• Anatoly (7/5): - It was an okey place, nothing fancy, but it covered all our basic needs and we didn't expected anything beyond that. The staff was very welcoming, and communicated in good English. They helped us with a luggage storage before the check-in and after the check-out. The amenities and furniture were a bit outdated, but all was clean and odorless. Good shower, elevator. The location is also pretty convenient for those who plan to explore Taipei on foot and use public transportation. Don't expect much of the place and you won't be disappointed. I wish the room was a bit more spacious and better lit. A couple of shelves to organize stuff during the stay would be a nice addition, too. The overall level is pretty decent, though.

• Tze Hean (4/5): Disappointing with much room for improvement - Good location. Check in was at 4pm which is terribly late. The luggage holding area is not supervised. There are times when I went to the hotel lobby and there was no one there at all. Room cleaning is not scheduled - you have to let the front desk know, otherwise there will be no cleaning. No toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. My hotel room floor was dented and bedsheets had stains. Service was mediocre. I don’t write reviews at all but the management should improve their quality. It is not that cheap of a stay for the quality - okay for short term but otherwise I recommend to just top up a little for a better stay.

• Angeline (6/5): for a short stay or overnight is okay - location is near restaurants and 7/11 is right infront of the hotel, there’s a lift and free water inside the room. need renovation, there’s a strong weird/stinky smell inside the room, we often need to open our windows just to get rid of it. stains on bed and there’s free coffee/tea but no mugs. toilet flush is too slow and weak pressure. too pricey
• Thuy Duong (4/5): Budget friendly compare to other places but the facility is poorly maintained and kinda dirty imo. - The location is close to the main stations and the night market. The staff was helpful and friendly. We asked them to book a taxi for us cuz our flight was early in the morning. They booked it and woke us up on time. The room was dirty and smelled terrible, there was noise on the ceiling feel like it gonna colapse anytime. The bathroom floor was dirty and moldy.

• Ela Shiela Mae (7/5): Good but they can improve about the cleanliness - I like the location I saw their duvet, it's so dirty. You can check the photo that I uploaded, it is the same duvet that we've been using. I stopped using it when I saw the dirt.

Aircon worked well in combination with doona Ultra quiet in room with no windows or external walls. Would suit a shift worker. Far too quiet in a room with no windows or external walls. Constantly checking time because of no external input like sunlight. Not enough furniture or flat surfaces for luggage. Bed was like a concrete slab with a sheet on it. The wet room took hours to drain adequately following a short shower, likely causing the mould issue in the adjoining bedroom, which is only separated from the wet room by a screen. The bed was very hard and we woke up with a number of small red bites on limbs.

• Jennifer (8/5): The hotel's location is accessible to almost everything you need and fits your budget. - The location is accessible to almost everything - restaurants, walking streets, train stations, bus stations. The hotel has elevators to take you to higher floors which is really convenient. There are convenient stores just across the hotel where we were able to get our easy cards and buy food. We saw small cockroaches in our room and we heard rats scratching on the ceiling.
