- Vicky (7/5): - De kamer is geweldig. Ruim, modern en nieuw. Het ziet er schoon en netjes uit. Verrassend ruim en wat een waterdruk! Wij waren helemaal blij! Parkeren is ook super makkelijk! Al met al geweldig! Het lijkt erop dat het seizoen gestopt is. De heren die ons incheckte waren vriendelijk maar ook niet echt geïnteresseerd in wat dan ook. Met een aanbeveling kwam enkel hun eigen restaurant voor. Helaas daar was er geen menukaart meer, onze receptionist tevens ober kon vertellen wat we konden krijgen. Dus besteld uit 4 opties. Daarnaast kregen we een salade en bruschetta, dat hadden we niet besteld maar wel vriendelijk. En uiteraard zonder te weten mochten we daar ook voor afrekenen. Bij het ontbijt, werden we opnieuw verzocht om plaats te nemen en kreeg iedereen die er zat eenzelfde ontbijt voorgeschoteld. Jammer dat dit, ookal met de beste bedoelingen, geforceerd word. Voor de sterren verwacht ik, ondanks het lagere seizoen wel keuzes en ook duidelijk inzicht in de kosten.

В описании пишут, что первая линия, но не пишут, что пляжи ближайшие мало того, что грязные, так еще и с платными лежаками. Повелись на оценку 9 на букинге, по факту оценка отеля 3-4 из 10 и то, за счет о того, что просто мебель новая. Так же расположение отеля ужасное,вообще не рекомендую ехать в это район, это просто забытое село, без инфраструктуры, транспорта и возможности выехать куда-то. Сломан туалет, прикладываю так же фото после уборки номера ( вообще не убрано)

- Judit (9/5): Comfy and modern - The receptionist was very kind. The room was good, the beds comfy. Breakfast was pretty good but with room for improvement. Underground parking. We were on the ground floor, where the small windows are close to the ceiling, it feels like a basement room. In the bathroom some odd wires and tubes are visible.

- John (9/5): Eigen 5 sterren ipv 4 echt super hotel - Locatie hygiëne mooie kamer super internet zwembad het prive strand met gratis ligbedjes en parasol en de bediening door de strandman Albert (wat een vriendelijke en behulpzame man) en ook het vervoer per tuk tuk was leuk en supervlot geregeld. Het personeel was van aanvang tot vertrek behulpzaam in de pomp op het strand receptie overal. Ik snap ook niet dat dit hotel geen 5 sterren heeft. Wat mij betreft gauw toekennen. Alles was tip top

- Ardian (5/5): Angehnemes Zimmer, zum Rest gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben. - Die Zimmer sind gross und geräumig Das Frühstück könnte man weglassen, da man eigentlich nicht einmal mässige Spievel bekommt.
- Anastazija (6/5): Average - It is a really nice, new and clean hotel. The rooms are great, the pool area and the pool itself are very clean. They have their own transport with golf cart to their own private beach, which I think is really cool. The music at the restaurant during breakfast and at the pool was too loud and local, I understand that they have many domestic tourists but for the other international tourists it was unbearable. This is not the problem with the property but with the staff, didn’t felt very welcoming. We were the only tourists that were asked about room number every single day during breakfast. Felt a little bit weird. Problem with the communication or language issues maybe.

Цена завышена. - Новый, чистый отель Чистый бассейн Доброжелательный персонал Ежедневные уборки номера Трансфер до отельного пляжа Ужасные завтраки. Нет выбора и если прийти за полчаса до конца то застанете пустые тарелки, которые не пополняются. Ужасный кофе. Единственное, вкусные фрукты, но их очень мало и не всегда в наличии. Громкая местная музыка в бассейне. На 4 день невозможно уже слушать и находится в бассейне. При моей просьбе включить другую музыку получила отказ. На баре при бассейне грязно, гора немытой посуды постоянно. Отельный пляж грязный и находиться на отшибе, хоть и есть трансфер - легче и приятнее пойти на пляже при других отелях.

- Ardian (9/5): Super Personal, freundlich, Hilfsbereit und Frühstück war fabelhaft. - Frühstück war super, Europaisch. Personal und das Transfer von Hotel zum Strand war Fabelhaft! Ich hatte ein Kleinkind dabei, der tagsüber für seine Schlaffzeiten von den Fahrer abgeholt und danach wieder gebracht wurde. (Mit Mutter). Manchmal hatte es nicht genug Pooltücher für alle, war ärgerlich.

- Karla (8/5): - Hotel dragut, curat, cu plaja proprie la care ajungeai cu mașinuța de golf (plaja curata, linistita, cu bar si restaurant). Personal super amabil si dornic sa ajute in orice situație. Poate pt ca am avut camera la parter dar mirosea foarte urat in baie. Micul dejun cam slăbuț si repetitiv.

- Markaj (4/5): Nie wieder! - Sehr ruhige Lage, Pool, Bar und Restaurant im Hotel. Frühstück stand 07.30, es war nie vor 07:50/08.00 Uhr bereit! Hotelzimmer: Dusche: Es gab nicht ausreichend warm Wasser für zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby. Wir mussten an drei Tagen Wasser für das Baby aufkochen, damit wir es Baden können! Bett: Das Bett ist sehr unbequem und die Matratze untergekommen, wir rutschen in der Mitte rein. Wir hatten das Zimmer A101. Mit Baby und Kinderwagen war das Zimmer sehr klein kein Platz für Kinderwagen, Kinderbett passte genau noch rein. Türe: Die Tür von unserem Zimmer war undicht, wir haben die Mitarbeiter durch die Tür gehört, wie sie spät nachts, 00.00 Uhr, laut über andere Hotelgestä lästern. Jeden Gast gehört der vorbeiging gehört. Sauberkeit: Im Kleiderschrank lagen benutze Unterhosen! Eckelhaft! Das Badezimmer wurde nicht richtig geputzt! Kein Fenster welches man aufmachen konnte um frische Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen. Aussenhof: Der Hof war sehr abgelegen, nicht genügen Sitzplätze für die Gäste. Wir haben für 5 Nächte bezahlt und haben nach 2 Nächten usgecheckt.

Reihe viel besser als vorne im lauten Strandbereich - schöner ruhiger Strand ganz draussen, den man mit gratis Golfwagentransfer jederzeit erreicht - einziges Manko , Poolmusik definitiv zu laut - aber sonst kann man da über nichts klagen ❤️ War eine schöne Zeit hier - vielen Dank !

- Beata (10/5): - Wszystko było ok. Pokój bardzo ładny, czysty. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Dodatkowym atutem była lodówka. Lokalizacja super. Blisko plaży. Blisko sklepy i inne atrakcje. Najlepszy hotel w jakim byłam w Albani z pięciu. POLECAM !!!
