• Christiane (10/5): Wenn Berlin dann dort - Wunderschön am Wasser gelegen (Neu Venedig) in ruhiger Seitenstraße am Rande von Berlin. Die Natur vor der Nase. Eichhörnchen, Komorane und Singvögel waren durch die großen Fenster zu beobachten. Der Bungalow hat alles was man braucht und bietet genug Platz (2 Schlafzimmer, Küche/Wohnzimmer, Bad). Hatten uns sehr schnell an den eisenhaltigen Geruch des Brunnenwassers gewöhnt und diesen sogar im Anschluss daran Zuhause vermisst. Auch ein Parkplatz für unser Auto war vorhanden. Würden wir für einen weiteren Berlinaufenthalt jederzeit wieder buchen.
• Adrian (8/5): - Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Wasser! Das Gartenhaus ist sehr hübsch und die Betten sind bequem.
• Alexander (9/5): Классный сад. Апартаменты для загородного отдыха. - Апартаменты действительно очень комфортные. Замечательный сад с лежаками, выход к воде. В квартире есть все необходимое. И очень удобные матрасы. Так же есть возможность взять в аренду каяки для плавания на воде. Одноместные и двухместные. Мы замечательно провели время. Кроме того, хозяин - очень приятный и отзывчивый человек, который вмиг решит любую проблему. Лучше покупать воду в бутылках и делать чай и готовить на ней. Эта вода, по моему мнению, не пригодна для употребления.

• Björn (6/5): Hätte eine 10 sein können. Mit Pflege und einer intensiven Reinigung wäre was möglich. - Tolle Lage. Wirklich eine tolle Gegend. Man konnte Kajaks und Fahrräder nutzen. Sehr schöner Garten. Leider waren die beiden Unterkünfte (Bungalow und Appartement) nicht sauber, tlw. noch Müll vom Vorgänger. Ungepflegter Zustand der beiden Unterkünfte. Damit ist nicht gemeint, dass mal Spinnenweben und ein wenig Staub da sind. Da schauen wir drüber weg.

• Frank (7/5): - Die Lage am Kanal und der Garten mit Terrasse ist sehr schön. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm, wir konnten schon vor der Zeit die Koffer abstellen. Das Badezimmer ist sanierungsbedürftig, die WC-Spülung funktionierte nur unzureichend.
• Anja (8/5): - Ein tolles Holzhäuschen, hinter dem Familienhaus, in einem schönen Garten, direkt an der Elster, in ruhiger Umgebung. Das Frühstück war draußen möglich, in absoluter Idylle. Die Entenfamilie kam zu Besuch, der Schwan schwamm vorbei, im Garten einfach nur entspannen auf der Liege und die Natur auf sich wirken lassen. Für die Kinder und uns genau das Richtige. Waren leider nur zwei Nächte da.
• Reiber (3/5): - Bad ist viel zu klein. Beleuchtung in allen Zimmern zu dunkel. WLAN zu langsam und oft nicht vorhanden
• Andrea Elia (2/5): Ärgerlich - Schöne Lage Leider nicht barrierefrei. Auch der Zugang zum Wasser ist mit einer Treppe ohne Geländer. Wir mussten das Apartment wechseln zu einem viel kleinerem Zimmer. Das Klo hat schlecht gerochen. Küchenausstattung ist ziemlich alt. Keine Batterien in der Fernbedienung. Vermieter nicht erreichbar. Den Preis definitiv nicht wert.
• Erna (9/5): Zeker een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. - Leuke, fijne lokatie. Goede sfeer. Alles meer dan prima. Goede en snelle communicatie. Compleet appartement en een rustige wijk. Lokatie kan ik niet zeggen want we hebben er slechts overnacht. Zeker leuk genoeg voor langer en ideaal voor vrienden.

• Murat (7/5): Weeekend getaway in the nature - Silence in the nature Out of Berlin more than an hour ago. WiFi weak.
• Geoff (1/5): Rude, combative host who thinks he can enter private guest accommodation whenever he pleases! - Great location. On arrival, I discovered that many of the items related to the kitchen/kitchenette were missing and there was no hot water connection to the sink. Both the main entrance and the bathroom (just inside the main entrance) could not be locked. The accommodation was dirty & appeared under construction in several areas. I contacted the host who was immediately combative, telling me “this is not a kitchen for cooking in, just heating something up”, “you don’t need to lock anything it’s just me here”, “you’re a troublemaker, nobody ever complained about these things before” etc. (plenty of negative reviews about these EXACT issues once you dig a little at Booking.com) I immediately contacted Booking.com and was assured that a resolution would be found. The following day when I arrived back at the accommodation late afternoon, I realised that things in the only area I could lock, where I had set up a home office, had been disturbed. The host of this accommodation had let himself in to the locked, private area without my consent or knowledge! I called Booking.com & told them I would be leaving the accommodation immediately. I saw the host outside & went to speak to him. He was again immediately combative and told me he would call the Police if I continued to harass him. I called the Police myself, because I wanted confirmation that I had left the accommodation in perfect condition & evidence of the host’s behaviour. Police attended & a Police report was compiled. After leaving the property I naturally left a negative review. As soon as it was published, the host started threatening me via text message with legal action for defamation. My initial review was removed after the host told Booking.com I had never stayed at Pension an der Elsterbrücke. Host refuses to refund - small claims court it is then!

• Dima (9/5): Superb - everything is super comfy. there's a chimney! and the place has it's own river entrance. I'd say it's the best berlin "recharge" option! Host is super friendly. wifi is not secure, so i couldn't use it for work, as my employer requires current. wifi security standards (i dont remember exact name of the normal standard)

• Will (7/5): Good - Nice and convenient base camp for a work trip - Comfy etc. Much like the other reviews - the water supply to the property comes from a natural water source so smells a bit - Don't assume it will be any better on your stay unless the water supply has changed - It isn't so bad...just a bit metallic...Wouldn't want to sit in a bath of it or drink it....Everything else about the property is great.

• Fran (7/5): Good - Located by the canal. We very much enjoyed using the kayaks at the house. Also borrowed the bikes. It made our stay very special. Room is quite small
• Cecilia (10/5): Very relaxing place - We live in Berlin and we wanted a weekend out of the city. This place was exaclty what we were looking for. Very relaxing, with a nice terrace and the possibility to do a barbecue. Nothing in particular. The only suggestion is to inform the guest about the water. I read in the reviews that water has a strong smell of iron and I suppose is undrinkable. So I known already and for us was not a problem. But if guests do not know in advance it can be a bad surprise.
