- Marion (1/5): Terrible - La habitación se pudo dormir. A ver, cuando nos iban a dar el desayuno fue únicamente dos panes totalmente fríos y ni zumo tenían para darnos, pedimos la comida para nosotros y la persona lanzó la comida en la mesa como si no importara, la verdad ha sido el peor hotel que he estado en Albania, si no son capaces de servir desayunos no lo coloquen en la reseña!

- franco (3/5): UN LUOGO DA EVITARE - E' un luogo da evitare, anche se il letto era pulito! Ho prenotato questo hotel perchè vicino ad una amica. Il prezzo era doppio della media, ma la posizione mi ha portato a farlo. L'inizio è pessimo: agli 81 Euro del soggiorno, mi si chiede un sovrapprezzo di 4 euro per il pagamento con carta. Nella stanza non funziona il doccione, esce un filo di acqua, la tazza del WC si muove, il porta carta igienica è rotto, il porta oggetti sotto lo specchio del bagno è divelto, la porta del balcone non si apre completamente perchè cozza con il letto, mancano comodino laterale, abat jour e presa di corrente a lato del letto. La presa di corrente del televisore non è a norma e pericolosissima. Per concludere ho allegato la foto della colazione che NON include bevande come caffè e cappuccino che devono essere pagate a parte!!!!!!!!

- Herrjohnstein (9/5): Home away from home - This was our team's second stay here. We returned due to our previous experience and we were definitely not disappointed. We were welcomed back like family and really appreciated how they remembered our team and seemed genuinely pleased to see us! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was consistent and fresh, and the air conditioning was working well! There are some small issues with the bathroom fixtures showing some obvious wear and tear, but nothing that caused too much discomfort.

The breakfast was a bit simple without much variety. The shower would have benefited of having a glass or cover to not make all the bathroom wet.
