- Mike (8/5): Clean, comfortable (if small) room with very helpful staff. - Overnight stay only before a late fly out at LAX. Room was small, but comfortable and clean. Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating when we needed to store our bags for a few hours before heading to the airport. Location was close to buses making access to Venice Beach and Santa Monica easy (although a fitter person could have walked to Venice without too much problem)! We felt that the cost per night was a little high for such a small room, but an enjoyable stay just the same.

Pozwolili zostawić samochód na kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu. Blisko do plaży. Cena bardzo atrakcyjna Pokój był mały, jak również łazienka, ale dla nas zupełnie wystarczało miejsca bo wróciliśmy do hotelu tylko na noc. Mały parking.

However, we were out and about most of the time exploring so it only troubled us for the short periods we were there.

- Emma (5/5): We moved on after one night. - Nothing really. However I must say the guy helping me with my booking online before arrival was super helpful when our flight cancelled and we wanted to move our booking back a day. It’s a pokey motel on the edge of town on a busy main road. The room was extremely basic and felt quite oppressive. The beds are mounted on metal boxes which clanged every time they were slightly knocked. The beds admittedly were comfy enough and everything was clean.

- gemma (9/5): Would definitely return! - Lovely little motel in a great location, walking distance to the beach and right in the middle of Venice beach and Santa Monica pier. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, modern decor and linens. The bed was really comfortable, we had a fridge in the room, a safe and tv. I would definitely come back. There is limited parking that fills up quickly. As we arrived late there were no spaces left and we had to park on the street around the corner. We didn’t like having to wheel our luggage around to the motel at 3am in the dark. We weren’t given instructions on how to do a self check in, despite speaking with a receptionist earlier and found it stressful trying to get access in the middle of the night after an extremely long and difficult flight.

Passages jour et nuit... 2 prises ne fonctionnaient pas. Très peu de places de parking par rapport au nombre de chambres. En revanche, possibilité de se garer dans les rues à côté (gratuit la nuit jusqu'à 9h du matin).

- Emily (9/5): The best place to stay in Santa Monica! - The reception was super friendly and attentive to any query we had. The location was so convenient, just a 10-15min walk to the beach and a few minuet walk to incredible cafes and restaurants this hotel is perfect, next time we visit Santa Monica, we'll be coming back here! We had a maintenance issue, however reception did their absolute best even on the spot. While this issue was inconvenient I was incredibly impressed at how reception and management took amazing care of it!
- Paulette (3/5): Clean, but very noisy! - The Ocean Park Inn is about a 25 minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier, and it was very clean with fresh towels, refrigerator, and a working TV. I stayed in room 11, the room closest to the busy road, and it was extremely noisy, even with the windows closed. The refrigerator buzzed off and on all night long, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. I was unable to sleep for most of the night, even with the provided ear plugs. At $200 a night, I expected better.
