• Aaron (7/5): An affordably stay close to Xinbeitou - It was conveniently located close to Xinbeitou station and only a 10-15min walk away from Beitou station. There seemed to be a pretty busy bus station nearby too. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and constantly go above and beyond to listen to any additional requests that you had. For this reason, it had quite a homey feel to it. The room itself is quite a good size too. The room felt like it wasn't in the best condition, slightly aged interiors. The bathroom was also very cramped relative to the size of the room as well. Would recommend getting a street-facing room too - I was initially allocated an inside-facing room which was quite dark and had a bit of a strange odour too. However, when this was fed back to the staff, they were extremely kind and were quick to provide me with a room that suited my needs.

• Ted Hill (10/5): - 30 second walk to Fuxing foot hot spring, supermarket opposite, easy walk to Xinbeitou MRT. The room was small, but comfortable. 3 washing machines and dryers down the hall. On a noisy road. I sleep with the window open, you'd be fine if you closed it.

• MAXIMILIEN (5/5): Quirky apartment with some good qualities and flaws. Currently a bit overpriced. - Location: Great. Staff: Lovely. Both the front desk ladies and staff are very nice. Facility: Quirky apartments in an old building with a strange architecture. Inner rooms face an inner dark and gloomy courtyard where the slightest noise will travel up. I've always been assigned to an inner room, which is clean, but depressing because there is no natural light. Leave the blinds open, and every body from the other floor can see right into the apartment. I was never given the option of staying in a room with window facing the street with natural light. The room condition used to correspond to the price. With price increase, it's no longer worth it. Pricing: As mentioned before, I have stayed here three times in consecutive years. Pricing was fair reasonable the first two times, but the price has increased. The current rate is not justified and this establishment might have priced itself out of the market for the types of customers they are aiming for. - The option to choose a room with outward facing windows when available - Inner rooms are dark, and quite depressing - Price increase, which pushes this place lower on my preference compared to other establishment in the area.

• rinaldo (8/5): Fair price for what is offered. - The hotel is very close to the main tourist attractions, and everything is within walking distance. The smell of fried food comes from the ground floor where a small restaurant is located. It's impossible to leave the bedroom window open.

• Han Wen (9/5): Cozy stay - 前台大姊相當周到、親切，主動詢問怕不怕吵， 帶看2間房，為我們著想，等我們商量。房間介紹的也很詳盡。 地點離新北投捷運相當近。雖然所處的大樓比較舊，但內裝舒適。坪數雖小，五臟俱全。 雖未提供早餐，但樓下就有早餐店、斜對面有全聯、小七也在附近。 房間有微波瀘、冰箱可以使用，有提供小瓶水，走廊上有飲水機可自取熱水、 要長住也可以，有洗衣機、烘乾機可以使用。 廁所小小的，但夠用 ，水壓很夠，洗澡很舒服。 唯一需要提醒的是廁所出來有個很大的一節階梯，出入要小心腳下。 衣架給得很足，很加分。

• YI-SHIANG (8/5): 歡迎來到北投無限城 - 員工態度超好，而且感覺有點過勞啊><“ 晚上8：40 check in ，早班還是他Check out，不知怎排班的，總之要注意法規，大家還是要好好休息啊！！ 宿舍環境配置有點小可惜，衛浴比例太小，應可以再挪出一點客廳空間給他，不過確實好處是要放行李廂非常容易，而且衣架超大，又是開放式的，要掛雨衣也不是問題！ 另外，一個這麼多次旅遊第一次看到的福利：「免費洗衣烘衣」，真的超稀有！ 房間內也多了流理台跟微波爐，很方便（附近有24hr家樂福可利用），適合住好幾天的那種~~ 室內外大小台階真的多，如果是老人家真的要多注意，應該說這裡比較適合年輕人~ 室內有應該是之前留下的移動時大型屏風，既然設計沒給用，就拆了吧！ 馬桶真的是偏小，接近小朋友在用的尺寸，浴室當時設計真的太小了.... 如果喜歡較安靜環境的，可問看看有沒有朝中庭的房間，朝外對馬路，睡眠品質會有差喔！

