• YU (10/5): - 一切都是那么满意，并且超出预期。老板人非常好，酒店就在塞凡镇中心，非常方便，房间干净整洁，水非常热。到达的第二天，我想要预订从塞凡到第比利斯的小巴，但是几乎所有的车都不在塞凡停，老板人非常好，主动帮助我联系了当地的车辆运营，并且以非常便宜的价格帮我们买到了票。更让我开心的是，老板早上起来7点亲自送我们到高速路口，并且不收我们一分钱，说要好人好事做到底。这次在塞凡的选择非常正确，这是我在亚美尼亚最美好的一次体验！

• HIROAKI (10/5): Comfortable Stay - The hotel is in the center of the town. The shower is hot enough and there is a ventilator in the shower room so it gets dry soon. It was in September, but it was cold in the evening. When we asked the owner to turn the heater on, he accepted our request and we had a comfortable stay. If you ask, the hotel washes and dries your laundry for the cost of 1000AMD.

We had a nice meal at the restaurant owned by the same owner (Parus Lunch) and we enjoyed a nice pint of beer made by the same guy! It was a great experience and the place is totally recommended!

The brewery is a good place to try armenian cognac the true way (with lemon slices, sugar and coffe powder: incredibly delicious!). And in the nearby, absolutely to try Boheme Tea House: don't trust the name, it's a restaurant! Nothing!

• Ilia (10/5): - Это не только отель, но и пивоварня. Сразу после заселения угостили свежим пивом прямо из кеги. Там же кафе, где можно вкусно поужинать. В отеле чисто, уютно. Находится на главной улице Севана. Вечером приятно прогуляться вдоль по улице. На ночь приходится закрывать окно. В ночной тишине оборудование пивоварни заметно гудит.

Βρισκεται στο κεντρο της πολης του Σεβαν και ετσι υπαρχει αμεση προσβαση σε εστιατορια και σουπερμαρκετ. Ο ιδιοκτητης ειναι πολυ φιλικος, ευγενικος και διακριτικος, ετοιμος να σας βοηθησει σε οτιδηποτε χρειαστει καποιος. Τελος το εστιατορειο που βρισκεται ακριβως εξω απο το ξενοδοχειο ειναι μια πολυ αξιοπιστη και οικονομικη λυση για ολες τις ωρες της ημερας.. Ολα ηταν υπεροχα

Parkplatz an der Straße, sehr bequeme Betten, Zubehör für Kaffee und Tee, netter Besitzer, im Imbiss vor der Tür kann man für 1200ADM lecker Omelette zum Frühstück essen, Supermärkte, Obstläden, Bäckerei alles in der Nähe und fußläufig gut zu erreichen. • SHLOMI (7/5): Very friendly owner, great location in the middle of town. - Breakfast is next door, at a restaurant owned by the hotel. It is not included in the room-price, you have to order whatever you like, from the menu. Food is fine. We have got the smallest room in the hotel, so it was not so comfortable, but acceptable. Room should be clean more thoroughly… cups and spoons were not that clean.
