
- Luriano (8/5): Very good - Easy to locate and comfortable During my visit the floor is like oily and misting
- Patrick (5/5): Passable -
- Gokula (6/5): Pleasant - The place was good condition. But the bad and washroom door was a bit problem. The woman Indian staff was so rude... At slower room she haven't any towel there then when I ask she mad on me then finally the reception uncle was given for me.

- Mark (1/5): This has been my most unpleasant stay experience. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again in - The location is close to the city center. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but the receptionist refused to check me and my family in, citing hotel policy that check-in is only allowed after 2 PM. She showed me a covered signboard and asked us to wait in the lobby. I acknowledged the policy and inquired if there was any flexibility since we had arrived early. She replied that there was none. I asked if the room was not ready or if the previous guests had not checked out yet. She responded that it was neither of those reasons, and we had to wait until 2 PM to check in. Helpless, I had no choice but to sit with my family on the lobby couch and wait for an additional hour and a half. It was a bit frustrating, and what made it worse was the receptionist's demeanor from the beginning – she had a stern face, no smile, and a bureaucratic tone. I even felt like I was in a government office.
Feeling bored, I opened the confirmation details from Booking.com on my phone and found that it clearly stated a check-in time of 12 PM. So, I approached the receptionist once again to confirm this. Her response was, "I don't know, I don't understand things on the internet. I only know that the hotel policy is to check in after 2 PM. You should contact Booking.com." Honestly, I have never encountered such a rude answer before. I said, "You don't even want to check my booking information and simply refuse and deflect my inquiries. Can't you do anything other than saying you don't understand?" Is this your work attitude? Reluctantly, she said, "Bring me the documentation, and I will help you check-in."
What I found most unacceptable was not only her impolite speech and loud tone (it was like she was arguing with me), but she also called me "Gila" (meaning "crazy" in Indonesian) out loud. Even her colleagues came out to see what was happening but remained silent. I insisted on an apology from her, and she reluctantly said, "Sorry, sorry, okay?