• 邡芳 (5/5): - 位置適宜 空間小 床墊塌不好睡沙發舊，冷氣無法開機以為遙控器問題，換一支遙控器也是無法開機，接待人員立即處理換一間房給我們，非常感謝她人很親切，浴室真的太小有壓迫感舒適減分。
• Kaori (5/5): Good location. - The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. Housekeepers spoke very little English, but were also helpful when I needed ice. (there was no ice machine). The location was good - close to the train station, bus stop and some attractions, like Beitou Hot Spring Museum and Thermal Valley. There are convenience stores, restaurants and grocery store nearby. There was no sign that said, "Great Family Hotel" anywhere. We had a trouble finding it. Our room was very "crowded" and awkward with small kitchen and very small bathroom with no privacy... Bathroom walls were all glass with partially obscured, which I did not like at all. We had a window facing other buildings and we heard people talking echoing on them at night. I think they have better rooms.

• Filips (6/5): central, a bit weird but good value and nice staff - Good location to explore Beitou, they have also washing machines and dryers free to use which was handy. There were a lot of stickers everywhere in the building saying - NO DRUGS. makes it seem like they have a drug use problem ? The kitchen was nice but there were no utensils, but upon asking the staff provided everything needed.

• James (9/5): Excellent value and friendly services. - The location is excellent. Close to New Beitou MRT station, next to a large park and nearby many eateries and tourists attractions. The building looks old, but the hotel floor, rooms and elevator look new and well maintained. The room is small so is the price tag. It comes with share free to use washing machines and driers. The best part is the lady at the front desk. She is so friendly and helpful. I forgot my personal pillow in the room after checkout. I went back to pick it up on the second day. They kept it and washed the pillow case for me. The outside building looks old and not very appealing.
• Anastasiia (10/5): Exceptional - The room is equipped with everything you may need. It’s small but very ergonomic. The location is superb! Walking distance to public pools, hot spring museum, metro, etc. Very good choice if you look for a budget friendly stay in Beitou. There’s no parking included so if you travel by car you will have to pay for public parking in the area (was 600 for 12 hrs).
• Tina (10/5): Everything needed for a comfortable stay - Comfortable bed and pillow. Quiet. Free laundry, especially great for cyclists! Can store bicycle in the room. Free welcome snacks in room plus water bottles. Microwave and mini fridge! Shower separate from the toilet. Movie channels! If you are very tall or a larger person might not suit you as bathroom is a bit small - perfect for me though! Although it has a small kitchenette with sink, no dishes supplied other than two mugs and two glasses. Not a problem for microwave food.
• Mun (8/5): It's a short stay apartment inside an old building suitable for those not expecting hotel services - In a very convenient location. Friendly staff and facilities are okay for those who do not require hotel standard services. Cold aircon. Discomfort pillow. I prefer another type of pillow.

Library, thermal valley Good shower pressure, lots of space to hang clothing. Kind and helpful staff. Complementary laundry facilities were awesome. Microwave was handy AC unit was a little bit noisy, but not a huge issue. Bathroom might be a bit small for bigger people

• Wendy (5/5): NOT soundproof at all - Good location, spacious with the sofa. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. I chose this listing for it's location and because it specifically said soundproof. I knew it was next to the road but since it said soundproof I assumed it would be at least somewhat soundproof. It was not. I was on the 3rd floor. It was very loud even with all the windows closed. I've stayed in several different hotels with varying degrees of soundproof and this one felt like it had none whatsoever. Also I believe I was bitten by either bed bugs or fleas, to me it looked more like a flea bite. I went to bed and my ankles were itchy that evening, sure enough I woke up and found 2 fresh red bite marks from a bug. As this is a pet friendly hotel I wouldn't be surprised if someone's pet had fleas and brought them here. Unfortunately washing bedding (the bedding seemed clean) is not enough to eradicate them as they can live everywhere in the enviornment.
• Maximilien (9/5): Odd shape room but very clean, with washer and dryer in a very good location. I would come back. - Excellent location, around the corner from Xinbeitou MRT. Washer and dryer are a nice touch. The front desk lady speaks limited English, but was very nice and thorough. The room is very clean. The room is of decent size with an odd layout. Not a problem, just a little less stuff in the room would make it better.
• Yeo (7/5): Good - Location Toilet too small. Bed area has limited space to move (three sides all too close to the wall). Toilet bowl sitting area too small and the facilities were old and wear out. Little cockroaches in the room
